OOC: Reaver & Vegeta, I hope you don't mind me pushing forward. Feel free to post your capture scenes though. I can't wait to see them smile I just didn't want to leave the other x-men hanging any longer.

IC:

"We don't have any status on RIO yet. Our sensors were mainly on the students," Porter said and opened a small computer device to locate the remainder students. Danielle, Jamie and Zach piled into a highly equipped SUV since the senior X-Men had the jet. No vans today.

Matt was not hard to find from the sky when they pulled onto the student grounds. Porter summonded him down VIA com badge, "Your uniform is in the trunk. I advice you to be quick."

They found Morgan assisting some girls into cars out of the place. Most of the student's were gone. Most of the hounds were gone. Porter gave Morgan the same set of instructions.

"Oh no," He said looking at his computer signals.

"What?" Zach asked and Jamie looked concerned as well.

"Back to the SUV, now," Porter said and they all jumped in. He slammed it into reverse and pulled off the lot, "X-MEN OUT OF THE GYM NOW!!"

He could see the remaining x-men running or teleporting out. BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM A series of charges sent the gym crumbling into dust. Hounds vanished from sight or scampered off down the opposit direction.

"SHADOWCAT, ROGUE, NIGHTCRAWLER AND MARVEL GIRL, SEARCH FOR SURVIVORS. I AM TAKING THE REST OF THE TEAM TO GET OUR KIDS BACK," He yelled into the intercom.

"What about RIO?" Zach reminded. Porter stopped the car, "I need to get to these students now. Go and find your friend. Here is a comm badge. If you need help, the remaining x-men are able. Good luck."

Porter left Zach behind and contacted Xavier for coordinates. He was going on a rescue mission. He knew his team could handle it. Did they?

"I think I'm going to vomit," Penny said with her head hanging towards the floor. They were bumping up and down from what sounded like a large truck. She could feel bindings around her arms pinning them behind her back. Something was restricting her neck and something was making her feel weak. Her eyes didn't want to focus... they were afraid to focus. What had they gotten into now? She really didn't want to find out what list she was on.

"Not on my shoes," Jacen said sounding about as shitty as she felt, "They still look good."

Penny looked up to a sad bunch of pounded down kids. Noko, Gen, Regina, Jacen, and two kids she saw in passing. The one girl she saw at the mall and the other boy was one she tried to save. There were a few other random kids in the back but she didn't know who they were. Guess there were more mutants in Bayville than she really thought about.

OOC: The prisoners have power dampeners and are currently being transported in a truck. If you want to wake up, cool. If not, I'll be writing the bad guys seperating the kids out tomorrow into the groups I PMed you all about.

"Ughh...." Regina moaned, she tried to move to touch her head to make sure it was still there, only to find it in confinement behind her. "Tied? Penny? That you?"

"Yes. Mostly." she heard returned from the darkness of the van.

"All otehr mutants coherant, sound off." Regina said softly, her head aching as well as her shoulder. She knew it needed to be treated. Soon.

"I'm here..." Gen muttered. "So good of you to join us."

"What's that mean?" Regina asked, coughing. "This shoulder.. sucks..."

"You're hurt?" Gen asked back, her voice taking the edge off it. "I was just knocked out..."

"Evidently I'm a dangerous mutant." Regina said with a soft laugh. "Penny I could see. I don't do anything..."

Silence permiated the van again as more of the students began waking up slowly from their hits.

"Ok," Zack said as he attached the com badge to the collar of his shirt and walked toward the rumble. "It's made of brick and cements huh?" Zack said as he sat down cross leged and held his hands outs, griping all of the rubble in his mind. "Good, it's still earth," he said as he raised his hands and the stones slowly lifted. soon there was a mine field of rubble floating 30 feet in the air.

This should make things a lot easier, Zack thought to himself as he made fists of his open plams, causing the rubble to come together into a giant ball of stone and brick. a single bead of sweat roled down Zack's temple as he clenched his fist causing the ball to exploded in a rain of dust that coated the area, though Zack prevented it from touching the other searching mutants, as if it rolled off a force field.

"What happened?" The girl asked who Penny had run into at the mall.

Penny smirked, "Apparently we're dangerous mutants that need to be detained... of course they enjoyed trying to beat us to a bloody pulp first." She groaned and realized she was healing a few fractured ribs. Her body felt like it was hit by a freight train. Not that she should complain, other people didn't have the luxury of healing themselves quicker. At the moment, she wished she was up to WOlverine standards.

"What's your name?" Penny mumbled feeling tired again.

"What'd you say?" The girl asked. Apparently Penny was as coherant as she thought.

"NAME," Penny said as clearly as she could.

"Teagan."

"Blair," Said the boy she tried to rescue.

Introductions went around the room. Nobody was happy everybody was weak and tired. Nobody quite understood why they were dangerous or why this was really happening. The room started to pump up with green fumes which really made Penny's stomach turn.

"Good night sweet children, you'll wish you never woke up," A voice said through a loud speaker. The room went black to Penny again.

The driver of the van wasn't a hound but a human lackey working for Ahab. He spoke into a speaker at the military complex the X-Men were stalking, "No sir, the boss isn't with me. Yes sir, I have the cargo." The gate opened with a buzz and the trick pulled into a cargo area.

The students had already been stripped of their communication devices but the stupidity of it was that they were left in the van. The X-Men above were aware that Penny, Regina, Noko and Gen were present. The rest they couldn't detect.

On the cargo bay a white haired man waited for the prisoners to come out. Several hounds flopped each of the kids over their shoulder and walked out. The man who's id read "Dr. Stephen Garrison" looked at each of the subjects, "I want some of these prisoners to be taken to the hound labs."

He looked at Jacen closely, "Oh yes, this one is going to be the most fun."

"The ones named Teagan, Blair, Jacen, Evelyn, and Gen go to my personal holding cells. They are mine. The other three, the ones name Nokomis, Regina and Freya, are to go to the regular holding pens. Ahab has deemed their potential worthy of staying off the streets."

An assistant asked, "What will we do with them?"

The doctor shrugged, "For now, they can sit in prison and get old. I don't care what the hell happens to the filthy mutants. I have the ones I want. I spit on the rest."

"Yes, Scott, I am aware of it already," Porter said as Scott relayed that they had signals on the Institute students and then wanted to know what the hell was going on. Porter explained the situation as he drove very fast to the base, "They have at least a few others. I saw them transport Jacen out of that place before we could do anything."

"OKay," Scott said through the comm, "We are running our mission at the same time you are. You know your time frame. Get those kids out of there before we bring the building down. Stay on the comm. We'll be your decoys."

Porter sighed and stopped the van in a remote location in the forest, "Okay, X-Men, you guys read?"

"I'm not sure what to do," Danielle said.

Porter stepped out of the van and opened the door for her, "Danielle, I know you haven't been trained in combat yet, but we need your powers. Our main point of entrance is through the sewers. We need your water maniuplation to give us safe passage. We also need you to keep Matt's wings dry."

She nodded and Porter opened the trunk. He drew out several weapons and placed them strategically on his uniform. He offered Jamie a katana and anybody else who knew how to use a weapon one.

"Okay, we go down through the sewers first. I will breif you once we're in... best you know as little as possible incase of capture," Porter started to lead them over a hill, "I am not wearing my glasses so please DO NOT make eye contact with me. No offense will be taken. It's for your own safety. Do not use real names, we don't want them putting us on any list. I am Fear. She is Kaida. Blackout, Icarus, and Shroud. Got it? Good. Any questions?"

OOC: Nope. Change of plans. Pietra decided to save his sister when the fight started so only Freya is with everyone. Knock out still cause I don't know what to do with her. lol
