"Kai grew the most, if you think about it in proportions..." Ryou said, looking over at his son. Their son, he reminded himself. He looked back to Kira, biting his bottom lip. "You... aren't mad, are you? With me and Khalid..." The question had been bothering him for a while. Khalid put out his cancer stick as the small group approached. He smiled blankly at them, with a slight nod at Kawi. "Nice to see you. You're here to see Kira, I'm sure? Come on in." He had left Luci inside somewhere, but he could really care less. He turned and opened the front door, slipping inside the mansion. Atem glanced towards Ember and arched an eyebrow. He didn't trust Khalid, and the man's oddly nice behavior had put him on edge. "Is everyone still willing to go in?"

"No..Im not mad" she told him "I died...I dident exspect you to stay alone." kira told him reaching up and gently run her fingers threw his hair.
Ember nodded "I'm fine."
"Im guessing you brought protection?" kawi asked knowing ember.
"A condom?" ember said. Kawi frowned and ember laughed "No I brought my pistal just incase."

Atem, who had been thinking along the lines of Ember's first question, seemed relieved to hear her second response. He held the front door open for the others and caught Yugi's eye and smiled briefly. Yugi offered a weak smile in return, but Atem could tell that the boy was anxious. When the others had entered, Atem followed quickly behind. Ryou would have responded had the door to the nursery not opened abruptly. Khalid was there, and hardly blinked at the closeness of the situation. "Atem and the others are here. They want to see you." He said, focusing on Kira. "You don't have to see them if you don't want. I doubt the pharaoh will stop bothering me if you don't prove your existence to them, though."

Kira sighed softly "Alright..." she said.
Kawi held onto yugi's hand as they walked in.
Luci was in the kicthen drinking shots of vodka boredly

Khalid smiled sardonically at Ryou, arching an eyebrow. "Well, if you two are busy, I can always tell them to come back at another time... Really, Ryou, in front of the child?" He shook his head and 'tsk-tsk'ed, making Ryou look ashamed for a moment. It was only a moment. Ryou smiled back at Khalid in the same almost sneering fashion, and the two seemed to have a silent conversation. Khalid laughed mildly and turned away. "Just come on. You'll have plenty of time for this later. I want to get these guys packed up and gone soon." Ryou released Kira, realizing that he had still been holding her, and his smile was warm as he turned it to Kira. "Kawi, I don't know if you know, had been attacked by Luci, and had to be in the hospital. Apparently she got released recently. Today, I think. I want to go see her." Ryou moved over to Kai, picking him up, and then followed after Khalid down the hallway and into the living room, where the others were. Atem had been looking around the living room and wondering if he should sit down when Khalid rejoined them shortly. Ryou followed behind him after a bit of a pause, holding Kai. The hikari certainly seemed to be in a good mood; he was flushed and smiling happily. If Atem had had doubts about Kira's return, which he had, the look Ryou had on his face left only a shadow of them. Atem hadn't seen the boy look so happy since she had died.

Kira soon followed out behind ryou "Hey guys.." kira said.
"KIRA!" both ember and kawi yelled as they ran and tackled her.

Ryou had set Kai on the ground and looked up to Yugi and Atem. Yugi was doing a little squirm dance, wanting to join in with the others but at the same time not wanting to. Atem was nodding and smiling, but not excitable enough to glomp people. Ryou looked up when he felt arms go around his waist. It was Khalid. Of course. "Where's Luci?" Ryou asked in a murmur, concerned about their guests for the time being. "In the kitchen. I suppose he'll be out soon, though." Khalid replied, giving Ryou a little squeeze. "Everything is all right between you and her, right? And you haven't shoved me away, so I also guess..." He trailed off and shrugged, as though it didn't matter what the answer to his unfinished question was. Ryou didn't attempt to answer. Khalid hadn't expected that he would. "Heh. Atem's glaring at us. He never approved. He'll certainly be out for my blood now that Kira's back." Khalid gave Ryou a brief kiss before letting his husband go and moving to sit down on the couch.

"air...Air...AIR!" Kira yelled as the two backed off. Kira took a deep breath in before smiling at her friends "It's nice to see you too."
Kawi wiped away tears in her eyes "I cant belive your really here!"
Kira looked up noticing yugi squirming. "Ya know if you need to use the bathroom you can..." she said playfully.

"No, I just--" Yugi's voice faltered as his face split into a wide grin. "It's just so great to see you!" He wondered if he had any other stupid things to say. He had noticed Ryou and Khalid's behavior, but didn't let that bother him.

Atem muttered something under his breath and both Khalid and Ryou shot him a dark look. Ryou went over to the couch and sat down next to Khalid, deciding to leave the others to greet Kira. He didn't want to interrupt on their joy. Atem decided that a comment of welcome from him would be redundant, since all the others seemed to have that covered. He was more concerned with another issue. "When Ryou was brought back, he had Vadin come with him. You don't have a demon as well, right?"

Luci at that point came out "Hiya people. Your out of vodka by the way." she told them. Kawi whimpered and clung to kira.

"But we almost had a full bott..." Ryou automatically began to protest, then broke off, his brow furrowing. "Damn. I bet you don't even get drunk that easily, do you? What a waste." Yugi had lapsed into a silence, and gave his friend a terrified look. He couldn't comprehend why Ryou would speak to that monster in an almost friendly manner. Ryou, however, had merely responded automatically to the thought of a being chugging down all of their vodka.

"Me? Get drunk? Na." luci said. "Ah I see everybody's here. How cute." He walked over and ruffled kawi's hair before sitting in a chair "You should get stronger stuff."

Ryou watched how Kawi reacted to Luci, and then turned a quizzical look to Khalid. He had been told that Kawi had been attacked by a demon, but nobody had told him that it had been Luci who hurt Kawi and Yugi. He made the connection now, and a certain look of understanding dawned on his face. Khalid patted his slow-minded spouse's hand, as though to reassure him. Ryou now looked towards Luci. "You can't stay here, I hope you know." He stated, knowing that under no circumstances would he allow such a monster to be so close to those he loved.
