it's not that someone's bothering me, it's that no one is. no one's bothering to help.
i've stuck my neck out for people over and over again, and several times i've risked life and limb (no exaggeration) to be good to people, and on one occasion, i've risked going to jail just to do something nice for someone who needed it.
and now no one will help me. and it's too late, and i'm so miserable, because ...
because this is like my chance to do something good for me, and for my family, and to make a difference, you know? and now - i don't know if i can. i don't know where i'll be in life when it's time to re-apply, and whether i'll be able to make the commitment as i am now. and because no one was willing to say "she's a good person and she deserves it", i can't do it.
it's just not fair. crying
