Yes, I changed it a while ago - a little before the VTOG meltdown I think.
We certainly are old, for this website at least.

"Fior di Levante!"
And the harder it gets to find those of our own age gonk
@Kick: Do you have any suggestions for where you would like to see the guild go from this point? What things you disagreed with being removed before that you'd like to see brought back, new things that you think would be a good idea, etc etc?

@Was: True, I remember now. And Yes.. I kind of feel a little silly being here still, but it's hard to forget ones old companions wink heart
@Talon: Be this true, or are we just reminded that we are getting older and that the year difference has a strange way of just getting bigger? ninja
@Daypaw: And since I'm rude, I will ask:"And what age might that be?" wink
And to the pressing matter of this guild, I would think that trying to collect the old crew again might be a good place to start. (Those who still exists at least) and get their threads out of the vault. As far as I can see, that would be the ground basics to get things up and running again. You can keep the sub-forums, but have the major threads up front. They're what's left of VTOG's memories, and the key most likely to get the old grunts back.
Please everybody. Object me if I'm wrong.

Well I'm pretty sure a message went out from VTOG but I know a few people quit the guild completely. Kick, if you could send out an announcement from your guild we might be able to reach some of the others we might have missed. Unfortunately I think that a few of us might have taken the ordeal as an opportunity to quit Gaia.

"Fior di Levante!"
I did send an announcement the day I took ownership. I'm happy to send another.
@Kick: Pft, I'm not a girly girl- you're not offending anyone here by asking that. I'm 25.
I knoooooow I saw Kale around not that long ago, before the holidays sometime o.o She pops in off and on. I haven't seen Window in ages. We have one person who pops in and out that is newish that was never crew.
As for the old hangout threads; as long as the owners are around and posting once in a while, we'll pull their threads out of the vault as soon as they give us a 'yo' - but are there any other specific threads that you can think of that you'd like to see up front?

Hmm. Not so far from my age then surprised I spike to Protect not so long ago, and I do keep in touch with DaR every now and again. Weasle I have on my playstation friendslist, and Window is part of my guildcrew, Asmondai and Greeness are regulars in the same guild, so all of them I might be able to reach 3nodding I think if I search hard enough I might be able to find Evode and a few more on my MSN account. Not sure about that one though sweatdrop Specific threads.. Hmmm... A few thoughts. Get back out the "New members - Please Introduce yourself here" and the "birthdays" threads into the main forum as announcements. It's always fun to get a random gift on your birthday, or give to someone. + it makes the members more closely attached. And the "introduce yourself" dates almost as far back as I do. It shows the guilds heritages and it also is a way to make things more personnel, or a way to seed out the rotten fish. Depends. It also can give new members a chance to express themselves as the character they wish to be, or just as themselves wink Those should be one of your first priorities.

Example on introduction:Evode I shall permit your unworthy corpse to ask me a few questions. cool I said questions not statements! mad Again with the statments stressed .. cut it out or i'm leaving. smile Terrible question, but i'd expect nothing more from a being of your intellegence.*clears his throat* After carefully navigating through the pipelines and sewers of several major citties, i came apon a dingo stealing a baby. I quickly lasso'd the dingo, and allowed him to lead me here. You invite me to an interview without knowing who i am? mad underrling What weird hobbies do you have? I enjoy a daily Ego Inflation in my secret lair, located somewhere in the guild. ninja You already do. gonk Now for my question. How old are you Nina? ninja
