"Here, let me see that," Throngar told her, taking Lilium arm and pulling it over, not gently but not forcefully either, to examine it. After a few moments, he suggested, "Try with that same symbol again, but move your finger in the other direction." He released his grip on her arm to let her try it.

She responded without words, taking her finger and doing as he told. No sparks flew, but an even darker light appeared on her finger, instead leaving a partial spectrum of colours, rapidly changing from bright orange, to a range of purples and blues, then rushing back to red and then orange once more. "It works, but either way, the colours hardly have any sense to them.. Much less if they're mental states, or physical, or even the time of your life. All I know is that it's life." When she had finished tracing the design, it began to wildly spark again.

Throngar grunted in response, then glanced over his shoulder back towards the cave before turning back and opining, "You know, I'm surprised that little imp could cast spells like this. He doesn't seem exactly all there." He realised one possible explanation even as he said this, and so amended, "Well, any more, at least."

Hitomi entered the cave cautiously and nervously said "Iv'e got a bad feeling about this". She approached Felix asked "Felix........... why exactly are we travelling through this cave to get to Narga"?

Felix raised an eyebrow at Hitomi. "We're not exactly travelling through it," she reminded Hitomi. "We're just staying here for the night, remember?"

"Well, Bryce was..." Felix answered, glancing around the cave. "I think most of us seem to have abandoned sleep now, though." She herself was perfectly happy to... she had an annoying buzz in her head urging her to get back to sleep, but she had a suspicion about what that signified, and that was never pleasant, she'd found.

She nodded, "He used to have both, I'm sure he'll prove of more use to us once he snaps back into society.. Do you think Jinx has cooled down by now?" Lilium murmurred, encroaching back into the cave. Leaving was her way of saying the conversation had ended. Perhaps she would go back to sleep, or at least pretend to. She walked inside, taking off the scarf and laying down inside her sleeping bag thingy, one eye peering open, watching the brawl.
This sudden movement had awoken Ini, who stretched, and his furry tail wagged, before changing back into his impish form and sitting on the ground, carfully watching everything around him.

Throngar watched Lilium go, then shrugged and returned to his own sleeping position. Interesting girl... he thought to himself as he settled back down for the remainder of the night, then snorted. "Well," he muttered under his breath. "For a halfling." He then turned over and tried to drop off back to sleep.

Jinx yawned, she knew that she wouldn't be able to fall back to sleep. "Alcharius," she began, but stoped.

"Hm?" the hat answered, sounding a little sleepy. Actually, Alcharius didn't need sleep to function, but sometimes things got so boring it did anyway just to pass the time.

Lilium sat up and leaned against the walls, but then began to face them, taking a paint of sorts and writing something in an odd language. Every once in a while she would lick her thumb to erase something. She had written about a paragraph or so when she stepped back to examine her work. "Min. Come look at this for a second." "Huh?" The imp stood to his feet grogily walking over to her and turning his head. "Does this go after or before this." She said, pointing to various symbols. "Why are you writing about.. Chickens..?"
Lilium looked a bit shocked, "Eh, uhm, chickens? I was trying to write a poem!" "I like chickens, but you need to work on your impish.." "Aye." Ini immediately took a few drops of paint onto his hand and began to write quickly onto the wall. "Oh.. I understand." The imp had a satisfied look on his face as Lilium moved to another spot and began to work again, glancing over at what Ini had wrote; her face just the slightest bit flushed with embarassment.

"Oh..." Alcharius answered, sounding instantly embarrassed. "I, uh... can't say I quite remember. So much has happened between then and now, after all!"
