Element: I didn't say she wasn't a puppeteer. I just said that she has never used a puppet on the show and clumping them together would mean that they have done the techniques listed below them which would be false. They have the ability to use puppets they just don't want to which makes each of them different. And their differncies are what seperates them from one another. Since they don't like doing what the other does they are placed in different clans rather than the same one. They are like branches of Akasun. Sand user, wind user, and puppet user would be their classifications all of which they share but may or may not prefer.

So, when fighting, do we have to obey our item and chakra limit?
Example: I need to have Tsutae's post updated to reflect her actual weaponry (instead of 20 shuriken, 10 kunai, and 5 windmills, she has a tanto, 12 throwing knives, 2 kunai, 2 windmills, and 2 smoke bombs.) Does this mean that, after using two smoke bombs, I have to somehow go out and get more?
Also, Tsutae has over 9000 chakra. Would I be allowed to use a 1000 chakra technique ten times without a considerable rest?

Ok, For today, i'm having a blonde moment. I applied to this guild, and what not. Then It said you had to fill out a profile. So I read what I had to fill out, and when It came to clans Do I
1) Find A clan That's already been built.
2) Or Do You pick me the clan.
It's what i'm stuck on. And so on with the new techniques, We make up our own right? Can't be bloodline traits from the Uchiha's or Hyuugas? And it has to be only one-- can't be the strongest, we have to build that up from scratch? neutral

They have techniques such as the Art of Truth and Touch of Insanity which should certainly work on strong opponents. They are mental techniques that can overpower the senses and memories no matter how many jutsu you know or how long you've spent training with some random canon character. Any technique meant to dominate a mind should damn well dominate a mind, even if the target happens to know how to pull a Rasengan out of his a**.

Ok,People do have genjutsu resitince so if someone has way more chakra points then you then it would be no way to pull the genjutsu off. Now maybe if he was like 2k more points then you or something. There is no point in fighting we have all come to live with it. How do you think the people who are getting put in the genjutsu feel?

How do you think the people you crush with a Major Summoning feel?
No point in fighting it my a**. I'm going to fight until a mod sees this and tells me to shut up, not you. What you say is a bit encouraging-- that it's not an absolute thing. However, I refuse to believe that no matter how good my RPing is, and even if I strike in a moment of weakness, my genjutsu is completely useless against anyone who's a good deal stronger than me.
I even specified in most of my techniques that the illusions are special; they don't create illusory things, but rather, they completely dominate your mind and force your five senses to relive experiences. That's not simple genjutsu, and neither is my technique that is supposed to make the "nigh-impossible to resist."

Yes but if the rule was changed other would be mad also. Because of what has happen in the past. Also people has become acustom to the rule. Besides you don't see naruto putting Itachi in a genjutsu or Kurenai which is a genjutsu master.

But you see plenty of people putting Naruto in genjutsu, when Naruto's chakra level is nothing short of obscene. Why? Because Naruto is utterly incompetent. It's not his chakra, it's his ability.

Naruto has CRAP for chakra. He only ACESES the Kyuubi's chakra and that makes him strong. His chakra could barely pull off the Kawaimi no Jutsu remember?

Naruto's chakra "was the closest to match the Kyuubi demon's," which is absolutely ridiculous. Remember, too, whatshisface's comments about his performance for tree climbing and water walking-- tree climbing was easy; all it took was a steady stream of chakra. Naruto used a lot of it, and it was easy.
They explain, in great detail, that he has trouble with certaint techniques because he is incompetent. What Naruto is capable of is creating dozens upon dozens of shadow clones even though he wastes chakra doing it and he does it without needing the Kyuubi's chakra. A shadow clone is supposed to suck away about 10% of your chakra, but if that were true, Naruto would kill himself several times over in order to do a lot o fthings he does in the manga.
