Since Billy was there mostly to look for things for Raven for her b-day, he's not trying anything on. He's trying not to appreciate Dom trying anything on either.

But possibly failing. Dom gets a strange look from the clerk when he tries on a skirt... but whatever, the skirt looked surprisingly gothlolli-ish.
