Just out of curiosity, how did you chose the manor's symbol. I agree with the phoenix, but was wondering if you had any specific reason for it?

The pheonix itself was chosen by Aurahkah, while it was myself that put the idea in her head.
*gazes proudly at the pheonix emblazoned on Soulforge's tempered blade*
And for others who may show up within minutes of my posting this: I'm getting off for now, but I should be in and out a few times if the store doesnt get busy.
SEARS assosciate J.B.P. ~ Saradin, signing out.
PS. Sorry I missed you last time Nailah! xp

*Tackles Saradin again* Yes..he put me on the spot to choose a symbol. I picked a phoenix because everyone who has come here has changed in a way to something better a.k.a has risen from their own ashes to what they have become since arriving or still in the process of changing. 3nodding *holds up Soulforge* I still got it! xd
On another note *throws brick at Fu* Randomized password rolleyes

I have been here for 4 and a half hours and do you know what I've sold in that time? 1 video game... THATS IT!!!! This place is a graveyard. stare
But yeah, hi to you too. Sooo... hows everything going? (My brain is a little sapped from wandering back and forth for hours without doing anything.)

Nothing worse than a job where you barely do anything at all for hours...blah. *shrugs* Anyway, things are going pretty good I guess. How's the organization of your book going. By the way, me and Bastet were chatting and she suggested another idea to help out as well if you're still stuck on it.

Progress has halted 90% since last we spoke (got caught up in old video games that I still love), so fire away.
And... Aurahkah... why are you flipping us all off?

Um...*looks at sig*...cause that particular pair of gloves lets me? It's my random bit of funny I need for the week, nothing personal. More of to shock the noobs thing. sweatdrop
Anyway, like Bastet was saying you could start them off as short stores by some of us, or made by you from the info we've given in the RP, and then slam it all together into a central thing...at least I believe it went something like that.

I'd given that approach a good bit of thought actually. It lends more stability certainly, but if its written as relaying the words of another character than its not quite the same. Besides, having some things as if I was told them wouldnt sound very good for certain events that are character specific.
You know, if I dont get in trouble for the internet stuff, I could actually visit here more often and keep up with my job fairly well. I think.

Great minds think alike. It's really a pick and choose kind of thing. You'll get it going eventually.
And that my friend would rock. I doubt you'd get in trouble...I mean, who you helping? No one. They usually don't care what you do as long as it's not indecent, when no one's around.

We are technically supposed to keep look out for incoming customers, but we all watch tv when theres no one around. And its only going to get busier and busier closer to christmas, so my time will dwindle more and more as time goes on. Plus there are times my manager's got me running in circles stocking the floor. (Yes, as a new guy, I'm a stock monkey for the older employees. *shrug* I enjoy having SOMETHING to do.) All the down points aside, I'm going to do what I can to get back into things.
As for the binding plot element, I'm thinking involving something of Phea's plot, a bit from Johnovan (he's been as absent as me, but I liked where he was going with it.), and a smidge of some other elements to tie them together.

Figures, the book you want to do is overly complicated due to the cast of characters and many different plots. Phea's plot is good because it sucks a lot of us into everything, like Ryo and Aperiel and then everyone then who talks to them.
Yeah...to get the max plots done you might want to focus on the ones that suck others into them. Look at yours. The chain went You > Me > Eclipse, Vincent, Niah.

I need to talk to Nailah about some concepts I'm thinking of using. Need to talk to Phea about how she wanted to end the hell on earth thing. Need to hunt down Johnovan (dont boot him, I want to see if I can fish him back and during SANE hours) someone twisted further and further towards evil and who lives here makes a great focus point.
And I'm up to a whopping 7 video games sold now. Whoop tee doo... stare

Wasn't planning on booting Johnavon, I like his style and plot thing. Phea's hell on earth...I dunno what's going on there, haven't seen her in a while, and I don't know about Niah this weekend.
Oh 7...at least it's considered a lucky number right?
