As I may have mentioned before I'm still in high school, so my homecoming dance thingie is Saturday and I've been roped into going since my brother has a date to it, personal I'd prefer a book or the net over going but I need subjects for my Photo club and this will have to do.
Also hopefully I can at least do some of my class famous parody dance moves, such as: The wheelbarrow, Russian dance, The DDR, and Dice throw.

So, working a beach house yesterday, which had to be the crappiest house in all of Sandbridge. The damned place is falling apart and on the verge of being condemned. Me and Brian are are there to shore up the dack, which is ready to fall apart. The damned thing was missing railings, and this is a second story deck. The homeowner keeps trying to argue down the price and has an accent like if we don't go don't on the price she'll put a Gypsy curse on us or something. Anyways, we fix it up, change some boards, secure it so the damned thing won't fall apart by standing in the wrong place.

So, the woman is adamant about Brian being there to talk to the home inspector. I'm home watching the turdlings, and I get the phone call.

"Yeah, so it passed inspection, and I was talking to the inspector afterwards and said 'can you believe this place didn't have railings?', and the inspector says, 'yeah, the police couldn't believe it either'."

That place had police all over it a couple weeks ago because the woman apparently had like dozens of dogs in giant caged area in the back yard. Saw the cage, it was freaking huge. About two doors over from this place is a house that's worth over a million dollars. Weird damned town.

I got a new tattoo today. Or rather I got the linework done today. The fun part about having someone else tattoo my designs is that it becomes a collaboration, and the other artist is stronger than me so I always learn something new from the experience. I'm not super keen on the lips, but the rest of the modifications he made to the design were spot on. I go back to get it coloured in two weeks. Of course, the tattoo is not exactly TOS friendly, so here's a lovely TOS friendly version for y'all to oogle. I'll throw up the original art when I feel like wrestling photoshop to do the colours justice. Which is not right now.

The cleverest among you will figure this one out. Also, my drinking game needs an addition:

Take two shots every time Oni gets a new tattoo! Three if it's based on one of Spider's!

We get to dress up for Halloween at Garlic Jim's. I'm going to wear a Spider-Man mask while delivering pizza. I'll be sure to get pictures.

You'll need to be delivering from a scooter.

Unfortunately I do not own a scooter, nor do I think my boss would let me deliver with it if I had one.

One of the girls is going to be wearing a french maid outfit. Fun times, fun times ... wink

And on a completely different note, I just recently got a myspace. If any of you have one, look me up: myspace.com/daveydwb

And it was going to be such a good week too.

Got a kid who's turning 13 this week in class. The kid's a doughboy who puts out just enough effort to not have us (the instructors) kill him. Well, at age 13 we bump them out of the kids class and they move to the adult class. So, pretty much everyone who's worked with this kids is licking their chops and I planned an hour and a haldf full of fun and adventure. Forwarm banging, hokkei kumite, doomtrain, line sparring, y'know, really get to know the boy as a human being. twisted xp Anyways, the boy's dad comes to me and says, well on the nights we meet he has other obligations and can only make the 5:50 kids class. No death for him. Crap.

On a separate but even more annoying note I train three kids in that class, a boy and his twin sisters. The sisters are both autistic, but function pretty well. They listen, practice, and have shown improvement. The boy has aspurgers whch is a form of autism in which he has no clue of social skills. He's a pain in the a**. If he gets hit because he's not blocking properly it's always "Oooooooww, you hurt me!" to which I just shrug and say, "get used to it". He also doesn't sweta properly which means when he overheats he vomits. When I say vomit, I mean it's the ******** Exorist in there minus the 360 headspins. So the mom comes up to me, and tells me what a difference training with us has made in the kids. The girls I can see it, but with the boy if there's been improvement I'm really not seeing it. She also tells me that those kids are going to keep training not matter how long it takes until they make black belt.

That boy's going to be there until I retire I just know it. gonk

Went to the So You Think You Can Dance tour last night. It was great.

And before any of you guy want to make fun of this fact (Zeek), just remember I can kill you horribly with my bare hands.

I've always been fascinated by the human body and movement. It's what made me a fan of pro-wrestling back when could could watch it for a half hour and actually see a match. It's been part of my love of martial arts. I have a great appreciation for dance of any style done well, especially since I lack the grace of performing dance of any style.

Unfortunately my favorite dancer from the show, Lacey, could not perform due to a knee injury, but other dancers from the show took her place, which I was glad because she was in some of my favorite pieces from the show. Despite not making the top ten Hok, my other favorite, was there and performed. In fact there were four dancers who were on the show, but not in the top ten, which was to comprise the tour group, in attendance and performing. Made me glad because there were quite a few pieces that were really extrordinary early in the season and the dancers that performed them did not make the top ten. So, even though they got voted out we got treated to "Vagabond" performed by Sara and Jesus, as well a** "Hummingbird and Flower" performed by Jaimie and Hok.

Danny and Jaimie both got very warm receptions. I'm pretty sure the entire dance company they trained with was in attendance.
