Loki:

Do to Loki's byakugan he had noticed that koujin had been there very early on but had decided not t act upon it untill he was given a reason which he technically still wasn't given a reason but he felt slightly that he was in a rather deadly move at the time and if his plans to become what he was going to become would work he would also need more techniques first he turned to Tai, "Tai i am Loki Hyuuga formerly Loki Uchiha and..." he lowered his voice so only Tai could hear it, "... soon to be Loki Akasun." he waited a moment before continuing, "After my soon to be 'death' i was curious if you could keep my body safely in your posesion as a Human puppet untill i come to claim it... then... teach me the techniques that you use to both enter and combine your puppets." and with that loki flickered to just above Koujin and using his panther seal speed he said, "Jyuuken!" and launched the attack straight at his longs to wind the poor gennin he was going to have a shitload of fun with this guy. His plans were to kill koujin and have tai puppetize him and keep him off to the side for Loki once his plan came to fruition he would then practice the techniques of the Gekkou clan and eventually become a master of most of the Keki Genki that where in the world of Shinobi. Though that was just a thought of his it may actually come to pass.

David quickly fell backwards in an excruciatingly painful state. he quickly stabbed his arm with the chidori on it into the roof to hold his position just barely on the roof top while holding his crotch with his left hand. "*cough* you.....you....*cough*.. little b*****d! *cough*" a few seconds later when all of the people were up on the roof David began to pull himself up the roof and stayed in a fetal position for a few more seconds he then got up still coughing, "you *cough* little b*****d! thats *cough* such a cheep shot!" he quickly made a set of handsigns and grabbed for the sword on his back, not even thinking that it wasnt his katana. he quickly unsheathed it as his cursed seal had already taken the form over a small section of his face. he then charged at the boy and his protector as his sharingan activated and changed to level three he quickly went forward looking for the safest way in to attack the boy, past the guard Aozame. he quickly made another set of handsigns while the first set took its place, freezing thr ground and roofs below each of them. he then smiled as underneath and all around Aozame grass would start to push upward pierce Aozame's feet and stopp him from interfearing.

David was dragging his sword behind him while he ran forward as to keep balance. once he had gotten up to Aozame where the thin grass blades of ice were he hacked at the bottom of a large mass of them and using his Sleight of hand he grabbed each one from the air as he flicked them upward with his sword and began to throw them using Object Shuriken technique. each ice grass was sharp enough to pierce the skin and with enough strength cause serious damage when thrown. David then continued to move after making sure that Koujin wouldn't be able to escape by normal means from the smaizing amount of ice blades flying at him and around him by two feet. David charged forward directly behind the shards of ice, as he made a few quick handseals in preparation for his next move(not doing the move yet.).

"Heh, and you still keep coming," Koujin looked relaxed, he didn't seem to think anything of the oncoming Uchiha. He went so far as to flick of stray hair out of his face as David began to drag his sword across the ground tearing up the roof of one of his relatives. They surely wouldn't be pleased by that, after all the work to rebuild this area of the city just to have one of their own clansmen ruin their roofs again. Koujin yawned as David hacked at the frozen grass with his strange sword. His hands still resting on the hilts of the swords at his hips. Koujin didn't even seem to pay attention as David launched the attack at him the whistling needles of ice flying at him. He gave a slight cough as he made his first movement with the ice spikes already halfway to him. Koujin unsheathed the top blade on his left hip with his right hand. This blade was a strange blue in color and seemed to have a stranger orb implanted in the hilt of the short sword. With the swords help Koujin amplified the wind chakra he channeled into the blade and sent a wide force of wind at the oncoming needles sending them straight back into the Uchiha who had been so dutifully following them. Not only would the ice needles shoot back at him, but the wind was strong enough to pick up David bodily and send him sailing several neighborhoods over before finally hitting the ground. Almost as soon as Koujin had launched the attack the first of his two Soaring Short Swords was back in it's sheath. Koujin yawned again both hands still on the hilts of his blades.

David's cursed seal instantly began to change his body into its final form as the sword had desired for, as he moved forward he charged a Raikari Issan alng his hand to his sword. he slashed at Loki who stood in his way which would mostlikely cut him in half if he stood there. once he would pass Loki or his corpse he would findi himself infront of Koujin with another Raikari readied in his hand similar to the last attack as it was too along the blade of the sword. he quickly began to turn upsidedown to kick Koujin upward using his left hand as the balancing point and then would continue to flip to his feet and jumped to follow him using the Raikari Rendan for the attack.

"Well I am fighting a guy, with a fully developed Sharingan eye and Curse Seal, helping might be nice..." Even in asking for aid he seemed uninterested in any body's assistance. He stood there in his normal battle stance, which really wasn't one to begin with seeing as he had no preparedness for an attack anywhere and he was open to be struck just about anywhere by an opponents. Luckily for Koujin he still had a few seconds to formulate another plan as David warped into his curse seal form and cut through his own fellow villager. He could already read his movements from the harsh way he was executing them on the icy surface. There it was, David had put himself in the air for one brief moment as he tried to deliver a powerful handstand kick to Koujin's head. It was in that small fraction of a moment that he acted combining both his signature jutsu and the other jutsu he had just used into one powerful and quick strike to match David's own. "The First Chirp of the Autmnal Cricket Spurs the Peacock Whirldwind!" The autumnal cricket was just like Sakura's Gowan, but directed at speed accelerating his quick draw skill well beyond their normal level. David had forgotten his self induced icy environment and by doing a one handed hand plant he had left him vulnerable to this powerful Fuuton style skill. The Peacock whirlwind was a huge blast of air holding the kick at bay for a millisecond before pushing him backwards across the slick surface of the roof probably causing him to fall over, his sword would be no help in stopping his attack as the sword was charged with Chidori meaning that it was it's own special zero friction zone. Unless David was able to conjure up 500 additional pounds he would go flying off.

Tai panned around making sure the Leaf ANBU was addressing him. Tai nodded and made a lone hand sign. The puddle underneath him formed into an ice mirror as anothers formed in front of the Leaf ANBU. Tai sunk into the mirror causing it to display his image. His image was then reflected into the ones located in front of the ANBU member. Tai tilted his head from within the mirror and asked "What can I do for you my good man?"
