Kotai smiled softly, sadly, at the look upon her face and nodded. "Come on. We'll get both of them, together." Kotai knew the reason behind her frustrations, he was very sensitive to her moods. He also knew why it seemed troublesome to her all the time, but now wasn't the time to bring it up.
The Jounin-Elite stood tall and strong as he settled into the "ready" stance of Tekken-fu, waiting.

And that was the end of F1. The moment he came in contact with the can a sound like someone popping the top on a soda can went off, F2's altered shadowform blade sprang out, bursting unexpectedly and instantaneously for F1... only there was more than one this time, and not one was a Bunshin.
Kuraisennin's mask merely grinned. "Bitoketsunoana-enchuu no jutsu." =Can of Whoopass Technique=
Yurine's placid face twisted into a frown at the shadow man's fun and stood quietly. "I am leaving. Do as you wish, but end the threat to the Nexus. Then come straight back." The priestess' hollow voice had a hard edge to it as she faded away in a small blaze of unearthly green fire.
Kuraisennin actually looked abashed at this rebuttal, but the possibilities intrigued him. "Very well. It is time to kill..." He held out his hand, and the living Kusari-gama materialized in his black-gloved hand, formed of shadows and soulstuff. With a thought, he leapt from the top of the mountain and sped towards the ground below.

arrow Attack in Konoha
*the soldiers stopped marching, and the soldiers in the middle set up a barrier dome around all of them by placing their axes in the middle...the soldiers could not move outside the barrier without leaving its protection behind, but sniping is fun at times...they shot forth bolts of electricity from the tips of their axes in response to the lightning above...*
arrow Vs Hinata & Kotai
*F2 drew Hinata's attention and led her a bit away from the others...he noticed the lack of chakra in her blades and her speed and strength seem better than before...judging by a close call as she partially penetrated his shielding...he thus worked on dodging her strikes and waited for an opportunity to counter...*
*F1 stood there...power seeping from him in vast amounts, glaring at Kotai from beneath the dark hood...*
F1: Face my true powers...
*F1's blade seemed to distort and change shape...and when it had finished, a large bow rested in F1's hand...he formed an arrow out of a mixture of chakra and armor energy and readied his weapon...aiming it for Kotai...*
F1: now...come...

The dome barrier that the soldiers put their faith in disappeared... the entirety of its energy siphoned away within a breath's time. Kuraisennin stood, quite suddenly appearing, before the soldiers, idly swinging the weighted end of his kusari-gama around. "I am the Sin of Hope, the Virtue of Vengeance. This world will break your fragile spirits, and I will be Her hammer." He swept his cloak aside with his left hand, revealing an infinite void. "Asobiwa owaria! Nake! Sakebe! Soshite shi'ne!" =Playtime is over! Run! Scream! Now die!= And with that, the void moved forward to consume the soldiers.

Kotai stressed slightly that he and Hinata were being separated, feeling they worked better side by side than apart, but he trusted she would come out of her battle in good shape.
The Aburame frowned at the archer before resuming his battle face, sinking back into the Tiger stance. "Ladies first."

::if her eyes could have, they would have gone red. She was angry now, and for so many reasons. But still her moves were tight, chakra enhancing her muscles and forcing more strength than usual into her strikes. Her body worked almost without her mind, pressing the attack as hard as she could, attempting to break through and land a true strike::

*some tried to run...some screamed in horror...they died...enough said...*
arrow Vs Kotai
*the arrow was aimed for Kotai...the energy within it was amazing...*
F1: then by all means...I'm waiting milady...
arrow Vs Hinata
*F2 began to read Hinata's movements very well, and began to dodge with more and more ease...*
F2: Attacking in a rage...a quality that should never be in a leader...
*his arms were hidden in his cloak, and after one more dodge, he turned his left side towards Hinata while in midair...but he didn't seem to actually perform any attack...being that he had no contact with the ground, this would have been an opportune moment to strike at him, for he couldn't dodge in midair...anyone would have taken this opportunity to charge in for the kill...*
F2: Shoot to kill...
*suddenly, his sword pierced through his cape from behind his back and grew remarkably fast...it grew at a rate that made it look like it was shooting for Hinata...in her careless rage and at this range, combined with the speed of the incoming blade, dodging it was no longer an option...*

Excellent. The fool had taken the bait. White scarves instantly encircled F1's shoulders and wrapped tightly from under his armpits. Kikai issued from behind his head, their adamant jaws gnashing feverently at the bowstring.
With something akin to a rocket going off, F1 would be hauled up into the air... his arms separated too far to activate anything, fire a weapon, turn on a shield, or perform any jutsu or defensive measures. Wire-mesh bandages began wrap around F1's body and hands.

::Hinata smirked, dodging would not have been her aim, not at this point. For now, through the haze her mind began to catch up with her body. She was no leader, no did she care to be. Again, she pulled a basic trick, her body disappearing with a distinct poof once the sword hit, her body would then be beneath him, taking advantage of his position in the air, she let her smirk fade, her byakugan blazing again as her hands went to wrap around his ankles, her grip nearly crushing as the chakra pumped into her muscles::

*the sword got stuck in a tree as it passed through Hinata's trick...and he used it as leverage to pull himself away from Hinata's hands before she grabbed onto him...and as he landed, the blade retreated to its original shape, he then hid his arms in his cloak once again...*
F2: impressive...to be able to use that technique not only while in a rage, but with that little reaction time, you just seem to amaze me more and more...within twice that distance, calm opponents have already met their ends...but you...I must say...Bravo...

*excellent indeed...for the scarves would have wrapped around nothing, its target vanishing before it had a chance...a voice could be heard a short distance behind Kotai*
F1: Foolish of you to underestimate me...
*the energy arrow was released, and it flew towards Kotai at speeds that singed the trees as it passed...*

::Hinata concentrated on controlling her breathing, knowing that her jounin team would be back in the village helping to get the villagers to safety. She needed to get rid of this guy, and dammit it was taking too long.::
clear your head and think! everyone has some sort of weakness. Just find it. You have fought stronger than him
::her mind worked quickly, the byakugan searching over her opponent as quickly as possible. Honestly, she wasn't sure how much longer she could keep this up. Her chest burned with the urge to take big gasping breathes, but she dared not show that fatigue to him, not now::
Glad to be of service. Since the show is over, why don't you and your buddy just pack your things and get the hell outta my home.

Kotai smiled quietly as the arrow passed through the Kikai Bunshin, thus the 'poof' earlier at the Wall Breach. It seems Kotai had used the Genjutsu on a Bunshin, which was what he was testing with the trick. He may not like Genjutsu much, but it was useful on rare occasions. F1 would soon know what it was to fight a Jounin-Elite of Konoha... and just how dead he already was.

::she moved again, the chakra that was running through her leg muscles nearly tearing them as she reached a speed that nearly made her a blur, and caused her to grit her teeth against the pain. As she approached it was easily combined with the spinning attacks that many of her clan used (ok, so sue me I forgot the name, but its that move thing that hinata and neji use when fighting each other...yea...like that). She used her increased speed and strength to attack, leaving off the chakra strikes until she was sure that she could get through whatever sheilding that this guy had::

*F1 got bored waiting for Kotai...and within moments, he was gone...*
arrow Vs Hinata
*the figure focused all his shielding into a front shield to better defend himself against Hinata's frontal assaults...he would leave his backside open, but it was the only way to compensate for Hinata's speed and power without letting her puncture the shield...*

The very moment F1 began to make his move, Kotai sprung. He leapt from F1's shadow, where he'd been tailing the figure with a mixture of ninjutsu and extreme Chakra control. The punch rocketed forward so fast that it actually caused friction with the air, straight for the back of F1's presumed neck, with the force of a train surging behind it.
