Well, I'm not really sure what the TOS states. I know you're not allowed nudity, but I'm not sure about gore. I guess you wouldn't be allowed excessive gore, but this is hardly the case for this piece.
Even though I myself don't view it as mature, the artist did. I'm gonna have to check the TOS for more details.

Guh, there should be "Spoiler" buttons on Gaia, like there are with NarutoForums...

I've seen much more violent pieces in, say, the Naruto yaoi guild, though. So, I'm not sure of what to make of it.
