Kira is powerful..... yes very powerful! truely the only person im scared of right now is Cobra's Rpc lol >.< almost double my chakra points and hes a very good rper SO your saying Kira isn't Powerful??? That doesn't help my self esteem...

He's my main worry too, though I think I might be able to avoid an outright battle to the death with him.
