I don't watch too much of either. In fact I haven't watched much of anything these past few years. *laugh* CSI was the only show I watched on a semi-regular basis, and that's only because it happened to be on during that one hour after dinner and before Hubby has to get ready for work.
Started listening to the original Phantom of the Opera soundtrack. Was Michael Crawford a Valjean at one point, perhaps in America or Ireland? His voice sounds familiar. He's got a wonderful voice but for some reason he sounds so cheerful all the time. ^^; It's hard for me to believe that he's angry, bitter, sorrowing Erik. And while Sarah Brightman has range and control, I miss the innocent and sweet quality of Emmy's voice. Sarah's...tone? accent? makes me think she would be best cast as a shrewish wife rather than a virginal heroine.

It was originally a book, but there has been an opera and a few different movie versions made. There are soundtracks for both the opera version and most - if not all - of the movie versions, I believe. ^^

Dun worry about every hearing me talk about any Star Trek slash, Meri. I'm as grossed out about it as you, perhaps even more so. sweatdrop *is looking forward to Trek Expo next weekend* (Robin Curtis is gonna be back. I hope she remembers me...)
Now Harry Potter slash, there's something I can enjoy easily. 4laugh

destroyerofcute: Hi~
[.Aoi.]: Ooh, I hate the mosquitos around our house. @_@ They're more viscious than the ones I grew up with, I guess, so the bites swell up to a large size and leave pebble-like lumps under my skin for a month.
Midnight3476: Your text color confused me. *lol* I thought Kimini had posted, but as I read the post I realized it was someone else. (I hardly even skim a thread in normal view mode...I just go straight to reply and start scrolling. That way I can skip sigs.) Counsellor Deanna Troy, played by Marina Sirtis. She later went through officer's training and ditched the green bodysuit and violet housedress for a proper uniform (thank God). Captain Kirk was from the original Star Trek series. Captain Picard was from The Next Generation. Kirk was the adventurous playboy (whose hyperspanner of delight should have rotted off years ago), and Picard was the educated sophisticate (if you meant "bald," then yes...that's him).

Meri, I think you got Troi's outfits mixed up. The bunny suit was maroon, and the skewed housedress was teal. That's not counting the micro-miniskirt uniform from the first few episodes. sweatdrop
