Tyrn heard a couple pairs of footsteps but he didn't register that someone was coming. He was locked in his own mind trying to figure out what eh should do next. he was worried about Sakura and he didn't want anything to happen to her. With Lilith still able to attack freely he wasn't sure of how he could protect anything let alone Sakura and a kid. They had to get rid of Lilith soon and make sure she wasn't coming back.

I walked to the dining room and grabbed the mail before I sat in my usual spot, a servant brought over a few glasses of blood and set one in Shadow's spot and one in front of me. I opened the catalog I had talked about and turned it to a page with a children's swing set with slides and other toys, them slid the book to Shadow, "here ya go, I thought all the kids around here would like this, especially now that I know there will be more around here. What do you think?"

Shadow entered the dinning room and sat in his chair. He was a little suprised to see a glass already set down for him. He took a sip from it before looking down at the catalog that Vicki had slid over. "Well, if you are willing to pick up several of these... things I think the kids would really enjoy this stuff... I think. Do kids really like this stuff? They must do if they are selling it." he said as he examined the strange things he saw in the catalog. "You have more experiance with this stuff than me so I'll accept your desicion on what ever you pick up."

I pointed out a few things and told him a little about them, "I just thought it would be nice for when the kids all are born and up and walking" I said looking at the numbers to call. I wrote them down on a piece of paper and had one of the servants go off to order a few of the playsets for the kids, "and it would be a good thing for your kids to bond with, when Cassidy has this new little one" I said enthusiastically, before taking a sip from my glass

Shadow nodded along as Vickilyn explained things, he couldn't understand how children could find those things entertaining but then again Shadow was brought up in a differant time. "Well, I'll take your word on it Vicki. I hope the kids have fun and bond with this equipment. Atleast they won't be to lonely sicne the extream number of kids we have in this manor is now starting to become a bad joke. Soon us adults will be outnumbered."

Tyrn paid close attention to what they were saying to see if they knew anything about Sakura. When he couldn't get anything he sighed and took another drink and looked out the window. It was looking like it was going to rain. He felt like going outside when it started raining cause he needed it. The rain calmed him down and let him think straight. He decided against it just in case Sakura happened to come back and needed him. He wanted to be warm and dry for her.

I giggled a little seeing Shadow not knowing why kids would like this stuff, "This isn't your time" I said still giggling, "they don't need to fight to the death now" I said joking about how he was brought up. "I mean training is one thing, but not a constant thing, they need to have fun, and these will assure that, even in these troubled times" I said with a smile. "Sooo... do you know if your next child will be a boy or a girl?"

"Yeh, yeh. Laugh and joke at the old man. I can't help but be all messed up due to my traumatic childhood." Shadow said with a laugh. Sure he spent almost all of his childhood training and fighting with his peers but it built character and taught him how to stick up for himself. "I have no idea what it will be this time. I don't want to know until the day. I want to be suprised this time."

I laughed with him until he said he didn't want to know the sex of the baby, "what? You don't want to know?" I asked shocked. "Then I'll just have to find out for myself, so I can get to buying presents..." I paused and took another sip from my glass, "but I won't tell you if you don't want to know, and I need to find Cassidy first"

"Find out if you want to find out. I won't stop you... or will I?" Shadow said as he shifted his eyes from side to side and then laughed. "I would rather wait to see on the day what sex my child will be. I don't want the suprise spoiled." he said with a grin.
((Not heard form either of them today. Only Abel, satsuki and Tyrn have been around today. That reminds me. Anyone submited answers to the quiz?))

"I'd just like to know for gift-giving reasons" I said as he looked around in a joking suspicion way, "so I'll find out and not let you see the things I buy." I drank the last of what was in my glass, and called the servants over to bring me another, "any news about things coming up, or is it all baby news?"

He didn't know what he would do if he found out early. "Everything is quiet on the war front, everything else is just baby news. Nothing has been happening around here lately to be honest."

The servant brought another glass to replace the empty one that was sitting in front of me, "just babies huh" I said a little bored with it all now. "So babies, babies, and more babies, speaking of babies, where are my puppies?" I asked sarcastically
