cry I've just got back into working out and my max for benching has gone down. I guess I should have seen it coming. Still a bummer though.

Lots of people are smoking. Anytime I got into and out of a class there is someone smoking.

At college everyone smokes outside and I have to walk through it to get in the building. Try holding your breath or breath shallowly. You won't smell it as badly if you do that. Just don't hyper ventalate. ninja
