OoC: Well actually if you're gonna be techincal, about roleplaying that's called speed hacking. 'Cause you have to give the other person a chance to react at your first action before doing your next.
Example:
A: *Shootz u getz in cra n drivz*
B: *The 9mm bullet hits my vest and i quickly whipp out my colt 1911 from hip holster and fire two .45 cal shots at the other individual.*
A: ((LUL I r on teh oer side of city nao. ))
So if her char somehow, saw or felt your char placing the sign on her back and reacted instantly then she'd be able to do something.
