Hakaru smiled also, keeping his eyes closed as well, feeling her forehead pressed against his. He leaned up a little and placed a soft kiss on her lips before wrapping his arms around her.

Kai nuzzled against Hakaru as he wrapped his arms around her. She moved her arms so they were bent and they hung down Hakaru's back. She fiddled with the end of his braid, kissing his cheek once. "Aloha au 'oe," she whispered in his ear. [OOC:] *I love you in Hawaiian.

Hakaru smiled more, feeling her drape her arms over his back and play with his braid. He gave a soft blush when she kissed his cheek and whispered in his ear. He had a feeling of what it was she had said and he nuzzled her softly. "Aloha au 'oe."

Kai chuckled a little and rested her cheek against Hakaru's shoulder. "Good pronunciation," she complimented with a smile. She could hear one of the seahorses mutter something under their breath, but she ignored it as she'd been doing for a while now. "When do you think classes are starting?" she asked curiously, knowing Hakaru had better inside information than she would.

Hakaru watched her rest against his shoulder, keeping his arms around her as he pulled a blanket from the bed over her to keep her warm. She then asked about classes. "I overheard my uncle saying he'll give it two weeks for everyone to return and resume our class schedule."

"Two weeks of vacation? I'm liking this plan," she said happily. At the feeling of Hakaru placing the blanket over her, she curled into his chest, closing her eyes a little. She wasn't tired, but she was enjoying the feeling of his arms around her. "Then again, it's bound to get a little boring around here because of that."

Hakaru stroked her back and hair softly, resting his head on top of hers as he listened to her. He chuckled at the thought of getting bored around Kai. "I think we'll find something to do around here. Just you and me."

Kai chuckled as well. "Fair point," she agreed. "I like the sound of that." The mermaid found Hakaru's lips again, softly kissing him and moving her arms back around his neck.

Hakaru smiled and returned the kiss, letting his hands keep rubbing her back as they shared another kiss. The young prince pulled her a little closer to him, his tail wagging some.

Kai moved one of her hands so that her fingers were in Hakaru's bangs and her palm was against his cheek. She kissed him harder, resisting the urge to lean back and take a breath of air.

Hakaru blushed a little, feeling Kai kiss harder, but her returned it just as hard. He moved his hands up her back, one pressed between ehr shoulder blades, the other in the small of her back, both pulling her right against him, holding that one passionate kiss.

Kai felt Hakaru blush under her hand and smiled. As he pressed her closer against him, she adjusted herself to be more comfortable. Her free hand combed through his messy red hair, having already undone his long braid.

Hakaru ran his own spindly fingers through Kai's crimson tresses, twirling a few strands around his fingers and playing with the ends and the back of her neck. Just as she played with his hair, he played with hers.

As Kai felt Hakaru's hands in her hair, she gave a small sound of pleasure against his lips. She took her hand off his cheek, running it down the back of his neck and into the back of shirt where she drew patterns lightly into his skin.

Hakaru let out a slight shiver, feeling Kai trace her fingers along his ivory colored satin skin. Her fingers were slightly chilly, making him shiver again. But that didn't stop him from holding the kiss and rubbing Kai's back as he did.
