Wow, Bats actually came into a bar, for reasons completely unrelated to crime-fighting? eek
About damn time. Though from what I hear, he actually DID take a vacation. If ever a guy needed it, it was him.

Quite well, and no worries. I wasn't awake much longer. Do movies always have that sort of sleepy-effect?

Yeah, sometimes. Depending on the movie and the people watching it. *shrugs* The 'arty'-er the film, the longer and more drawn out it is. You hafta develop REAL patience for Kurosawa movies. Usually they're worth it, but your butt'll get severely numb. gonk
*grabs a beer* Anything I can get you? surprised

Just a beer is fine. Only Wednesday, after all.
So will these be included in my film education? Or are we just sort of winging it? Not that I mind either way. wink heart

We are winging this mother.
Hmm... I dunno, you might like the samurai stuff. I'll see if I can't hunt up one of his shorter fast-paced ones. 3nodding
Meanstwhile...
*pulls out a backpack that was hiding in the coat, and dumps it, letting DVD cases spill out across the bar counter*

Criminally, I have not yet gotten around to seeing Samurai Fiction, and hadn't heard of Versus. If you think we should see 'em you'll have to bring them yourself. domokun

Double O Seven. It's a bunch of super spy movies. Lots of explosions, shooting, and cool gadgets. Also lots of the hero getting the girl, or several. domokun
Raven? She's a regular. I wouldn't reccomend trying to pull a Slayer thing on her. From what I hear she gets rather ninja-y herself.

Oooh, that's Raven? All I saw was demon-shaped thing, and it's kind of a first impulse.
...That'll make meeting your folks weird, huh?
...Not that we're there yet, or anything! Oh god! I mean... redface sweatdrop
