Cassidy smiled and nodded, she wanted this ore than anything this was exactly the kind of thing she wanted. To be able to hear his thoughts, feel his emotions, they would always be together. She smiled at him and said, "Shadow i want this more than anything." As she looked to him she asked, "What would happen if one of us, tried to leave the other?"

Satsuki looked at him and said "Just wondering... usually youd take me down with you so ..." she said trailing off with a small shrug

Shadow didn't like the sound of the question. Questions like that made him nervous more than anything. "Nothing would happen. The bond remains but it can be supressed so that it is less noticable. Nagash did come close to a way to remove it completly but he never finished his work... or he never wrote it down." he said as he dragged the blade across his palm causing his blood to flow. He placed the dagger back on the table and took the chalice, placing his palm over the top of it to let some blood collect inside.

"Oh.. I figured that you would have gotten the hint and joined me at this level" Abel answered with a smile. Other than pre-battle nerves Abel was fine mentally and almost physically. "I just kinda plopped onto the bed and fell back, I'm not sure how intentional it was" he added with a smile.

Cassidy shivered a bit the smell of his blood was appetizing. She looked to him and said, "You won't, leave me, right?" she asked a bit of worry creasing her voice. Being twice as thirsty due to the child the smell of his blood made her want to leap over and guzzle it down.

Satsuki smiled and said "Well im glad to know everything is fine" she said before she kissed him and said "Everything will be just fine" she said confidently . She was very confident in her healing powers and wasnt going to let anything happen to Abel.

"I sware on my honour as a soldier, warrior and general that I will not leave you. You do not need to worry about it, nothing will be able to seperate me from you." Shadow said in a serious tone as he placed the chalice on the ground. He took the dagger and held it out for Cassidy to take. "Cut your palm and mix your blood with mine. Then we both drink from it, after that we will be bound from now until the end of eternity."

Cassidy looked at him and whispered to him, "I love you."
She took the dagger and slashed open her palm and allowed a long stream of her blood to flow into the chalice. She then shut her hand and allowed the wound to close. She lifted up the chalice and held it to him offering it to him, along with offering herself.

A smile graced his lips. " I know. Its just jitters, with something so large coming our way I just cant help being nervous." Abel answered laughter ringing out as he finished speaking another smile spread across his face.

Shadow took the chalice and held it for a moment, allowing the blood to mix. He wispered something in his mother tounge, as was expected during this time. He then drank from the chalice until half of its contents was gone. He held out the chalice to Cassidy, there was no doubgt in his eyes only his love for her. "I love you and our unborn child. I will walk to the ends of this earth and fight the untold hoards of the raelms to ensure your safety." he said.

Cassidy smiled at him and couldn't help but be overwhelemed with joy, for she knew he meant it. Cassidy smiled at him and said, "And I can't wait, to be your wife." Love for was reflected in her eyes as she whispered to him, "I would walk to the end of the world and beyond to find you." She smiled and took the Chalice, she drained the cup of its contents and set it down on the bedside table.

Shadow smiled as he waited for the bond to take effect. He didn't know how long it would take but it was usualy fast. There was only one real way to be sure and that was to speak in the mind of the other. 'Can you hear me?' he thought, trying to see if it had already taken effect or not. He could remember his first bond very clearly, the was of sensations and emotions left him confused for a long time.
