You know, I didn't check REALLY closely after he started firing bullets out of his gun thing. Does Lady Gaga do that? And is also green?

Well, she does wear lots of "far out there" things. I wouldn't put it past her. I just can't bring myself to think our real Brainy got his leg blown off.
