Well I'd volunteer my minor GCPD character, but he doesn't really fit the specifications, being a generally decent guy of sound mind.
Additionally, I never really much cared for Saw.

I like the concept but hate the movies.
I suppose you could, anyone else that want to make a minor character that can live or die during the game can do so.
