SO i went to this anime convention in Denver Colorado and got to play with this Anime/Videogame Symphonic group. I played Tenor but brought my alto too just in case (and to play in the halls) WE did a medley from Legend of Zelda and a Kingdom Hearts things and some stuff from some anime. It was pretty fun the voiceactor of Goku from Dragonball Z even played French Horn!
I jammed in the halls on my alto with my friend who plays guitar. A great time it was!

Now that, is freaking awsome~ I can play the melody for 'Every Heart' from Inuyasha on the Alto. But thats about it when it comes to Anime/Video Game theme music.

hey all, saw this guild and had to join!
Ok, so I play alto, played soprano a few times, but never really performed with one. Would like to learn to play tener and bari, just because it looks good to colleges. Been playing for 5 years and have had no regrets at all for picking the sax. Just flat out the best instrument.

well...thought I'd talk about my section a little. This year we have 3 bari's, 3 tener's, and 8 altos.
Next year, because of graduation and a lot of people quitting, the section (minus freshman) will look like this - 1 bari, 0 teners, and 3 altos, and the other 2 altos aren't very good in the first place.
Next year i'll probably be section leader too...but I won't have a section to be the leader of sweatdrop
