"I heard from a lot of students you were planning a dance. Not wishing to sound critical, but maybe you'd better let me organize an alternative." Mikael said taking a sip of his mug of water.

"Hmm..." Sarah murmured softly in thought, taking a sip of her beverage. "Actually, believe it or not, I don't think we'll need an alternative. Something to help them wind down after the first week is probably a good thing. Even if they don't go, there will be something of a relaxed demeanor about so they can enjoy the weekend." she smiled and then looked to Mikael. "An alternative might not work out, anyways. Besides... aren't you curious about how well some of the faculty can dance?" she sipped at her hot coco some more.

"As you wish. I guess its a good thing the U.N. issue us all with smart clothing." He said, cutting scraps of fat off and throwing them for the wolves to compete for. "By the way, has Cain arrived yet? I wanted to ask him a favor for my first training session." He calmly removed his eyepatch, revealing a mechanical replacement that whirred about, scanning for him. After a few seconds he covered it again.

Alwyn had made it to the beach slowly but surely. She decided to stand back a bit and wait to see what weas going to happen. she listened to the headmistress and then watched the other students waiting for the training or whatever it was to get undeway.

The spectic begins before Marie could successfully find her teammates and watched the unusual relationship between the man and his wolves. Anywho, this annoucement didn't involve her much and she made her way to the cafeteria.
'Mmmm... goood old pizza...' her mouth watered as she grabbed a few slices in the cafeteria. At the end of the line she looked for a place to sit and spotted Logan. He seemed to be in his own world, but Marie still wanted to sit with him.
Cautiously, Marie sat at Logan's table, two chairs to the right across from him.This left a good amount of space some hoped, with his mask down. She wasn't going to sit across, next, or even directly diagonaly. She was one chair farther than that were they could still here each other talk without raising the voices above a normal volume.
"Hey... Is it okay for me to sit here? I understand if its not." Marie tried to say kindly without sounding pitiful in her question.

Zahzi entered the cafeteria, looking around once again. Once he got in line, he chose whatever the heck the dish that caught his eye was called.
"Stroga...Strogen...Oh screw it, I'm not getting graded on pronouncing it anyway..." he said with a sigh.
As with breakfast, he went straight towards an area no one was sitting near. As he sat down, he looked down at the food.
"Well, it's most likely not going to kill me..."

"No, he hasn't arrived, yet. I have a few teachers filling in for him on their off-periods." Sarah replied with a light frown. "But I am quite sure he'll be here sometime soon. Maybe even by next week. He said he had a few things he needed to do." she shrugged a little and finished off her hot coco.
Logan blinked up at Marie, and a bit of a blush crossed his cheeks before he looked back to his tray. "No... It's okay..." he murmured. She was far enough away that it wouldn't bother him. However... his mind was back to earlier that day, and a hand shifted to rub at his cheeks a little. He was silent for a while, staring at his food or eating it, before he finally cleared his throat lightly.
"Er... How... were classes, today?"

Aki hesitated for a second before shifting closer to him, putting them both under the umbrella and pulling the chill from the air closer to her. By this point he could probably feel it, depending on how far from her he was. "Might as well. Did they say we'd be stuck in training again? For longer today, or was it a shorter time?" she asked, pushing her hair out of her face.

"Oh yeah, same as school back in England for the most part. Still quite ackward in Japanese History with Sergey though and we have a group project coming up and with my luck we'll be partners by the teacher's random choice," Marie mused as she nippled on her pizza. She didn't want to make Logan uncomfortable with her presence since he seemed to usually eat and be alone.
"I do hope the rain stops soon," she pouted thoughtfully while looking out a nearby window. "This island is so pretty and its torture to have to be forced to wait for the weather to get better to enjoy it.
"Truthfully though, I am a large fan of rain. I like to listen to it at night, and run around in it crazily, but I didn't think to pack an umberella..."

"A pity. I wanted to see how he had shaped up. I guess I'll see you later on." He said, finishing up. Taking his tray back, he felt a lot more energised. Once done, he went back to the beach, relighting his cigar. When he was there he pulled the stunned kraken along the beach and threw it in the containment pod. After that he pulled his bags of clothes, some sealed watertight to cope with the rolling waters. When this was done he pushed the longboat out on its flat bottom, back into the water to moor along the dock. He slung the bags on his back and under his arms and walked to his campus room.
Huilliame shivered a little. He didnt mind the cold but it still made him shake for a few seconds. "Thankfully they said shorter. Hopefully we'll get some real training done with this new instructor. I cant be doing with all this touchy feely crap." he said, leading her through the rain. He watched Odin walk past, smoking a noxious smelling cigar.

"Don't know how people like those... Or can stand being addicted and needing them, not being able to not have one every two minutes." Aki murmured as they passed, pulling her cold closer, trying to keep it as close as possible so he wouldn't necessarily feel it. "Sorry about the cold, just a lot more sensitive to any heat than I was before." she added, having noticed the shiver.

"To each their own" he said, walking up into the cafeteria. He took off his trench coat and took down his umbrella "and really, dont worry about it. you know I dont mind the cold." he said, putting the wet coverings on the rack to dry. He walked over to the food queue and stopped to let Aki go first.

"Standing there shivering tends to say differently." Aki said dryly, though she smiled faintly for a second as she went ahead of him. Unfortunatly, she had a feeling they would make you eat something other than icecream. At least they had at every other school she'd been to. She wound up with pizza and water, both chilling at her touch. She paused for a second, that hadn't happened before. Not at just a touch without her thinking and focusing, and she wasn't cold enough, with her 'skin', to do it just by being near it.

When the meeting was over, Sam made his way quickly to the cafeteria. The rain was starting to make his arms numb. He took a tray and filled it with warm food: grilled chicken, a baked potato, and a bowl of piping-hot tomato soup. A perfect lunch for a rainy day. The boy took a seat at an empty table and began to consume his meal.
((Sorry for the short post, but I'm feeling a bit of a writer's block and I don't want Sam to get left behind.))

"Some things are just animal instinct." he said, getting a plate of spaghetti carbonara with a glass of apple juice. "intersting." he said quietly to himself when her food went cold in a few seconds. From steaming hot to what must be hard as steel like day old refrigerator pizza. He let her choose a table from the few that werent being occupied by students.
