Do whatever, this part of the October arch is mostly for everyone to cut loose, catch up, and get back into the swing of things before the kidnappings start.

Well I have two plans for Two-Face (lol)
A. He gets arrested and later on, someone busts him out of jail and he becomes one of the first kidnapees.
B. He a escapes the bank and gets kidnapped along the way back to his hideout.
Ivy could pop in during either.
