Lacuna laughed a bit.
"I wouldn't exacly say me and Jakkin are close.", she said rolling her eyes. "Me and Jakkin are as close as he allows", she smirked. "That's okay though, I just hope he likes me as much as I like him. I'd hate to say I'm falling for someone, I don't know him as much as I would like, but I definately like him.. alot.", she frowned and poked 'Ryn.
"Cheer up, eh?", she said.

Arista''s eye twitched slightly as she felt Mikey roll his eyes at her. She wanted to turn his skin blue to amuse herself, but was trying to be nice. She glanced to Rhos as she swayed into the star.
Appearently someone isn''t used to being a biped... she muttered to herself, bored with the people in the room already. She continued to watch the girl anyways, admiring her beauty.
((Arista is just a cocky b***h. LOL! That''s what happens when she was raised by a man who told her daily she was the most perfect person in the world and mortals didn''t deserve to be in her presence. gonk Stupid husband. -shakes him- ))

Lena set a fresh glass of merlot down infront of Aurora, and said in response to her comment "No... I didn't know that.... actually I really don't know that much about this place, even though I've been here for months... " she let out a nervous laugh. Mikey smiled to Tasi and took his book back, stuffing it back in his bag as he said "Thanks.... it just kinda comes naturally...."

Laughing loudly Merryn seemed to cheer up instantly. Yeah, falling in love is something I've seen and have been too scared to try. Playing with her hair some Merryn got antsy. Say, would you like to go sing badly to great songs? Dropping her voice to a whisper she giggled. On purpose?
He couldn't help staring. M-Marriage. Let's do it, now. Cracking a silly grin Larry took Akki's hand gently. I'm kidding... but wow. Again. I love fantasy. I mean, I'll read anything you put in front of me but I always connect to the mysticism in fantasy novels.
Aura raised an eyebrow at Lena's response. No wonder the two of them get a long so well. Smiling nicely Aura turned her back to the bar to watch her 'little' sister. Turning her head to the man next to her but keeping her eyes on 'Ryn she smiled and bowed her head. It's very good as well. I'm half-tempted to have my sister try it.
((tonight is getting cheap booze night. i'll be back.))

Lacuna glanced around the bar for a moment and spotted Jakkin. She sighed and focused her attention back on 'Ryn.

Tasi smiles. 'The only thing that comes natural for me is swimming. But, you can't really do much with swimming...' Tasi smiles, and looks at Mikey. 'Do you have any other hobbies?'

Akki grinned back. "I just think Juliet should have stood uo to her family...and killing herself over a guy? I guess for the time it was written thats the way girls were supposed to be, but still..." her eyes sparkled as she spoke.
wow! someone who thinks I'm pretty and he likes the same books I do? Her cheeks pinkened as she looked down at the hand holding hers.
"Would the lovely lady like to dance?" Jak held his hand out invitingly.

"Umm... well unless you count comic books and computers... then.... not really...." he let out a laugh before saying "I'm gonna go up to the bar and get a drink.... and well... my sister might need some help up there... but well... if ya still wanna talk, you'll know where to find me..." Mikey smiled to the girl before standing and moving toward the bar.

Tasi stays on the couch and sits there watching everyone. 'Wow, it's so nice to see so many people like this...Most of them seem to be enjoying themselves' She says to herself, seeing as no one was around her.

Mikey dropped his bag back down on the floor as he walked behind the bar, he fixed himself a soda before leaning against the wall beside his sister, looking down at her as he asked "Having fun yet...?" Lena let out a sigh and said "Oh yes... loads..... I think I should've stuck to the theme party thing... lots of people showed up at the Harry Potter one a few weeks ago... it was the best one I've done in awhile....." Mikey nodded to his sister and said "Well... it's a little late now, but there's always next time..."
