[/yawn] Maeva [Crius' original puppet] has her own two attacks. 2. Crius has two attacks. 4. The cloak is an item, it's not a jutsu. Therefore it's not a technique to be used. The cloak's effect is not a count towards the total techniques. Therefore, the count is at: 4.
If adding the cloak is such an issue to you, then you may disreguard it; for it is not necessary in the least.
I know the rules. [/shrug]
Edit* If you read the made up description at the end, it states as such to begin with. Nulling your complaint concerning the number of techniques; outside of the cloak.

. . . Since when are puppets treated as role playing characters and given a free set of turns?

I was also under the assumption that a puppets attack counts towards your set of turns sincei ts an extension of your chakra to control it. If a puppet were allowed two attacks, then the user two attacks I'd make an Akasun as well just so I could end a match in one post every game.
Maybe I'm just ill understanding since I've never used an Akasun before. I'm just stating off of my own knowledge from fighting a few of them in the guild.

Puppets don't get a set of attack unless the puppet is a separate character or he might have some type of made up that let's him do it.

New Jutsu Added- Distraction No Justu- A rather small distraction will come onto the field once the handseal is done. However if the distraction is not noted a large explosion that can destroy limbs will detonate. Each distraction is different.

GreenTigerr Did I miss something? Probably Or are the mods just not looking into things as clearly as they used to? You suggested Gaara techs two years ago when the One-Tails was alive. It's dead now so the techs are no longer infringing on the demon. Which brings me to another question: why do we suddenly need chakra costs for made-ups? So there's precise cost to them, magnitude and stress are vague. Are we turning stat based? No Well that answers most of it... But i still don't believe in the CP value for techniques. Vague is mostly right, unless you have a screwed sense of how strong or strenous a jutsu would be. For example: Giant Fireball = Strenuous. Creating spears out of steel from mid-air = Clan based, so moderate. Shooting a spark to catch a leaf on fire = easy.
The exact CP of the move seems like there would be too much match involved. Only recently have I seen this being added, because the entire time since then, I've not seen it once, other than stating that it takes a [input amount here] strain on the user.EDIT:: Scratch all that. My main question is, will I be having to do a lot of math when I fight?

It's mostly for weaker characters but not mandatory. Someone who has 100,000 probably won't need to count because they would probably win or lose before running out of chakra unlike someone who has 20,000. If there is a count people won't just go on and on with chakra they don't have. But if you decided to count it's just addition and subtraction, not a lot of math.
