Meredith was extremely grateful for the clothes and quickly snatched them from Ceon, making sure to use the blanket as a barrier so Ceon couldn't watch her change. She quickly pulled the shirt on and the sweat pants were quick to follow suit and then she lowered the blanket. She then began attempting to open the advil pill bottle and ended up accidentally snapping it and growling, her eyes flashing yellow for a moment as she glared at the pill bottle. However, she reverted back without even noticing she'd done it and popped three pills in her mouth for good measure. This was one hell of a head ache. "I'm not worrying. I have a ******** headache because you're ******** yelling in my head ... Ugh ... You biting me in the should- hey, now that I've reminded myself what the ******** was up with you friggin' kissing me before you bit me?"

"I'm not yelling, you just have to get used to your new ears and how to tune different sounds." Ceon turned away as Meredith changed, though it was nothing he hadn't seen before. As he turned, his face went slightly red, "I know you'll think I'm lying because of all the things that you've done. But I do have feelings for you, Eden. You just didn't give me much of a chance to show it."

"Oh yeah, you have feelings for me alright, especially when you tried to ******** kill me and rip my stomach apart in order to kill these kids. Then I came and saved your a** and was willing to forgive you and let you be a part of their lives, a part of my family and you rejected me then as well. Those are feelings alright. Why can't you just move on and accept the fact that Veroen and I are together? If you like me so much can't you just be happy for me? I don't know what you were hoping to accomplish by smooching me but I'm with someone and even if he disappears on me without telling me anything I'm not going to go and cheat on him because of it. I'm really sorry that I didn't give you a chance like you wanted but going off and selling your soul to demons and stuff, I'm pretty sure I made the right choice."

Ceon put his hand to his head, knowing that she would bring that up again. "Yes...I know I did those things, but you also know I have a hard time controlling my temper. Yes, I almost gave my soul away to a demon, but I did it because everyone around me is happy except for me. I figured if I was the alpha-male I would be happy too. I don't want you to cheat on Vereon, but having me around when the kids are born won't make their lives any easier. What kind of life would these kids live if they had a vampire as their father while their biological father was living somewhere on the opposite side of the city?"

"Your temper is no ******** excuse for trying to kill YOUR OWN GODDAMN CHILDREN! I don't care so much if you'd tried to harm me but you were trying to hurt them! What if you lose your temper when they're around? Hm? Are you going to try to kill them then? Do you want to know the reason why you are unhappy? It's because you hide behind that pathetic excuse all the time, that because you have a temper it's alright to start a fight with whowever or nearly maul someone to death! Smarten the ******** up and maybe you'll find that you're happier. Don't you even try to pull the whole bullshit of making me feel guilty to try and get me to get with you because it doesn't work. You have a right to see your children as much as I do but that doesn't mean we have to be 'mates' or whatever it is you want from me. I do owe you for keeping me alive I suppose but this is ridiculous. What future do you honestly see for us when all we do is fight and argue?"

Ceon curled his fingers into his palm and let his nails cut into his skin. "...Absanthe....just leave. There's no use making you stay now that you have what you need. Just go home, enjoy your vampire, and enjoy the rest of your immortal life..." Ceon bit his lips as he turned his nails to claws.

Meredith's face became strewn with confusion at his comment since she had no idea what the ******** an Absanthe was nor if it was a person's name. However, what she did know was that it certainly wasn't her name or one she'd come across before. "You know what, I could do just that but I'm not going to. You need to learn that you aren't always going to get your way and that you can't throw a temper tantrum over it every time you don't get it. I didn't friggin' save you for you to go off and blow it for yourself so I'm going to babysit you and make sure you don't do anything stupid." She then looked down at her stomach with a smile, talking to it, "The kids say that they would love their father despite his flaws, wouldn't you kids? And your mommy loves him too even if he's not very smart a lot of the time. He just needs to find out what makes him happy without getting himself killed."

Ceon looked over at Eden, "You know you don't love me, Eden. You said yourself that I'm just the guy that got you pregnant. And the only reason you don't want me to be left alone is so that I don't try to kill you again."

Eden seated herself on the floor and sighed. "Oh I don't love you as I love Veroen but I do love you platonically, you are family and until I can be sure that you're not going to go off and do something even stupider yet to ruin your life I'm going to sit my a** right on down over here. And I'm not staying with you because I figure you'll kill me, I'm here with you so you realize there are people that care about you. And they don't have to be making out with you and having sex with you to do so. Besides, if I was really worried that you were going to try and kill me or something I'd just ... well I am a hunter so I suppose I'd actually have to put the friggin' emotional attachment behind me and see you as a monster. But since I know you're not, it's pretty damned hard to."

"Well almighty teacher, I suppose I know nothing of lycans because you haven't been doing your job of teaching me the way of the lycans very well. All I know about them is how to hunt them pretty damned effectively along with vampires and demons. If we're going to argue about this then maybe I should ******** leave but I'm too scared to at the moment because I don't know when that other half of me is going to decide to knock me out and go bonkers! I am capable of killing people on a mass scale and I have no effing control over it! I don't even know how to ******** turn!"
"Well that's one thing if you don't want to be a part of the family but you've been welcome to be. And you know what? Kerrigan has no friggin' connection to me besides the fact that we're both hunters and she's my blood brother's fiance but she was still family. Reno was ******** family before I watched my ******** hunter leader brother slice his head off with a friggin' axe and execute him because he went insane because I ended up liking Tokeru! Then ******** Tokeru ended up trying to kill me and then I came back here and got knocked up by you! Then I had a vampire ******** stalking me and he almost completely drained me and somehow I ended up costing him his eye and ********! I'm so ******** confused and I don't know what the hell I'm doing with my life, okay? If you don't want to be a part of it, I don't ******** care! I just want the ******** clarity back! I want my brothers back!" She began breaking down but fled from Ceon's sight when she did, still too strong and proud to let anyone see her tears, especially Ceon.

"No Eden, you don't have that power. Because the second you turn outside of this building, people are gonna start hunting you, and some of them are going to have silver. New lycans can't always push out silver."
"I don't even know who the hell your brothers are! And if I did, I'm almost positive they wouldn't be tightasses like you! And how the ******** do you expect Veroen to be part of your family if he keeps ditching you!?" Ceon walked after her, trying to make her see that Veroen wasn't for her.

Edith didn't' even respond to Ceon's words about how she wouldn't be able to turn and that even if she could that people would hunt her and shoot her down with silver. If she was shot she was going to get severely poisoned and her body would be able to do nothing about it since it was just adjusting to being a lycan in the first place. She really didn't care, though, it wasn't a huge concern to her at the moment and Ceon telling her what she could and could not do wasn't helping to make her feel better at all. She just wanted someone that'd been with her through the years, that would be there for her but everyone like that had disappeared from her life. Where to, she had no clue and it was absolutely demoralizing.
"You know what, wolf? ******** YOU! Don't you ******** follow me! I'm gonna ******** leave this place whether or not I get shot in the head for being a monster!" Without warning she changed directions and instead of going around Ceon she simply smashed him with her shoulder and shoved him out of her way, making her way toward the door. She was seething and she wasn't sure how much more of this place she was going to be able to handle since all it was was them fighting and arguing.

Ceon pushed his hand to his face and took a deep breath, having done it again. He turned and grabbed Eden's shoulder, "Eden...don't. I just can't figure out why him over me. Why couldn't you give me that one night to prove myself to you?"

When Ceon grabbed Eden's shoulder she vioently turned around and unleashed a horrifying snarl that managed to scare the s**t out of the poor huntress herself. She seemed disbelieved for a moment that she'd done something like that and then she looked to Ceon and listened to his question. "I ... I never went off looking to find Veroen or anything. That night was ******** up and things just ended up happening really fast ... He was absolutely parched and I accidentally busted my lip so he went berserk so I quickly drove to haven to get him a blood packet. I gave them to him but by the time I got back he'd gone into another state entirely and all he registered was my bleeding lip and he pinned me and started draining me until he came to and freaked. It's a long story, okay? It's not like I went out planning that I was going to fall for an effing vampire."
