If it's any consolation, I thought you were serious.
Still do.

The Darth Vizzle Twenty-three as of this past November, but yeah, we're basically in the same age range ish. The common age range seems to be like 16-24. At about that high end is when people seem to go do other s**t, either because they've finished their degrees and have spent those last couple of years getting into their field of choice, or they're getting deployed or married or having kids or all of the above simultaneously. Just turned 26 this past November and pretty much everyone I know I RPed with for years here left for these reasons (I was the youngest). I think a good portion of it as well is the fact now you can run tabletop syatems with ease online without chat rooms/TotM. The only reason I ever started on Gaia was I wanted roleplay at home but was tired of AOL chat and sites that integrated rulesets poorly. Also to my Pathfinder group we play Tuesday 8PM - Midnight so set your watches. EST of course. Also we may nees to rexruit a healer while Shin is being a cubaphile.

I wanted to do one the last couple of years, but everyone was usually gone by then due to eliminations. Was going to award plot stuff, like items, for those who participated.

I think it would be good to fill time for fighters who won their match and waiting.

Yeah, I'll have little sub boss fights between the rounds for those interested in story mode. Nothing conflicting with casual roleplay at the hotel. Just have various small events at one of the stadium threads.

I voted no. 3nodding
Then again, I might not mind a soft limit. Like a statement somewhere that fighters should aim to finish a fight within X number of posts. Point out that if fights start dragging out unnecessarily it could end up hitting the Conciseness score.

I do understand fights can be epic sometimes in length, but there are those fights where both players feel like they're only dragging the posts out once they reach a deadlock of sorts. People are posting more frequently, too, which reminds me of the earlier GTBs where fights went for more pages. It won't be much of a problem when the number of fights die down, but I do want some kind of standard in place. That's why I want all participants' opinions. This also means when everyone reaches the max posts, we can end the round earlier.
