(OMG! eek YOU WENT SWIMMING... WITHOUT ME?! xd )
"Clefairy!" Whitney called, "Don't let that Scyther get you! Use a Defense Curl and Rollout combo!" The Clefairy seemed to grin as it curled up into a ball to increase its defenses, and a moment or two later it rolled backward about two or three yards, before rolling forward at a somewhat impressive speed toward the Scyther.

"Scyther, dodge it and attack with Pursuit!" he barked. The boy then looked at Nina. Sure wish she told me that Clefairy knew Rollout, too! Kilik's mind yelled. The boy turned his attention back to the battle. Come on, Scyther, you can do it! Just trust me! he thought. Flareon licked its trainer's cheek.

((Sorry Mitsu I am helping put stuff away because they are ripping out our flooring! I will try to come up as much as I can!)) "Dont worry about it Mitsu. If you want to rant or anything just call me and I will be glad to listen." He said calmly. "Anyway isn't Flannery the fire gym over in Lavaridge?" Kenny upon hearing this floated closer to the phone saying a few muffled things happily. "Heh, seems like Kenny likes you Mitsu. You must have a thing with Ghost pokemon."

"Not today!" Portabello rolled out of the way, the firey attack scorching the ground as it traveled a bit before dissapating, smoke fuming from the burned floor.
"That was a close one, phew!" Mike said letting out a sigh. "Portabello! Let's leave it with a Stun Spore!" I hope that works.
The scraped and bruised Breloom shook his tail, launching a gaseous seed, performing the ever unreliable Stun Spore attack.

(Ooh. Skinny dipping. I've never done that xp . Maybe I should kidnap Kyndal for a skinny dipping session. xd )
"Oh, damn," Nina said as she, Anna, and Mihoshi watched the battle, "I only thought that Miltank could do that!"
"I think we have bigger problems," Anna said. "That Clefairy can use Metronome. If it does, then there's no telling what could happen!"
"Jeez!" Nina said, "Whitney actually did some training since I beat her... I hope Kilik will be alright!"
Clefairy did a complete 180 and rolled back toward Scyther, but was struck by its Fury Cutter attack. Startled, the Pokemon veered off to the side a bit, and eventually stopped using its Rollout. Getting to its feet, the Clefairy was very mildly harmed, and slightly dizzy.
"Clefairy! Pull yourself together, and then try to use a Doubleslap attack!" After a few moments, the Clefairy ran toward Scyther, ready to strike.

Scyther watched as the Clefairy ran toward her. When the Fairy Pokemon was in range, the Bug Pokemon placed the tip of its scythe against its head and crossed one leg over the other. Clefairy stopped dead. "All right, Scyther!" Kilik laughed. He stuck his tongue out at Whitney, "Now if your Clefairy steps any farther, it'll get a face full of scythe!"

Whitney chuckled. "Sweetie," she began, "Clefairy doesn't need to move to do one of her attacks!" A grin came over Whitney's lips, before she looked to the arena. "Clefairy! Metronome attack!" The Clefairy chirped in approval, and waggled its index finger of its right hand.
It was quiet for a moment as the Clefairy did so...
But then, the Clefairy opened its mouth, and shot a Flamethrower attack at the Scyther.

"Thanks again Dante. And yeah she is," Mitsu said looking at the spoof of red hair before she turned back to watch Mike. "Maybe," Mitsu said, "I've always like the Psychic types and I get along fine with Ghost." She smiled again. C'mon Prtabello! Mitsu silently crossed her fingers hoping that the trick would work.

Shoot! A Flamethrower at that range is enough to... Kilik shut his eyes and then looked up at the battle field. Scyther had taken a Flamethrower to the legs, but seemed to be all right. "Scyther..." he blinked, "Hit it with another Pursuit!" The Bug lifted its arm and brought it down onto Clefairy's back. A high pitched squeal echoed through the Gym. "Well, Whitney. The Clefairy was cute, but cute doesn't quite cut it!" he laughed, giving her a thumbs-up.

"Well thats good to hear. I am actually heading over to Ecruteak city to talk to their gym leader about ghost pokemon. Truth be told they have always kinda creaped me out. No offense Kenny!" he said quickly as the Ghost pokemon looked a bit offended at that coment and might slap him like he slapped Meowth all the time.
((Thats ok Mitsu! I thought I was bad because I didn't respond for a while!))

"Good luck with that! And don't wory Ebony scared me a little too being that Psychics are weak to Ghosts and what not." Mitsu said not having visit Jhoto that often. "Maybe he should meet Ebony later when we meet up again." She suggested hoping that it would be sometime soon although she doubted it.

A semi-exasperated, surprised scoff came from Whitney's mouth. "Clefairy, you did good. Return!" She held out a Pokeball, and recalled her Pokemon with a crimson beam. Putting that Pokeball back onto her belt, she grabbed another one, and flung it onto the arena.
A flash of red light revealed a Snubbull. It hopped around in a circle, alternating from foot to foot, saying its name.
"Snubbull," Whitney said, "use Thunderpunch!" The Snubbull stopped dancing, and stood still for a moment. It dashed toward Kilik's Scyther, with its arm pulled back and ready to strike.

"Maybe. I am heading over to the desert near there as soon as I talk to the ghost gym leader there. I am sure Kenny would love spending time with Ebony though." Dante said happily over the phone. Kenny had callmed down now and was resting a bit on Dante's lap. He was still young after all. "So what do you plan to do after you battle Flannery?" He asked curiosly.

"I know Ebony would love the company of another Ghost type. If you're in Hoenn sometime we should meet up!" she said estaticly. "I don't really know." Mitsu admitted. "Maybe head over to Watson's and get my badge there. Or whatever Mike wants to do, assuming he's still going to travel around with me." Dante was like the big brother Mitsu never had, she giggled a bit to herself.
