Goku blinked and blushed faintly, "Ah well..." He shifted from leg to leg slightly, "I was born like this I guess..." He possible could be the shortest one of the cardcaptor group...He didn't eve look like he was 15!

gentics ::a bit stiffly. Franki wasn't exactly a giant herself, and rather petite, as much as she hated it, and she fully misunderstoond who Maralah was asking::

Remmy shrugged. "I'm short too, and I have tall parents so I have no clue where that came from." she said, shrugging again. Remmy was a bit taller than Franki but not by much, it was rather hard to tell the difference.
Maralah shrugged. "Oh well, you are all relatively short. Maybe the power stunts your growth or something." she said, looking at them. It was odd to have such a collection of shorties but then again she was about six feet tall, an unusual height to be sure.

Goku pouted slightly looking adorable when he pouted but shrugged it off and looked at Ran, "Will he be alright Rem-san?" He looked at Rem with slight difficulty since his guardian's chin was on his head.

::deciding not to point out that she was, unfortantely, the shortest among them at 5'1'' (ha! i've got her height listed i shall never forget again!!!) she sits back down, standing making her dizzy... forget the soak, this was all more interesting... besides, she had no clue where in the house she was and would probably end up falling down the stairs if she tried to get to her room on her own::

Remmy twitched slightly at the san he added to her name, not to mention everyone kept shortening her already shortened name. She definately wasn't going to tell them her full name though, even her teachers didn't know it. "Ran-kun will be fine, but please don't call me Rem-san. Rem-chan or just Remmy will do fine."
Maralah chuckled when she saw Remmy twitch. It was so funny. The guardians knew better than to shorten her name for some odd reason, maybe a feeling that she preferred Remmy.

He blushed bright red in embrassment, "Ah gomen nasai Rem-chan..." He stared at his feet cheeks still flushed but glanced at Ran once and awhile, "What about Franki-chan? I thought she needed to ah...to soak or something like that..." He wasn't used to talking to girls especially when he was embrassed. Of course girls at his school would love to tease him to watch him squirm

Maralah grinned at her master's slight discomfort, not mentioning it. He couldn't see the cheshire cat grin but Remmy surely could.
Remmy chuckled and shook her head as she looked at Maralah, that old fox. "I suppose maybe she finds this discussion more important, eh Franki?"

neh... not really... just more interesting... we should probably find Kai and Hyozan so Goku doesn't go thinking he's the only guy... why do they all seem so skittsh? ::this asked of Rem:: i mean... Kai sounded like he was just barely managing not to panic being in a small crowd, and Hyozan's pretty shy 'round the girls, least that's what i hear...

"Well, Hyozan is the super smart guy that's too busy trying to take care of his family and do what his master says to actually socialize, Kai's an only child who focuses mostly on his fencing and uh, well, I dunno about Goku here. I still don't know how I manage in a crowd, I was a social recluse for fifteen years so go figure." she said, shrugging.

He still had a blush on his cheeks looking at the two and looked up at Maralah, "Ah..Maralah? Do you uh...mind?" He still found her arms wrapped around him. He had to admit though his never been this close to a girl captor nor guardain.

She looked down at him, grinning. "Nope, not at all." And she stayed right where she was. She didn't mind practically laying on him, that's what she didn't mind.
Remmy chuckled. "I made you think I was nutters and I made Li hate me within like two minutes of meeting him so I'd say my people skills are alot worse than yours. At least he likes you like a daughter or something. Doesn't help that most of my interaction is with Sita because my parents are always working or doing something." she said, shrugging. It didn't really bother her, she'd liked not being social. That way she never had to worry about prior commitments or anything. Knowing people was so, difficult.

He blushed even harder knowing that Maralah was going to keep her arms around him for awhile. So he better make the best of it, "Whose Li?" He looked at Rem.

eh.... you were expecting me to believe in magic on your word that it was real, you a total stranger... yeah i thought you were insane! ::chuckling:: and Teach... well... he isn't really the easiest guy to get close to... it took me a week to get him to lighten up and smile when i was younger... you just gotta know how to handle him... ::small shrug:: he's a great teacher, really.... once you get to know him... oh, and Goku? bit of advice, don't try telling these guadian fellas what to do... they just ignore you ::dryly:: (Edit) Li is... well... he's my teach, but that doesn't tell you much. he used to be Sakura's husband, Sakura was the one who was the owner of the cards before us.... oooh boy... okay ::takes a deep breath and pulls her legs up to tuck htem under her, getting comfortable:: here goes the whole explanation... hope you're ready for this. feel free to correct me if i get anything wrong, Rem. something like fourty years ago, the previous owner of the cards, Sakura, had succeed in capturing and changing all of the Clow cards, thats what they were then, and turning them into Sakura Cards, which are what they are today. she became a really powerful magician i guess the term is. with her powers, she experimented, created new cards, each with their own purpose. this combined with her powers attracted an unbeliveable evil... and so enters our friend La Mort. Sakrua and Li fought against him for... i don't know how long. Finally, Sakura realized that there was no way they could win... they weren't strong enough and La Mort was far too powerful... so, without telling Li, she created six guardians, Pyralis, Maralah, Kishi, Kisha, and Vaete. she told Li they were merely new cards to help fight La Mort. she knew that if she had told him the truth, that she knew she was going to die in this battle and that the guardians were to find their true masters, the six who would be strong enough to defeate La Mort should she fail, that Li would do everything he could to die in her place. She couldn't allow this, of course, because she knew he would be needed. so, she sent the guardians out into the world, not knowing when they'd be needed again, and she faced La Mort one final time... and she died just as she knew she would, but before she perished, she managed to seal La Mort away. now, fourty years later, La Mort has broken his seal and the cards are needed again. but, over the years, they've become scattered, broken free of their seals without a master to keep them in check. it is our duty to find and capture them. it's not the same as it was in Sakura's day, we're each strong but we need each other in order to fully tap into that strength. we need to find and seal all of the cards before La Mort can get to them, because if he gets them first... well.... buh bye world
