Penguin
Location: In his private office.
Company: Alone.

Oswald carefully hung up his phone and leaned back in his large chair. A smile wrapped around his face as he did so. Things were turning out to be quite beneficial for him within the last 24 hours or so. When Vandal Savage had come to see him the previous night, he'd been paid for a rather nice chunk of information. For whatever reason Vandal had also decided to buy Rebecca Morre from him, as well as pay off the debt her family owed him. As a gesture of appreciation, Oswald had tipped him off to new information on the woman Vandal had been wanting files on. That caused Vandal to come here needing more information. Which Penguin gave to him virtually for free. He would much rather have Vandal come here often rather than just on a needed basis.
And now... he had also just developed a business deal with Wilson Fisk thanks to the plan Vandal Savage had come up with. He would be getting paid for the tip he had given Fisk on his missing Spider, AND the files he had just sent to Fisks office. Seemed the poor man was having a bit of a BAT problem. While Oswald was unfamiliar with a Bat-
woman, he knew a great deal of the Bat-
man. So he had sent Fisk information on the Bats methods and such that could provide useful.
In return, if Fisk did catch or kill the Bat that was fluttering about his business, Oswald wanted information on the woman sent back to him. Photographs, descriptions, anything that could be given on her. If there was a woman Bat running around, he knew of quite a few rogues that would pay a fair price to know more about the new bat that was flying about.
It did trouble the man a bit knowing that THEIR Batman had not been seen in quite some time. He had by all accounts vanished from Gotham. Or... anywhere else it seemed.
But... he had other matters to attend to. Vandal was still in the company of Natalia in her private quarters. Emily had taken the rest of the day off suddenly... which was rather out of character for her. As well as the bloodied back the guard said that she had left with. It was a matter he would need to press with Vandal or Natalia once they returned.
He also had a new group of guests waiting to see him. With the urgency his staff had indicated, he could allow them a few more moments to wait while he prepared his office for a meeting. He would normally venture downstairs to meet with them, but with Vandal still being in the upper levels with Natalia... and Emily not being here to guard the office, he would not leave the office unattended.
Nothing personal against Savage, but Cobblepot wasn't an idiot. He had no intentions of leaving his office unattended and empty while Vandal was in the company of a woman who knew how to access the main computer.
Emily “Dew”
Location: Hiding on a rooftop not far from the Lounge.
Company: Alone.
Status: Attempting to gather information.
With no one in the hallway, Emily's little spider bot quickly made its way through the hallway of the upper floor. Darting from one corner to the next, the small metallic robot easily made its way to the door to Natalia's private room. With only enough space to slide under the door, the robot laid itself down on the ground. The long legs spread out horizontally, and the tips of the legs bent downwards. The ends began to move and walk the machine across the floor and under the door. A much slower pace than it could manage with the long stride of having use of the full length of the legs, but it got the job done.
Emily meanwhile sat hidden behind her perch on the rooftop. The tablet screen sat on her lap while her hands carefully moved the controles for her little robotic spy. The tiny camera on the front of the robot allowed her to see where it was going, as well as record it all onto her tablet. As long as she had enough memory on her tablet, she wouldn't have to worry about the limitations the tiny bot had as far as recording. All she needed to worry about was keeping the bot out of site, and watching that it didn't use up too much of it's battery power. It would be useless if it became trapped somewhere at the Lounge, and she wouldn't be able to just pick it up and hide it in her purse later. Too many cameras for that.
Emily watched the screen as she moved her little bot farther into the room. As Natalia had promised earlier, the wall was closed, the computer was hidden again, and her closet was closed and locked. She couldn't see them, and they couldn't see her. If the two of them did venture out, she'd hear the hidden door opening and have time to hide her bot. Adding to her luck, the file Vandal had requested from Cobblepot was still lying on the floor where she had left it. Browsing through the file would be much easier than trying to pull up files from Cobblepots room.
Emily smiled to herself as she put her little bot back into full operation mode, standing it back up onto its full legs. She then moved the bot towards the closed flap of the file, and put the bot into a more balanced position so that it could open the metal clasp that kept the folder closed. All she would need to do then would be to pull the papers out and get a quick look over each one. With the video feed recording, she could take a closer look at reading them all later.
