Frost caught a scent not to far away, soon her head shot up from under her tail and she looked around with alarm in her, soon she spotted Shiro and stared with wide eyes for a moment before lunging down from the tree hitting the snow below lightly, her tail flicked out behind her as her gaze flickered about trying to find which way to go. She dident know she was this close into the tribe's land.
Rain smiled, "Perhaps if you wish I could have Panic bring one for you." She said calmly as she licked her paw gingerly and set it back down in the snow looking back at Itsuki with a smile, "I am sure he wouldent mind." She laughed.

Shiro blinked thoughtfully before realizing that he had unknowingly startled her. Jumping down from the tree he called out, "Wait!" He hoped she wouldn't run away. He wanted to apologize for scaring her.
Itsuki laughed as well. "I'm sure I wouldn't mind, as well," she joked.

Frost looked back at Shiro when he told her to wait, hesitly she turned around facing him quietly, slowly taking a few paces back before she stopped her tail landing softly onto the snow as she waited where she was very cautiously.
Rain snickered slightly, "I am sure, well when he decides to show his face I will talk to him" She said calmly, she had not been able to find him recently, she dident know what was going on, she was slightly worried about him.

Shiro landed quietly on the soft snow. "I'm sorry if I startled you," he said. Shiro fell silent after that. Other than apologizing, he hadn't planned anything else to say. After a few seconds of silence, Shiro decided to introduce himself. "I'm Shiro, member of the Kousetsu Tribe."
Itsuki's ear twitched slightly. "Wait, what do you mean 'when he decides to show his face?'" She asked. Most likely it wasn't a big deal, but she was still curious.

Frost took a few more paw steps away as she watched the male, he seemed kind. She blinked, "It's fine." She said quietly as if she was at loss with word to say to the fox, "I am Frost, I can down from the mountians." She said in the same timid voice, she sat down her tail curling around her as she watched Shiro silently making no movements from where she was positioned.
Rain giggled, "I have not seem him in awhile, but I know he is okay." The red fox said warmly gazing up at the snow laiden trees with a fond look, she knew he would have liked it here in this snow.

"What's this talk about males?" Rae laughed ,coming up nexto Rain. Soon after Mitsuko and Athena were born, she had left Umiko and Remus to wander, talking briefly with her children before she left the others altogether. She ahd enjoyed the time alone; even with her six full grown, they were quite a handful.
Mitsuko wandered the snowy terrain, still getting used to her adult form--and the land she lived in. She kept away form most everyone; after she and Athena had grown, her indifferent nature began to show through, and the emotional foxes around her irked her at times.

Itsuki nodded in understanding at Rain before turning to Rae. "Nothing much, Rae," she replied. "Everything good with you and your huge family?"
Shiro looked over at the fox, still slightly unsure what to say. "What brought you down the mountains, Frost?" He decided to ask.
Athena padded quietly behind her twin, Mitsuko. She glanced around the forest constantly, examining it for later reference.

"Your guess is as good as mine," Rae laughed. "I haven't spoken to Sheik or Jin in awhile. How are you faring?" She looked at the two, regretting that she hadn't spoke to them in such a long time.
Mitsuko didn't much care that Athena was following her; the two fo them always did things together. "You can come up here, you know," she remarked, nodding towards the empty space next to her. She wondered what Athena was so curious about; they had been around this area before, although truthfully not often.

"We're faring well," Itsuki said with a smile. She randomly glanced upward, thinking. "Sheik and Jin... have I met them?" She asked, unsure.
Athena caught up with her sister. "It's not that I'm curious," she said, practically reading her twin's mind, "I'm just making sure I know where everything is."

"Sheik I imagine you have, or have at least seen him in passing," Rae mused. "I'm sure he'll show his face again soon. As for Jin..I doubt it. She followed her mate to Bamboo." She shrugged, thinking on her younger sister for a moment.
Mitsuko didn't find this strange; she and Athena read each other easily all the time. "I suppose that's a good thing to know," Mitsuko replied calmly. "Though this time next month, the lands will be under even more snow than now."

Samui silently padded across the snow that covered the forest. Low to the ground and his senses alert, he was cautious of the area. Other modifoxes were here . . . He was often mistaken for a snow leopard and looked at as a threat. Not to mention attacked. Shivers ran up his spine as he recalled his last attack. He barely made it, but that was a while ago.
The scent was going stronger and stronger. According to his nose, lots of modifoxes lived here. He sighed. It was probably impossible to go undetected now. He wondered if they were nice or cruel. He'd find out . . .

Akiko looked down at the creature on the ground below her. She was still trying to figure out what it was and whether or not it was a threat. She silently jumped down a few branches. 'His pelt looks exactly like that of a snow leopard but...' The closer Kiko got to the ground, the more the animal looked like a fox with the pelt of the snow leopard. "That's interesting..." she whispered to herself. Kiko jumped down to the ground silently, hiding in a bush behind the other fox.
Itsuki nodded, remembering Sheik slightly. "So how are you faring, Rae?" She asked. "How is your busy, busy life?"
Athena smiled. "True," she said with a nod. "With our land's irregular snow patterns..." she sighed slightly. "Oh well. It's not like we'll get lost on out own land."

"Not so busy," Rae laughed. "I find I have quite a bit of spare time on my paws, with the children finding mates and Kyou wandering as always." In fact, it almost felt unusual to have nothing to do. "And so I've come to revisit some old friends."
"Can you imagine father's face if we went missing?" Mitsuko laughed. "He always on the more serious side. Perhaps that is good incentive to follow your lead and study the area around us." However, she did not do so; she was always with Athena anyways, and the other would know the way.

Samui's ears pressed down against his head, not flat, but they just looked smaller. His tail stiffened so that it looked thinner. Someone was close . . . He could almost feel the aura of the fox observing him, contemplating if it was right to attack or not. His legs bent and he shrunk low to the ground. He turned so that his side was facing the fox and his head turned to look at the bust. His claws were exposed and his turquoise eyes flashed a glare at the other fox, though behind the cold glare, there was a pleading look telling the other fox not to attack and he'll explain. He couldn't help but glare. He had grown so hard to the average, reckless modi that he didn't know if she saw the pleading look.

"You'd be wise not to attack her," Loki spoke up from behind the unknown fox, his body towering a foot above the other's. His ears flickered as he listneed for even the faintest sound of an attack, the motion causing his piercing to jingle. He had sensed the stranger some time ago and had followed him once he crossed the borders of the land, only deciding to interfere when it involved his granddaughter. "We accept newcomers, young one, but not after they have attacked members of the tribe."
