In both Shinobi Yochi and Hidden Villages neither one of those bloodlines were used enough, so we just decided to not have them altogether.

Cause I want meh first RPC to be a Bloodline Class, but I want to see if I can get meh Sumoggu Clan in first, before I try for any other bloodlines.

I once created a custom Bloodline. It was meant for the Akatsuki leader and it was more like a modification. A branch of the Byakugan. The chakra manipulation abilities taken much further. I still have it saved.
