Suiken Floated around in the Mission Vault looking for one suitable and that won't be so time consuming. Of course, he found nothing because he was too busy eating.
Rouge: You Twit... I found one! - she throws the documents at him-
Suiken: Say wha?....Sh-a-dow Strike... Lets go to Petalburg.
Rouge: Agreed.
With no further delay, Rouge Teleported them to PetalBurg Pokemon Center. when they arrived, They looked around, everything seemed well.
Suiken: I had expected to see some chaotic display of actions...
Rouge: This is good...because it means someon already took care of them. We can just go back to hq and say we did it !.
Suiken: Rouge, you know that isn't how I roll...
Rouge: But it IS smart! ^^
Suiken: .... C'mon, let's go search for the Fellans.
The two went around the City, looking for anyting that might be a clue as t wear the Evil Gym Leader might be.
Suiken: Any signs?
Rouge: Nope... -eating chips-
Suiken: Where did you get those? -a scream is heard around the corner- Rouge!
-They run to the noise, only to find a Jigglypuff, tormenting an old couple.
Suiken: Oh my... what a sight!
Rouge: Let's catch it! I wanna battle !
Suiken: It's too early to start battling so I'll use my master ball xD.
Rouge: I'll act as bait. Hey Jigglypuff!
Jigglypuff uses Rollout attack and smashes into Rouge
Jigglypuff: Jiggly!! =.=
Rouge: Umph..... NOW
Suiken: -tosses a Master Ball-

The Pokeball Disappears
Suiken: Oops, forgot I have 6 Pokemon on me already ^_^ It was sent to The Isle.
Rouge: Cool! ~rubs her wound~That hurt....
Old Lady: Thank You Young Man!
Suiken: You're welcome... Hey, why was that Jigglypuff bothering you too?
Old Man: We built our house over it's old home by accident... since then it's been trying to get us to pay ...rent...
Rouge tries to hold in her chuckle.

A Guy in a dark cap and spikey hair skanked out of the Pokemon Center, with 6 lackies following behind him. He stopped and took a look at Suiken.

Suiken: Hold up.... The first thing you do when you start small talk with another person is say " GoodMorning, Good afternoon, Goodnight " Or something. Don't be acting like some bigshot, tryna intimidate me with your bad manners.
Goons: Oooooo... Boss you gonna let him get way with that?
???: Shut it... -glares at Suiken- How rude of me... I am Chester...
Suiken:Mhmm... Ok so. " Chester" I'm looking for the Leader of some punks that have been uhhh causing trouble?.
Chester: You found him!
Suiken: Oh , so it was that easy? Wow Rouge... I'm pretty good at finding Criminals.
Rouge: -munch munch- Yezzir! Now take them OUT so we can leave.
Chester: O.O did that Jynx just ...I'll make a deal with you... You battle all 7 of us,3 double battles and one single.Everyone get's to use one Pokemon each for each Battle. If Our friend here wins, we leave Petalburg in peace and you get the Shadow Balanace Badge. If any of us win, I get that remarkable Jynx!

Suiken: Agreed! My name is Suiken and my ways are malice.
Goons: You will face us, 2 on two got it? Joe and Tojo are up first!

Meganium is wearing a Focus Band so it doesn't faint from the Super Effective hit. It is however Poisoned - 10/500

Meganium already charged after the Seviper with a tackle.
Suiken: Kurenai, take this hit.
Kurenai takes a direct hit, taking a great deal ogf Damage..BUT , Meganium faints from poison.

Suiken: tsk.. My turn, Vega! Pumkin use HyperBeam on that flying exoskeleton thing.
Vega aims a Hyperbeam at the target but Shedinja dodges the Beam.
Mika: Shedinja! Double Edge that eevee!
Vega hops over the Pokemon , evading the attack.
Mika: grrr....
Suiken: Vega! Shadow Ball. Kurenai, Sludge Bomb.
Shedinja is Blasted with a Shadowball then Bombed with Sludge .
Shedinja's wonder Guard kicks in.
Shedinja - 300/300
Mika: Ha!
Suiken: Ugh..I have gotten rusty...I totaly forgot about Wonder guard... hmmmm Oh! Kurenai Hit it with a Flame thrower! ...teehee...
Mika: Shedinja! Use ...umm.. Protect!
Shedinja protects itself from the attack by putting up a barrier.
Suiken: -eye sparkles- Vega! Mimic Kurenai's Flamthrower !

Vega Mimics Kurenai's Flmethrower.
Mika: Shedinja! Protect once more!
Suiken: Kurenai... Flamethrower -smirks-
Shedinja's protective barrier kept it safe.

Vega follows up with a Flamethroer from Behind, .

Suiken: Rouge ! Miiror Coat!
Arcanine Blasts Rouge, expecting a one hit Ko but instead ends up being Blasted with twice the force of his attack.
Suiken: Recover then give him a Pyschic Blast!
Chester: Rush in and Crunch!
Rouge Recovers her Hp and drastically damages the Arcanine with Pyschic, Arcanine ignores the pain, rushing in at Rouge and delivering a fatal Crunch!
Suiken: It won't end so easily! Counter!!!!!!
Chester: NO WAY! ARCANINE! GET OUTTA THERE!
Rouge Glows and Counters Arcanine's attack, dealing twice the damage, Arcanine was caught off Guard and KOed

Sora then went inside Dragons Den. He jumped off Charizard and returned him. Sora then looked around. He saw a Dratini. The Dratini stared at him.
Your mine.
Sora grabbed his pokeball in his pocket and released it. Pichu them appeared.
Haven't seen you in a while.
Pichu, Pi.
Pichu, Thunder Shock Dratini.
Pichu used Thunder Shock while Dratini was going to use Twister. When Pichu's attack hit Dratini, Dratini's attack was already launched to attack Pichu. When Dratini's attack hit, Dratini was paralized from Thunder Shock.
(Pichu 550-150=400)(Dratini 350-250=100 Paralized)
Ok. Now go pokeball.
Sora threw a pokeball at Dratini.
Shake, Wiggle, Shake............Ding!
Yes. I caught a Dratini.
Sora picked up the pokeball.
Pichu, Pi.
