Ive put this off for too long. heres another drink for you catina patrons.
this is how you make an Erect Wookie:
Ingredients:
4.0 oz. Apple Juice
1.0 whole Cherry
2.0 oz. Vodka
3.0 oz. Zima
Directions: Stir it all up, add a slice of kiwi and a cherry on top, and wahlah, wookie is erect.

for sake of argument a standard imperial mark 1
but that question is void since tatooine and hoth cannot be described as being on an east west plane... however if we drop that case and assume that an imperial star destroyer at full speed leaves hoth for tattooine at the same time a blockade runner at half leaves tattooine for hoth at the same time what area of space do they cross. here we ask what speed? light speed variables or sublight? hahaha

It's a trick question. Due to the planet's positions, they would eventually pass each other, but not collide.
Unless my planetary revolution calcumalationisms are off...
