Terri found herself laughing yet again at his stammering about like a mild mannered fool caught in the middle of a metropolis. She listened for a moment to the few coherent words he did say. "You're funny you know it?" She winked playfully leaving the statement at that just for kicks and giggles. "It's alright I understand. Everyone is new at some point in time." Musicians they were all the same. Not that they weren't nice but they always seemed to be so far off in another land or just plain different. They were fun either way, especially when it came to parties and such. A party actually sounded like a good idea, but that would have to wait till she was actually more settled in.
Terri thought for a moment on the best way to tell him how to get to the office to get his things scheduled but men and women handled directions differently so then in that case he might not understand quite what she was saying, "Um well you need to go to the office to get your schedule and stuff settled. Then the rest is really up to you." She pointed rather vaguely towards the large school building and stated, "It's in there. The problem is though that I really suck at directions so it would probably be better for me to show you where it is rather than tell you and accidentally send you into the girls locker room." Okay so that had only happened once and the boy had stayed in the school, it was a complete and total accident, nothing that Terri should feel bad about. "Oh and I'm Terri, nice to meet you Rouka." She smiled yet again placing her hands behind her back, "I'll tell you what Rouka, I'll show you you're way to the office and on the way we can get to know each other, I mean that is if you want to." She waited patiently for his answer hoping for a positive response and a chance to socialize with someone not made from a rock.

Alright, this would work out fine, she would help me out and on the way we'd introduce each other more thoroughly than beyond names. Nothing too serious or anything. "That sounds great." I responded as I picked myself off of the bench. Soon it had occurred to me that I had all of my belongings still to carry. So here we go, one by one I begin to prepare everything for the travel: I swung my acoustic guitar over my shoulder, the strap would keep it from going anywhere else but my back, then I picked up my little gym bag filled with my clothes and private things I didn't want anyone but me to touch, lastly, the heaviest objects, my electro-acoustic guitar and my electric bass in their little gig cloth duffel bags, had to carry both of them with one hand.
You couldn't imagine how awkward it felt to carry all of these things at once. I looked like a packmule, and the fact that I'd be walking next to Terri would imply that I was carrying all of her stuff, at least that's what my paranoid thoughts said. "Yoshi, let's go then!" I announced as everything seemed secure on my person. I guess there wasn't much left to do really, await for her departure so I may follow her to were I need to go to get this schedule in the office.
Maybe a little story time is in order, something close to my experience I'm having now? No, that wouldn't work, because nothing compares to what I'm going to have in store. The only time I left my home is when my parents keeled over and I had to move in with my aunt. Other than that it's been either at home or at work. There was never any recreational activity aside from my music, except for the time I sneaked out in the middle of the night to go to a rave downtown, something I will both never forget and yet have forgotten. The thing was I knew I went to a rave, I just don't remember what happened in it.
Things got hectic, and maybe I was a tad too young to be consuming the beverages and various other unmentionables that were at the rave, that's when things get blurry. It was obvious what was the cause of it, so I vowed never to do something like that while being underage again, it was just too much for me and my parents to handle. I guess that's why they got more lenient on me. I'm never going to figure out why that tattoo says 'corridor' in a kanji symbol...yeah, I don't get it either.
((Yoshi-Okay; alright; 'i' is silent))

Terri turned on her toes once she saw that the boy had all of his things together. She thought for about a second about whether or not to offer to help carry something but was unsure whether or not he would hand her too much. Well it was the nice thing to do so, "Um do you need help carrying any of that. I can't carry much but I could at least help you out." It was so funny seeing a person carry so much like an animal or a Mexican, that wasn't a racist thing to think was it? No it really didn't matter. "That is if you aren't to much of a man to let a chick carry some of your things." The last thing that she wanted to do was insult the guy's manhood by taking too much from him.
Terri moved slowly while waiting for his answer in a very graceful manner. Her hands were hung straight by her sides as she moved. "Or we can try this." Her eyes darted to Prometheus and she stopped to turn around to face the guitarist. Her had lifted to the little golem allowing him to step into her hand so she could place him on the ground. "I haven't tried this yet but I just want to see if it might work." She crouched down to the little construct and smiled, "Alright Prometheus, be a cutie and help Rouka with his bags, please."
The little six inch construct made a sound of affirmation and then started to change. His little form started to morph and take on a different size as it grew from the diminutive six inches to a full fledged six and a half feet though it basically still held the same human esque form. It stood there for a few moments in its stony visage waiting for the bags to be given to it. "Don't worry he won't bite." Terri piped up happy that it had actually worked this time.

As if the little six inch form of the golem didn't freak me out already. When I discovered this creature could transform its size, same deal as the last time. It was obvious I was shocked, but I didn't want to say anything to upset it or Terri. The Golem grew from six inches to six feet in a matter of seconds, just reaching over my height by a whole neck and head taller. Then it reachd over to my arm and grasped onto my Bass and Electro Acoustic guitar.
I must admit, I was dangerously worried. In my head, I was thinking the whole brain over brawn deal. The golem might be clumsy and drop my expensive equipment judging by it's immense size. But Terri seemed to have confidence in her little...or rather large friend, so I didn't have any reason to complain. "Th-thank you, Prometheus....but it's not his bite I'm worried about..." I announced as the three of us began to move on. Every several steps or so I would glance over to the instruments Prometheus held for me, in a constant worry that I might have to pay a whole month of paychecks to afford another decent one.
I put all my money into getting these guitars I have, putting my trust in a large transforming golem made me nervously apprehensive for their impending demise if my assumption of brains over brawn is correct. I could only hope the creature's grip was ungodly and my equipments soft landing onto a surface or my arms would be uncanny to say the least.
So now that worry was going towards the back of my head, I was able to move onto more pressing matters. "So once we get to the office...and I get my schedule...where do I have to go after that?" I asked Terri. I wanted to stay a step ahead of the game so I wasn't ending up asking questions throughout the entire trip to the office and other parts unknown. I mean, I just started, I walked through the gates, went to the courtyard, and then I met Terri. A pretty good start if I do say so myself, but I'm still going to need help through this. I guess that's where public and home school differ; You get the help of others in public schools, home school is all for yourself. That's also probably why I'm enjoying this so much as well.

Terri had to restrain her laughter at the sight of the anguished musician's face while Prometheus held onto his things with very little effort combined with his reaction to the entire thing. Poor guy probably had no clue about what was went on at this place. She could hardly wait to see his reaction to most of the strange events that constantly occurred on the campus. Considering that Prometheus was not all that special when you compared him to angels and demons and the buildings themselves.
Terri shifted some of the blue bangs out of her face taking in the guy's question, "Well that really is a personal decision, if you want to drop a few pounds I would say stop by your dorm and put your things away. After you do that you can be mister anti social if you want and chill out in your dorm or you can go to the student lounge and hangout there, go into town and see what's up there, go to the music hall and practice in a space that has decent acoustics, grab a bight to eat,or well just about anything else." The options seemed almost unlimited so lon as the students didn't misbehave or do anything that would upset the faculty in their free time.
"You aren't used to this kind of stuff are you?" Terri inquired politely about Rouka's reactions to her little magic tricks. "I mean prometheus seemed to trip you out without doing all that much and now it seems that when he changed his size you were shocked." Terri had never really not been around magic her entire life so all of it seemed so normal to her in comparison so much so that she had never really thought about people not being accustom to it. "Hell Prometheus might have taken me a while to complete but there are a lot more varieties of magic in this school and some of them make Prometheus look like child's play, though I'm still proud of the little dude."
Meanwhile Prometheus held onto the musician's belongings well enough to ensure their safety. The obedient Golem pressed on behind them without showing any sign to reinforce the young man's fears. At Terri's compliment though he let out a slight sound of joy for a very brief moment before once again falling silent.

Rikka had just come from her dorm room, having left her bags in order to explore the campus without having to worry about carrying her things around all day. She let out a relieved sigh as she fell onto a bench, sinking into the seat. She let out a tired little sigh as she closed her eyes, listening. It was almost silent, but the flowers, plants, and water all made a sound. There would never be a real absence of sound, at least not in her world.
She was going to like this campus. Even if she wasn't talented in anything (yet) it was much nicer than any school she had seen before.
