Slightly, mildly, moderately, heavily, and greatly increases occur after capping at the the users maximum skill rank for their current rank(genin caps at B etc but never exceeding.). Damage and Speed at the beginning of the skill is equivalent to rank D skill Dynamic Entry. It takes one post of uninterrupted rubber banding to increase the skills rank and a stamina sustain cost of 10 per post. After Rank B the sustain cost increases to 20 at Rank A, and 30 at Rank S. This skill can be used supplementary for rapid travel in dense areas with many stationary objects. I.e(Forest, City, Arena) It's useless otherwise in barren areas. (Desert, Meadow, Open Ocean.) The skill resets back to Rank D after a strike but can still continue assuming the user has the limbs to do so i.e Ikarokude or one free hand. Justu and Inking methods can be used whilst airborne however, this reduces Ikawarutsu's rank by the number of jutsu used up to the minimum of D. If a skill is used at rank D the Ikawarutsu ends. It can also be used to draw stationary traps triggered by hand seals. Manipulating stationary drawings/pools of ink requires a chakra cost equal to the inks blend cost. Ink can be mixed with Suiton and Fuuton Jutsu so long as the Suiton based jutsu does not consist of hot water. The Inks effectiveness is also dropped by half in such an event. This technique unlike the Ukyo's cannot create, summon, and manipulate complex drawings made with the ink. Ink manipulation is limited to geometric shapes, symbols, and drawings lacking complex detail. Mastery of this technique shows a Hojo clan members truest harmony with their ink as such they can also detect whenever something or someone comes in contact with the ink as if a motion sensor but only to that extent.

This barrier forces the body to burn more energy ( and therefore burn up more water ) in an attempt to make the body work harder. This causes any taijutsu or bukijutsu for [3] posts to be [1] rank stronger and [1] rank faster than normal and causes mild dehydration upon impact, however it leaves the person physically exhausted and mildly dehydrated as a result so it must be used with caution. Paradaimu: With the way our systems work, having it function at a higher rank without the necessary chakra won't work out too well. Nix the 2 ranks higher bit and it'd be approved as is. Can also be changed to be a null, to allow for other ranks as needed~

Jiraiinku: Approved.
Tousou Inku: The first part is approvable. For the second, is this a separate request? How would it be learned as a passive? It also reminds me of Splatoon. ^_^
Meisai Inku: Approved.

If a skill is used at rank D the Ikawarutsu ends." This part seems unnecessary. "Naturally Ikawarustu can overcome ninjutsu it comes into contact with of its current rank or lower." If this is taijutsu, then the whole structure needs to reflect either Simple, Complex, or Spiritual. (stamina, chakra and stamina, or just chakra) Even with that clarification, overcoming ninjutsu would require chakra interactions, and ones of greater amounts than are being interacted with. Additionally, after such interactions, what's left over is usually weaker by that same amount.

((Tōsō inku:To elaborate on Tōsō inku 's passive trait. Learning the skill involves being able to synchronize ones own chakra with the ink. The gliding is is the first step to mastering turning into the ink. Since the ink produced bye the Hojo are extensions of their own chakra the ability to manipulate and alter ones form into the ink for travel requires understanding of the inks chakra flow. By understanding and synchronizing with the flow the user can manipulate said flow much like act of tree climbing or water walking basically forming a 'current' by basically making their bodies 'one' with the ink. I was actually going for a little splatoonyness ^^
In defense of Mai-kai: The Suiton Fuuton combination can be removed if it's too excessive. Despite being able to be used for written seals, fuuinjutsu and summoning scrolls the ink has no real other beneficiary affects aside from any other normal ink. It's basically a statement saying the ink can be used as normal chakra infused ink if desired. I've placed a nerf where any manipulated ink becomes 'expended' and vanishes so not to draw assumptions of scattering ink everywhere and infinitely being able to launch spiky skewer rods from the comfort of a hidey hole. The skill overall to summarize is basically Garra's sand manipulation but with ink and less complex shape wise. I've added a radius of effect. So as not to assume I can make an entire football field area covered in ink mass penetrate everything. If this is still too strong I'll be satisfied with a simple manipulation of stationary ink. What I'm trying to go for here are basically comparable glyphs and rune traps essentially.
Understanding Ikawaratsu: It is treated as a Taijustu. With a stamina sustain cost and a chakra activation cost. The technique itself I believe would be Formless Complex. Now my question that your explanation brought up. The Tai Buki system has left me just a little confused I realize that Simple, Complex, and Spiritual are all basis of how ones physical resources are expended but what I don't know is how they all interact with each other. Is it some form of rock, paper, scissors game? Where complex beats simple, simple beats spiritual, and spiritual beats complex? Where does 'concentration' come into play. As I was reading Heavens Riches for an example it involves what would seem to be an auto-dodge mechanic versus certain forms. Is there a fire emblem like weapon tree to show which forms are superior to others when matched against each other? I want to understand this system mainly because my Kanboku is heavily centered around it also what is the 'Finesse' stat?

This technique utilizes Endai Ika in an unconventional way in order to produce misdirection and a subsequent devastating blow. The user extends, grabs a stationary object, and retracts their arms around a vicinity flinging themselves around the area not unlike a rubber band. This process when repeated and completed in quick succession increases overall momentum. Strength and speed increases over post duration by rank. Slightly, mildly, moderately, heavily, and greatly increases occur after capping at the the users maximum skill rank for their current rank(genin caps at B etc but never exceeding.). Damage and Speed at the beginning of the skill is equivalent to rank D skill Dynamic Entry. It takes one post of uninterrupted rubber banding to increase the skills rank and a stamina sustain cost of 10 per post. After Rank B the sustain cost increases to 20 at Rank A, and 30 at Rank S. This skill can be used supplementary for rapid travel in dense areas with many stationary objects. I.e(Forest, City, Arena) It's useless otherwise in barren areas. (Desert, Meadow, Open Ocean.) The skill resets back to Rank D after a strike but can still continue assuming the user has the limbs to do so i.e Ikarokude or one free hand. Ikawaratsu has a three post cool down before being used again after a complete stop. Naturally Ikawarustu can overcome ninjutsu it comes into contact with of its current rank or lower.
Character:Tōsokurui Ashi Hojo/Hojo Clan Technique Name:Inking Method: Mai-kai マイ界(My World/ Literal:My World) Rank: B Type:Bloodline Element: Ink Description: The Hojo Clan member has become skilled enough with their ink to manipulate it freely after its release, the ink after all being an extension of their own chakra. The Hojo clan member can use their various inks for various ink based jutsu. The ink can be used in constructing written seals and fuuinjutsu when applicable. It can also be used to draw stationary traps triggered by hand seals. Manipulating stationary drawings/pools of ink requires a chakra cost equal to the inks blend cost. Ink can be mixed with Suiton and Fuuton Jutsu so long as the Suiton based jutsu does not consist of hot water. The Inks effectiveness is also dropped by half in such an event. This technique unlike the Ukyo's cannot create, summon, and manipulate complex drawings made with the ink. Ink manipulation is limited to geometric shapes, symbols, and drawings lacking complex detail. Mastery of this technique shows a Hojo clan members truest harmony with their ink as such they can also detect whenever something or someone comes in contact with the ink as if a motion sensor but only to that extent. Ink manipulated by Mai-Kai is 'expended' and vanishes immediately after it's manipulation. The typical manipulated area varies depending on the desired manipulation. 5 ft diameter for stationary ink, 5 square ft for created structures assuming enough ink is present.

Character: Ivilice Takamatsu Technique Name: Kinshi pasu: Rojikku o tōshite kurariti (The barred path: Clarity through logic) Rank: S Type: Genjutsu Element: Description: A self inflicted genjutsu that triggers automatically under situations of mental stress that is specificly targeted through being placed under extremely high level genjutsu (When placed under the effects of an S rank potency genjutsu or greater, genjutsu automatically is triggered. Can be used manually on lower ranked genjutsu if necessary.). This genjutsu alters several things inside the user forcibly when triggered.
•The users own ninjutsu cost will raise for a specific amount of time, making all their jutsu actually cost more to use and take a heavier toll on their own body. All ninjutsu costs doubled for 5 posts.
•The users body no matter what sort of state they are in has its motor functions regained to a certain degree. Handseal speed remains the same while motor functions otherwise act as if the user is a rank lower than they are. All activation's are swapped to defensive activation's only. User instead of their 2 offensive actions have 3 total defensive actions they may use.
•All pain in the users body and mind is completely ignored for the duration of this genjutsu. Any genjutsu placed on the user remains active for its duration, pain is ignored. Any wounds are no longer felt. User takes on a zen like state.
•The users emotions fade to a simple logic state, allowing them to think clearly and tell the difference between illusion and reality.
This genjutsu is usable once per combat and requires that the user has gained enlightenment through some means. (Temples, or jutsu that specifically state granted enlightenment.) All effects are applied immediately and cannot be removed for the duration of the genjutsu. Lasts 5 turns.

Character: Sonyo Kuno Rue Technique Name: Ice Release: Falling Sleet Rank: B rank ( then D to maintain ) Type: Ninjutsu Element: Hyouton Description:Purposefully creating an imbalance of suiton to futon chakra the user creates a slushy ice to use in various ways. The slush can either fall as a continuous light rain of sleet encompassing the field but only clinging to people and causing extremities to be slowed a bit through cold temperature or in a swirling defensive vortex around the player with much higher intensity. Anyone trying to pass through the vortex will be considerably hampered and slowed while in the sleet. The wall of sleet in the vortex is roughly 8 feet. These jutsu by themselves are not very dangerous however they can be used as catalysts for more deadly action.
Character: Sonyo Kuno Rue Technique Name: Medical Stasis Rank: A Type: Bloodline/Eiseijutsu Element: Hyouton Description:After making a string of handseals, the user places their hands out in front of them. Using their Hyouton chakra, the user quickly reduces the temperature in the air in front of their hands to sub-zero temperatures. This flash freezes anything in the immediate vicinity, cryogenically freezing it. The mind processes slow down, muscles stop working, and the blood coagulates in the veins, making field surgery that could be normally life-threatening a lot safer and a lot quicker. It can also raise the survival rate of those poisoned, as it slows down the crawl of the poison through the veins. It can also stop internal bleeding and swelling. Unless immediately treated after being cryo-frozen, however, the inflicted will eventually succumb to hypothermia and die; so this technique can only be used by Sonyo who knows the sweet spot in order not to kill someone.

For Tousou Inkuu, I'd prefer that we stay away from Suika clones (meaning, anything that looks and acts like Suika) and take a look at how Doton uses their movement skills. In their fashion, Doton users don't become rock to pass through or over their ground, but simply pass along it as needed. Taking this into consideration, Tousou Inkuu's description turns to thus:
Description: The Hojo Clan member can pass through ink itself for the minor duration and travel through areas covered in their own ink to reappear in any subsequent area there is ink. Similar and not unlike Shunshin, this technique has a maximum usage of three times per battle.
With the Water Walking technique, sliding, sledding, et cetera along it is covered. With these minor rewordings, I would feel confident with 'approved.'
@Mai-Kai: Given that all ninjutsu is capable of being Korabo'd, the Suiton/Fuuton combo is not necessary, and this includes Fuuinjutsu. Free association for a B-rank does appear to render most techniques moot, but for such a small area, I would agree to an A-rank, minimally. For clarification, Korabo is a Maruton training technique that fuses any two ninjutsu to make an even more intricate, complex technique. Because you are interested in it so much, I highly recommend checking it out, as it very well may relegate this custom technique moot. Fuuinjutsu even has a place in the Trap System, meaning that the Hojo's abilities can be set up beforehand, rune/glyph-like. But, as indicated above, if all you want is a small area manipulation, it is doable.
Simple only takes stamina, and is trumped by both Complex and Spiritual. On the plus side, stamina moves are the easiest to understand how they work. Complex takes stamina and chakra, and is trumped by Spiritual, I do believe. Being half-ninjutsu, half-tai/buki, Complex moves are akin to special moves from like, say, Street Fighter. Spiritual moves trump everything, but are considered the closest to being pure ninjutsu, treading their territory's edge very carefully. (chakra-only techniques) In time, though, you'll find out ways to get around these, or to use their individual strengths in ways not originally intended~ Some high tier training even gifts great passive benefits, such as treating all Simple as Complex (for damage calculations and such). The Finesse stat is probably something Ergo War should answer, as I'd butcher the meaning. (He created many of the physical styles)
@Ikawaratsu: I suppose it's okay, but a simpler expression of 'This combines two types of Formless into one' would've granted a quicker understanding. In the mean time, 'approved'.

((Thank ye sir. All modifications and clarifications have been made. With my reading it says Korabo techniques must be done with a partner. When you say I can Korabo does this imply that the extensions of chakra are ultimately acting as 'partners'. By extensions of Chakra I mean things such as manipulating a presently acting jutsu i.e runes etc since two attack activation are allowed. Greater Example, Casting fireball jutsu then immediately following up with a wind jutsu to increase its potency. I mean it seems like common sense to be able to do that so long as one doesn't over power the other and there is enough time to do that but I'm just trying to be 100% positive here. Also changed Analysis to provide generalizations rather than overall point by point knowledge.))

Character: Lucas Miyamoto Technique Name: chakra transformation Rank: S Type: Ninjutsu Element: Maruton Description: this jutsu is a very unique jutsu that can only be learnt with certain training aids and requirements during the training of this technique. also due to the nature of this technique it takes longer that most other jutsu do. the purpose of this jutsu is confusion and stealth. this jutsu changes the chakra signature and the level of chakra compleately. in doing so he can reduce his chakra pool to any level he so wishes. to copy a chakra signature requires the aid of someone who has a sensory ability that can differentiate chakra. - takes 4 posts longer to train - takes 5 full posts (4-5 scentences each) of charging before using - only takes chakra to activate not maintain - can not go above his base level of chakra (origional chakra pool will be stated in brackets) - 5 real day cooldown (or 10 posts. whichever doesn't happen first is the one to be followed) - can only copy chakra signatures with the aid of a person who possesses a sensory ability that can differentiate chakra signatures and also has any level of korabo with Lucas - during the cooldown the user has no chakra in their chakra pool
