Shinji thought a moment before smiling. How about we make some lunch and take it to the lake? The idea sounded great to him, despite the clouds. He knew well enough that he could shield them from rain should it decide to join them, and the water had to look beautiful at the time being.

Lena smiled and nodded as she said "Okay.. that sounds good to me..."
At about that same time, the front door could be heard opening and closing, Isabella headed straight down to her room to grab her bag of tools and a couple books.

Shinji smiled and kissed Lena's hand as he stood. Sounds good to me too...he said softly. Would you like sandwhiches? he asked, laughing some as he held a hand to her.

Lena smiled and nodded as she stood up, still holding onto Shinji's hand. "You should meet Isabella before we go... I think I just heard her come back..." she said as she moved toward the stairs, pulling Shinji along with her.

Nerf! Shinji let out, laughing as he was led by Lena down the stairs. I don't know, babe...I'm not good with new people! he whimpered, biting his lip as he felt increasinly shy.

Lena giggled and shook her head as she said "I'm sure it'll be fine... plus.. you'll have to get used to her eventually... I mean, she does live here now..." she nodded and gave Shinji a quick kiss on the cheek before walking over to the door of Isabella's room, and knocking on the door. A muffled "Come in..." could be heard from somewhere downstair, at that, Lena pushed open the door and started down the steps, pulling Shinji along behind her.

Shinji laughed to himself, nodding as he knew Lena was right. I know, I know...he chuckled, keeping close to her as they moved into Isa's room.

Once at the bottom of the stairs, Lena looked around the room, seeing that the dresser was swung foward, she moved toward it. "Isa, you in there...?" she asked as she walked over, Isabella stuck her head out of the closet a moment later. "Yeah... I'm trying to find my piano tuning tools... I know I unpacked them..." she trailed off as she dissappeared back into the closet.

Shinji stayed quiet as he hid behind Lena some. He cleared his throat as he glanced around, noticing them on a dresser top. He nudged Lena softly and gestured to them, whispering 'Is that it?'

Lena looked over to where Shinji had pointed, she let out a laugh and nodded before calling to Isabella "Isa.. I think we found 'em...." "huh...?" she asked poking her head back out of the closet "Shinji found your tools... they're over there..." she pointed to there they lay on the dresser. "Of course... should've known they were somewhere right out in plain sight...." she put them all away in a bag and tossed the over onto the bed, having noticed that Shinji seemed to be hiding behing Lena she said with a laugh "Ya don't have to hide... I promise I won't bite..."

Shinji laughed softly and nodded, stepping to Lena's side and bowing politely to Isa. That's always good, though biting has never really scared me... he joked.

Isa let out a laugh, she looked Shinji over before looking to Lena and asking "So... this is the boyfriend you've told me so much about, huh...?" Lena smiled and nodded.

Shinji let out a laugh, looking to Lena as well. You talk about me? he laughed, shaking his head in slight amusement. That's so precious! He laughed again and stuffed his hands in his pockets, the surefire sign he was feeling nervous.

"Of course I talk about you..." she said with a smile. "Anyway... we just came down to say hi.. we were actually leaving... so I guess we'll leave you alone now...." She started toward the stairs, grabbing hold of Shinji's arm to pull him along. As they started up the stairs Isa said "Nice to meet ya Shinji... see ya later Lena..."
