Internet troubles, I hate them.

Is anyone familiar with Cisco Clean Access Agent? If so, I'm dreadfully sorry.

But the story goes: my (beautiful) computer was having difficulties logging on to the internet at school, as we have to go through a type of agent called Cisco, which doesn't really do anything aside from block freeware programs like Limewire and stuff like it. So essentially, it's useless. And gay. SO, I couldn't remember my password. No real surprise, I hadn't been to school in a handful of months. So I got it reset, but no, goodness no that couldn't be the problem. For some ungodly reason, it refused to let me connect to the server, leaving me shut off with the rest of the world, and many of you I'm quite fond of, so needless to say, this presented a problem. So I call up the school's tech service and get this woman who is absolutely BRIMMING with personality /sarcasm. She gives me the same old pamphlet steps to get on that a retarded monkey could figure out. Again, needless to say, that didn't work. Duh. So, she asks me to bring my laptop over to their office so they can look at it. "But
I don't have a laptop." I said, with full pent up rage building up inside.

"Oh, then bring your desktop."

Whoopie. I get to lug a case halfway across campus. Mind you, the slightest slip and $820 some dollars go down the shitter. Thankfully I got there without incident and dropped it off, placing no faith in these people to resolve this in a quick and unobstructing matter. Well, I'm glad, because I brought it there Tuesday, and my poor baby has been rotting in there since.

So, not only am I disowned from the internet aside from when my roomate lets me use his computer, but now I can't even play games or even do computer based homework assignements. There is no excuse for this taking so long, all it needs is a quick networking adjustment, nothing that warrents a bloody week of letting it rot.

RARARA I'M PISSED.

Aww. . . hope things work out soon. Or srsly I'ma have to bust a joint and have that lady fix it herself with her . . . man, I had a good mad rant going but I couldn't follow it up.
