Seph smirked spinning the plate around faster "Good thing this is empty otherwise there would be food flying around while it spun. Heh not going to happen though tell me which chocobos are your favourite kinds rather than the most useful ability wise" she asked resisting the urge to perform more complex tricks.
Hebal rolled her eyes "They must be very boring people to go to a new city just to spend all their time looking at books rather than exploring and trying out new things. Especially to do with culture" she stated disapprovingly but almost jumped in surprise at Mari's sudden presence. "Oh hey there Mari! I dunno what a vegan is but Udoaver I was just testing, I'm sure he will be a nice match for Elithana" she giggled.
Alpha paused debating with himself whether to ask just how much the general was earning but soon decided against it "Surpsrised it was only ocasionally that you dealt with spies as they were an issue all the time with you guys but enough of the spy thing, the job is totally not as great as people would have you believe" he answered dismissing the subject.

Felina laughed "She's not quite that cold I would like to think from all my years of knowing her. Wouldn't want to do it here and make a scene either, plus dad would most likely object" she pointed out glad Elithana probably wasn't listening to the conversation "Just make small talk wit her and see where it goes for a suggestion"
Dysocu shrugged deciding he had enough food to eat on his plate "Ok I shall not mention them no more, I'm guessing you had some kind of experience with spies. And I highly doubt it is a glamorous lifestyle. But for now I shall leave you to finish getting your food. Was nice talking to you" he said before turning back around to take his seat next to Satoshi.
Hayate took a deep breath preventing himself from laughing harder "Oh a vegan is just someone who doesn't like animal products. You know, stuff like meat and milk and fish and butter. Guess Seph wouldn't get it being a big meat eater and all" he explained pointing at the chicken in his curry without realising " Could never see you sitting in a library Hebal so you need not worry about being boring in Agralia" he remarked with a smirk.

Oassu nodded still uncertain about Felina's plan "Alright but I'm busting out of jail if she lands me there" he said grabbing his plate before heading on up meeting Jenna on the way "Having trouble with the thief thing?" she asked noting Oassu's expression as he nodded sombrely "I don't get why we get such a harsh treatment there've been fair thief kings who were wise and stuff before but meh it's her loss if her snooty sister can't appreciate you" she muttered
Mari nodded "I know but it was like she held some genuine contempt for vegans" she sighed shrugging "I'm sure he'll appreciate your testing, he's gonna be an elvish noble one day gotta meet lots of random people" she giggled.
Itaka smirked "Well there's Zaerk, he's a protective black chocobo, really powerful kinda bosses the others about but he keeps all the local fiends away so he kinda has a right to" he said adding some ribs to his plate "he's actually really protective of a small lupine bone that he plays with, likes tossing it around and snaps at anyone who tries to take it" he chuckled.

Hebal laughed and nodded her head "Yep thats me, making sure life is never boring for anyone who comes near me even Udoaver over there who I am sure is going to have to put up with worse than me... needs to be more assertive I think" she stated scratching her ear while she glanced over at Seph "Maybe you got a point elfy... can't exactly see vegans being viewed as normal and all respected to the demon community being a bunch of angry people as a whole"
Seph raised her eyebrow removing her plate from her tail "Oh really? Well I can guess why he is such a favourite for you. Heh he sounds a bit like you in personality, without the bit about the obsession with the lupine bone that is" she teased making a small pile of boiled potatoes.

Felina covered her mouth giggling slightly at the overheared comment from Jenna despite not wanting to admit her snooty was probably a good description.
Udoaver sighed turning his head to whisper to Felina "I hope you know what your doing encouraging them to spend more quality time. But it's not like she has the power to arrest Oassu up here and Dysocu will be in no mood for chasing you around and dragging you back home at least" he reassured her.
Hayate grinned watching Udoaver from the corner of his eye "It would probably be better for him to keep his head down for now. He may become a noble but he won't have any power whatsoever so can't challenge any other nobles on issues without Elithana's backing. Vegans would have a hard job surviving if in a line of work like mine, they don't know what they're missing"

Oassu nodded "I'm sure it's fine I'm probably just being paranoid" he muttered moving aside to let Zadina hurry past with food "Still all the same, I want best behaviour from you around her, don't want her getting an even worse impression of us thieves" he said before breaking away from a sighing Jenna to get food.
Mari frowned "It seems a little unfair to me to be a noble and have no power too royalist" she shrugged "Still lets leave Vegans alone I'm sure there must be at least one vegan demon anyway" she giggled.
Itaka grumbled "Well maybe he is a little, just proud is all though gets embarassed if you catch him playing with his bone or if he hits you with it by accident" he chuckled "Still I'm sure you'll love all the chocobo's I have" he said adding some spicy curry dish to his plate.

Seph laughed listening to Itaka's grumblings "Hey it's not so bad you sound a little similar, it's kind of cute to be honest. I'm sure I will like them and I bet you'll grow to love all the weird creature things in my bag ready to munch on whatever unwanted hand tries to take something" she grinned.
Hebal scratched her chin in thought "Guess it kinda makes sense to me. Hehe if you gained noble powers and privelages by marrying, I know a lot of people who would be more than happy to take advantage of that" she sighed waving what was left of her carrot "Wonder what vegan demons would eat then.. just nuts and twigs and stuff? I honestly wouldnt know how to feed them"

Hayate shook his head "Proper nobles have powers. Meaning the ones from noble families or those who earned their noble status by means other than marriage. But sure there is probably some weird unique demon that refuses to eat meat. I think its fair to say for example Hebal isn't exactly the most viera like of viera and Seph isn't the most demonic of demons so its more than likely, I mean that in a good way" he quickle added not wishing to cause offence.

Zadina hopped up into the seat beside Hebal and Hayate once again "No no it's not all fair, since not everyone awarded noble status simply marries in and even then some of them contribute massively to elven society without being nobles" he said getting comfy "It's not fair for people who do nearly nothing to have power over those who have earned noble titles." he said.
Mari smiled "That's a very mature thought Zadina good for you and he's right you know I'm sure some people are more worthy of noble status than some nobles and yet would have no power" she said happily.
Itaka nodded "I'm sure though they don't spend time outside the bag anyway but I'm curious as to how you control them, I've never seen you talking to them and yet they know I'm allowed in there" he said adding some potato to his plate

Seph rubbed her horn thinking of how to explain it "Well you know those magic spells people sometimes put around houses so one has to be invited in order to enter? It works in a similar way to that; if your invited to take a look around they wont attack. That only counts as one invite unless said its as many times as you want you can go in" she informed him gathering a small amount of soup.
Hebal scratched her head unsure as to how the system of the nobility worked with the elves "Uhh I guess that makes sense but that would kinda mean you losing some of your mega powers too Zadina. Hehe but thats all complicated stuff, should just do what viera do and have one leader who is elected in every settlement" she concluded feeling her mind was going to explode in confusion.

Hayate sighed taking a bite from his food "The nobles who earn their status are always the ones who are happiest. Also respected most by everyday people, and therefore have more control of the people leading to more power outside the tiny circle of rich people. And you know Dysocu could probably go for noble status if he chose to retire anytime soon... theres a current lack of people who have earned noble status through achievements at present" he pondered scratching his chin. "Anyway don't you worry about it. The ways of the nobility really isn't something you would want to get too far into"

Zadina shrugged hearing Hebal "Well I don't really use my noble powers or know what they fully do anyway, but I bet I could be a totally helpful noble if I spent more time around home" he said wiggling his ears for fun.
Mari nodded "But enough about nobility it's not something we really have in my village or Hebal's we have just the one leader too with a few lieutenants" she said playing with Hebal's ears.
Itaka nodded "Ok I understand that, so what do I have a free pass to go into the invisible bag of wonders?" he chuckled "Wouldn't like to see someone uninvited stumble in there" he said adding some chicken to his plate.

Seph chuckled nodding her head "For now you do but if I see you snooping a little too much or taking all my good stuff then I could always change that so your no longer invited. Can have a better feel around in there or even a look around since you could fit your head in later on and maybe I'll let you have something you like" she grinned.
Hebal laughed feeling particularly ticklish at the time "Hehe you elves are way to complicated with your systems and leaders and things. Need to simplify sometime!" she concluded ruffling Mari's hair "I bet your going to be some super lord Zadina one day who makes some super awesome invention that makes everyone happy" she added optimistically.

Hayate frowned noticing Elithana trying her hardest to stay out of Oassu's way while getting food "Our system works fine, no problems with corruption or anything like that. You'll be fine Zadina, you're already doing a lot more than the moajority of the nobility even suggesting getting a job. Nothing wrong with using your powers the odd time, I bet people would appreciate those VIP passes to watch all the arena games"

Zadina nodded "Even then some nobles get to help out in parliament and contribute in a way but I don't abuse my powers that much" he said defensively to Hayate.
Itaka chuckled "You'll forgive me if I don't jump at the chance to put my head in a bag with dangerous creatures though you'll need to tell me how you picked up such a weird little device" he said.
Mari grinned "I bet he will with his incredible magic skills he'll become a wise and respected Elder like his uncle" she said happily unaware that Sophia was slyly waddling off with a lemon slice from Mari's plate.
