While in this state, her taijutsu is given an electric elemental boost and her speed is increased. Atk: + 35 Spd: +50 Similar problem to the Last one This beign there is no standign to why this Electrical Chakra surging through yrou Body improves yrou Str and Spd. Haku Normaly you do a good job bu tthe Jutsu has to make sense to approve meaning they have to have substantial evidence why ti works not just i charge my body wiht electricity and now i can move faster and am stronger. Id also like to add that the jutsu that get a CP subtraction while this Jutsu are active There will be no Subtraction again that cant be done with a single Jutsu you would need somethign liek a Curse seal to do that so if you want those abilities i suggest going and talking to Orochimaru but if nto then i suggest you start editing yrou Jutsu now. I know I;m no moderator here but I have to disagree with you, Broken. Ever hear of a muscular stimulator? It's like one of those wierd a** belt things that tone your muscles? well surging electricity through your body would have the same effect, and mixing electricity with chakra would only make it more potent, so if one could sustain the electricity without pain, they would be significantly stronger at least.

Obviously it works well but against other sources of dark chakra it is weakened considerably and can be negated if they force enough of their own chakra back. I am the master of the Cursed Seals! Finally, Akishin will split, its limbs extending large blades to impale the opponent inside.

VALEN’S RELICS
Over 200 years ago, when the Hidden Village of Sand was formed, there were a few select shinobi who stood by the Shodaime Kazekage. One was Chikamatsu Monzaemon, the infamous inventor of the Puppetry jutsu. Another was the person who would eventually seal the first Jinchuuriki for the Shukaku.
The third… was a man named Valen Mitsude. He built the Mitsude estate, and gathered virtually every single person in the entire world who had the Ley Line ability, essentially creating the clan as it is today. His strength was unrivalled, his spiritual power unheard of.
Valen was made all the more powerful by three items he had on his person at all times. These three items were known as Valen’s Relics, blessed and sealed so that no evil could ever touch them.
Any ninja can wear them, though if one who uses any kind of ‘dark’ chakra were to attempt to use them, they would die almost instantly.
Third Eye
Type: Bloodline Artifact
CP: 5 per post
One of three ancient artifacts belonging to Valen Mitsude (founder of the Mitsude Clan), now used by Yamanaki. A strange golden circlet made so it looks like the wearer has a third eye made of gold, with the iris made of amethyst. It allows the user to forsee the opponent’s movements, though if the user is not fast enough to counter them, the attacks will still hit.

Type: Bloodline Artifact

One of three ancient artifacts belonging to Valen Mitsude (founder of the Mitsude Clan), now used by Yamanaki. A strange gold chestplate with angelic ‘wings’ engraved on the back, a single ruby set into the center of the front. It serves a double-purpose; not only does it temporarily double the user’s chakra, but once activated white chakra wings will burst from the user’s back, allowing them the power of flight. CPx2,SPD+50
Illusionary Mirror Blade
Type: Bloodline Artifact
CP: 25 per reflection
One of three ancient artifacts belonging to Valen Mitsude (founder of the Mitsude Clan), now used by Yamanaki. In its natural form it looks only like a plain rapier, but when used it will transform into the user’s weapon of choice, the handle looking to be made of solid gold while the blade made of a strangely reflective metal that will never dull. However, it has a second ability; it allows the user to reverse the effects of a genjutsu and redirect it upon the one who cast the genjutsu. (Of course, if the other’s INT is higher, they can break out of it.)

A powerful genjutsu that requires the user be able to directly or indirectly touch their opponent (i.e. they have to either physically touch or the object touching has to be directly connected to him, no the ground does not count).
However, once this occurs, the target is trapped in a genjutsu that initially seems like nothing out of the ordinary has happened, but the user can fully control what the target sees within the jutsu.

As for the plate, I am sorry but you can not fly around as only the Tsubaya have that ability and the clan that Broken came up with. So, I am going to say that you are able to multiply your chakra by two, however there must be a cost to this. So I am saying you must subtract ten chakra per post since this is basically mimicking the power of a cursed seal. No speed boost however.
And for the blade reflecting Genjutsu, your INT will have to be higher because Genjutsu deal with the mind mostly and well, if you do not have the brain power to break out of it, then you most certainly will not have the brain power to reflect it.

The user writes the kanji for ‘seal’ on an ofuda, then places it on the ground, pressing their index and middle fingers on it. Once this is done, the ofuda will extend like a snake and wrap around the opponent, immobilizing them. The user has to remain connected to the ofuda, or else the seal will break.
