Ms. Selina Kyle Val_Armorr Ms. Selina Kyle Val_Armorr Ms. Selina Kyle That stuffs good for upset stomaches. Which is way I'm brewing some. Only eating one meal a day is catching up with me. Better stick with herbal then, never have caffine on an empty stomach. Lacking herbal tea at he moment, but I was lucky enough to get a small snack a little bit ago. Tea doesn't really have enough caffeine to bother my system, fortunately. ....you do realize that chamomile is herbal, right? confused Is it? Never really bothered to study up on my teas. I just stick to green tea in the morning and the chamomile in the evening. *Sips tea.*

There are three basic kinds of tea, black, green and white. Herbals aren't actually tea.

Fortunately the green tea seems to have enough caffeine to get me through the morning without a headache. Going cold turkey on caffeine is brutal, and unfortunately not much of an option considering how I need to function with my schedule. I'd like to be able to wean myself off it entirely, but I don't see that happening.

They did a study not long ago about caffine and beverages and people's morning routines, and the found that it's not really the caffine that does it, it's the hot beverage.

They're so awesome, though. Floating guts, and tentacle-hair, and vaguely vampy. Malaysian demons are badass.
*clearly excited*
Something about the way you say Tentacle Demon frightens me. Should I not ask?

Because he breaks the type. I haven't had a lot of boys interested in me. Too tomboyish. Too violent. Even before the Slayer, I could kick practically anybody's a**. I ran for Gunther to pay the bills. My twin brother was murdered by a Lurk when we were young, and my sister blamed me.
The only real family I had was Loo, this little girl who looked up to me. I was her hero. Her parents liked me well enough, and our little community did fine. But I was a provider and a protector. After Loo was killed, I was barely welcome at all.
And now I have this great destiny. Kill the vampires. Fight the demons. Not even a Watcher's Council to give me direction. Just a lunatic who set himself on fire in front of me, and a demon to steer me along. Until I found out the truth about him, and put a stake in his brain. Alone again.
So I'm doing my thing. Messing with all these mystical forces. And I find this place. Outside of reality, outside of everything. I met Hellboy, and freaked out. Me Slayer, he demon. It's a thing.
And then we became friends. We talked for a while. We drank together. We generally got along. And I was welcome. Sure, it wasn't romantic then, but he cared.
Then I take my field trip into Hell, and I get back. I come here. He's one of the first people I see again, and, well, things were different. We hit it off on other levels.
He's sweet, he's handsome, he can more than handle himself in a fight...We're equals, really.
I don't get much of that.
