Yea, you're notified if you're declined. The Fortress is just waiting a day to vote if they should accept you or not. Although, Rom got in right away. >_>

Denko Rom's ******** magical. They didn't even let me in. XD Rom's a prominent Cult member, and they want to be the Cult, so of course they accepted him. And they didn't let you in because they know you hate them.

Meta_Fish Denko Rom's ******** magical. They didn't even let me in. XD Rom's a prominent Cult member, and they want to be the Cult, so of course they accepted him. And they didn't let you in because they know you hate them. Yeah, I figured. At least I'm infamous. Give the Fortress a year and it will end up exactly like the Cult. And also, Rom confirmed with me he only requested to join for the lulz. He's making some epic win in there.

There will be lots of pointless fights for no apparent reason, and a taste of a couple annoying people.
