Abel kissed her back, holding the kiss longer. His fingers now painted patterns of hearts and stars with scrolling along her shoulders.

"I have been trying to sleep but it hasn't been working out well. I spend most of the time staring up at the cieling. I'm lucky if I manage to doze off at any point." Shadow said as he managed to strech a tired smile across his face. He noted Nadea's worried expression, it always made him feel bad when he seen her with that look on her face. "To much on my mind these days, even with the beasty gone I am... I don't know."

"If you don't mind my asking...what is it that you think about when you can't sleep?" she asked softly, her green eyes looking up at him with curiosity. They turned a corner and kept walking, the thud of Shadow's boots echoed in the corridor.

Shadow let out a small sigh, he didn't know were to begin with that one. His mind was more active at night since there were no distraction. "Lilith and the war mainly but I now have a few more concerns like that thing that the winds of magic recoil from in disgust... well atleast Shyesh dose. So much more comes to me at night too... never would have thought that I would be so troubled in this day and age." he said as he rested his hand on the pommle of his sword. He wondered when he would be able to put the sword away again and live in relative peace. The only thing he didn't long for these days was the quiet. It annoyed him now and felt wrong.

She placed a hand on his shoulder and squeezed, "You do not need to worry about Azrael Shadow...i will take care of him myself." she frowned lightly, she hated keeping secrets from Shadow but this one was necessary. She didn't know how he'd react to it, not to mention the inevitable thing it created. Nadea sighed lightly and placed a hand on her stomach and the recoiled and put it back around Gabriel. "Hmm....i suppose you do have a lot more free time now that your head is clearer. Although i don't think thats a good thing..."

"I can't help but worry about him... it.... what ever it is. I don't want to see you in that sort of bloody mess again, it was frightning to see you of all people in that state but if you want to take him yourself then I will not interfear when the time comes. I guess that fight will be to you what this fight against Lilith is to me, personal." Shadow siad. What Nadea wasn't telling him started to bug him. He was very curious about what she was keeping from him but he kept quiet and never asked. He would never ask. "All this free time dose me no good aparently. It is nice to have a clear head but having a clear head is quite bad for me right now."

Cassidy had been sitting in the chair unmoving. She had accepted that nothing was wrong with her but something didn't feel right. She let out a heavy sigh and realized Shadow was troubled, she could always feel it when he was. She drained her glass and got up. She rested a small pale hand on her stomach happy that they had conceived a child, but worried about the time she would bring the baby into the world. Would Lilith be gone? Would everything at the manner have calmed down? What about Felicity? She hoped that Felicity's children would love their soon to be half sibling. She sighed as she began to walk, heading towards outdoors. She was chewing on her bottom lip like she always did when thinking. What had happened to Nina? She didn't know. She sighed again, wondering if now was the best time for their baby to be born. She didn't even know how much time.
Unknown to her, the rate she was growing was about, one to two months per a day, so by the end of the week, if not a little over, the child would be born as she was already at about two months within the span of two days. She sighed again as she slipped outside the cold air caressing her cheeks. She wondered where everyone was, things seemed so quite, she didn't like wandering alone it made her feel a bit vunerable.

Nadea sighed, "I know what i'm not telling you is bothering you...but if i did tell you it would make you angry and even more worried. If you really want me to tell you...i will." she sighed and brushed a few strands of hair from Gabriel's face, his long eyelashes reminded her of her late husband. She hadn't the strength to bring him back, but she was determined to get her son.

"Me getting angry dose not have the same effect as it use to have Nadea. I am not going to go into a killing frenzy or try to eat you. I do not want to push you into tell me. I only want you to say if you want to say it, not because I am getting bothered by not knowing." Shadow said. A part of him wanted to know but another part cautioned against it and another reminded him of things that had to be done today. "I am going to head down stairs. I need to find Cassidy and finaly get around to doing... something. I have been putting it off for to long. Care to join me in my search or do you want to put the little one down for a nap?"

Tyrn sighed when he heard Kales voice. He looked him up and down and then looked him straight in the eyes.
"Kale Ferein huh? What the hell are you doing here?" Tyrn asked with a grin. He looked around the back of the mansion to see if Hally was following him.
"Just making sure my charge is alive and well. I have been tracking you for years. Its not easy tracking your kind." Kale said back to him.
"Hally's not around is she?" Tyrn asked him as he was still looking around.
"No. .no she isn't. I take it you know shes alive." Kale asked.
"Yeah I do..." Tyrn said to him distractedly.
"You didn't want her to be here huh?" Kale asked.
"No. I didn't. I already have a new life. Come in. See if anyones up yet." Tyrn said as he walked into the dining room. "If you don't mind I would like to catch up later. I don't want to think about the past right now." Tyrn told him over his shoulder.
"Oh yeah no prob. Nice place here. Lots of people I take it?" Kale asked as he followed Tyrn into the dining room.
Tyrn took his usual seat and motioned Kale to sit in Sakura's seat. "Yeah...A bunch of good people. Don't get used to sitting there by the way. Thats Sakura's, my girlfriend, seat. You'll have to claim your own later." Tyrn told him with a smile.
Kale nodded and looked around as he stood standing. "Im pretty tired myself so I'm gonna head back to my hotel in a bit. Ill be around later Alright?" Kale told Tyrn.
"Oh yeah, no prob i gotta check on Sakura anyway. See ya later." Tyrn told him as he walked out the way he came.
Tyrn got up and walked up to his room. he opened the door to find Sakura laying in bed just as he left her. he climbed onto the bed next to her and stroked her cheeks gently. "When are you going to wake up?" Tyrn asked.

Nadea smiled and nodded, "I'm going to go put him down for a nap, then i will help you in your search." she said softly and turned back down the way they came, her bare feet padded lightly against the wooden flooring. She opened her door quietly and walked over to her bed, setting Gabriel down gently so not to wake him. She tucked him gingerly under the covers and kissed his forehead before leaving. Pulling at a tie on her wrist, she pulled her long hair up into a messy bun as she descended the stairs towards the dinning room.

Cassidy continued to walk and found herself on that dangerous dirt path once more. Her feet seemed drawn to it and just wouldn't let her stay away. Cassidy bit her lip and came to an abrupt halt, she knew better. She knew what kind of things lurked in there, but what was worse, was her fear for the things she didn't know. She shrugged, the daylight was fading, but there was a bit of sun left, what harm could it do? Not to mention, there had to be a reason she was drawn to it, right? She let out a deep breath and started to walk. As she entered through the bowed limbs, she could feel the temperature drop a good ten degrees. She shivered, but due to a bit of fear and protecivly and instinctivly placed her hands on her stomach. The dark beauty wandered deeper into the forest, this time making sure to stay on the path. She felt like the wind and the trees were beckoning her to go deeper and deeper, as though they held secrets that they wanted to tell her and her alone.

Shadow made his way to the dinning room. He took deep breaths at regular intervals to try and pick up Cassidy's scent but found nothing strong enough to give a direction. He let out a heavy sigh, figuring that he would probably have to push it off for another time. He was getting more than a little frustrated about things comming up and preventing him from doing things. When he reached the dinning room he sat in his chair and leaned into the back of it. He was feeling a little more tense than usual but he put that down to Shyesh being unstable. "Why dose nothing ever go acording to plan?" he asked himself.
