Instead of posting the actual picture here, just save it on photobucket or something and just link to it, so that way its easier to warn about the gore. It should be okay if you do that, since you warned them and its not posted so that you can see it here. :]

Actually the artist that made it said it was a dream of Sakura. Like a figure appeared in front of him when he was in a state of depression.
