Cassidy knew that he feared for her dragging up old memories. She nodded her head and said, "Yes, I'm fine." She looked at him and knew there was something on his mind, something he didn't feel like bringing up. "Tell me, please?" She said as she looked up at him. She wondered if he had noticed she was now about two months along. Her hands were still placed on her stomach as though craddling her unborn child.

"Expect it then. I love to play with you're hair its so pretty!" Abel exclaimed. Now he was acting like a child. His smile faded a bit. "Sorry that was a bit childish of me" he said returning his hands into his lap.

Shadow knelt down next to the chair and placed a hand on her hands. "Looks like the little one is growing fast. It won't be long before they arrive. That brings me to my next point... I have been putting this off for some time now since you got back. First i wanted to wait until you had regained your strength and then we got a little side traacked after that and then the news of the child... I want to be bound to you before anything else comes up and before our child is brought into this world." He said as he looked up to her.

Cassidy smiled and threw her arms around his neck and said, "Yes, oh yes!" She said happily, "I've been wanting to be your wife for so long." She kissed his lips softly as she pressed herself against him, the bulge in her stomach pressing into him as well. As they kissed the baby kicked, enough for Shadow to feel it.

Shadow returned the kiss, relevied that it wasn't a bad time to say and now he has happy. He relaxed more now that he had been for quite some time. He broke the kiss as he flet the child kick. "That is one powerful kick." he said, smiling away. "Lets go and get this done with ok. We do it the old way of my people first since it is quicker. We could always have a human ceramony at some point if you want it."

She felt him relax and smiled as he did. She ran a hand over his face and said, "Quite a powerful kick indeed." She smiled and said, "I can't wait." She cocked her head as he said human ceramony, "What's that?"

"I'll explaine to you later ok. Right now is the time for us to go upstairs and get this done... before we get side tracked with anything else. You know what we are like." Shadow said as he gestured for her to go first. his heart rate started to pick up for the first time in a while. He couldn't help but wonder what was causing it to do this but didn't really care about fidning the answer.

Instead Cassidy went and took his hand and waited for him to lead, she didn't lead, ever. She held his hand tightly as the baby kicked once more. "Lead the way, Shadow, I don't know what's going on, you do." She held his hand tighter enjoying the sound of his heartbeat.

Shadow smiled and lead the way to thier room. He had everything he needed right there. The items could ave been found in the kitchen but he found that this way was alot more personal that just grab a knife and bind. When they arrived in the room Shadow let go of Cassidy's hand and made his way around the room, he eventualy found the chalice and dagger he was looking for. Both were beautyfuly designed with gems and other precious stones attached to them. "Sit down my love." he said as he placed the two items down on the bedside table.

"Why thank you!" He said with a childish smile. Abel stood and skipped in place as though he was a kid and sat back down next to Satsuki and fell back wards onto his back, starring up at the ceiling.

Cassidy lowered her form onto the bed her hands still placed on her belly holding her precious child. She smiled softly and brushed her bangs out of her eyes. She looked at the items and said, "Shadow, will this put us together, forever?"

"Yes it will. After this we will be bound for eternity unless one of us dies, then all effects of the bond are severed. After this you will feel a little strange at first. We will be able to feel each others emotions and comunicate over vast distances without effort. We will feel each oths pain, suffer, happiness and joy. No matter what." Shadow said as he took the dagger and placed the blade against his palm. He looked to Cassidy, he wanted to be ablsolutly sure that she wanted it this way before he continued.
