"Aww that's too bad" she said on him not going to kiss her anytime soon.
After she took a swig of her beer her nose scrunched up in disgust. Not because of the taste of the beer because the drink was fine but what food choices he offered out none of them sounded appetizing at all.
"I think I'll hold off on eating any of those for a while and just because I'm a demon doesn't mean I would automatically want to be into cannibalism" she said to him shaking her head "Any other suggestions? If not I can always wait until tommorow and scrouge up something that I would find-" she paused to think of the word "More appealing" she said nodding her head moving her beer back and forth before she took another drink of it. "Beauty and difference between me and you is I don't need to eat everyday at least, I can wait a good while before I start to crave any kind of nourishment in my body and when I'm in that watch all kinds of hunger disappears" she adds.

Ivan Van VeenVan was no great philosopher or thinker (nor had ever pretended to be), but he'd figured that if she's a demon, then she's not a human. Then eating virgins isn't cannibalism.
"What, you're good enough for my drink, but not good enough for my food? Fine then, miss prissy Demon. Next you'll be gallivanting across the entirety of little Odessa, all dolled up like a debutante, putting all those hard working whores to shame."
He snorted. He produced another cigarette, and lit up expertly; he spoke around the small stick on his lip.
"You change your mind, you tell me. I'm sure there's something good enough for your...high class tastes somewhere around here. If there isn't, then there ain't."

She kept her lips pressed together still as she bit her tongue rather hard with what he said. "I'm the last thing from high class" she said and then rolled her eyes. "You don't need to get so testy, I mean if your that bothered by it you could always make me eat it, I do have to listen to your every word" she added sticking her tongue out a little.
Her eyes looked over at the cigarrette her hands clenched a little hard as she breathed out and looked away "I can tell your going to be a difficult master" she sighs.
Standing up she ignored the cigarette he had and looked around his room and then back at his bed "So" she started lifting her eyes to look into his "Can I sleep in the same bed with you or are you going to make me sleep somewhere else?" she asked raising her eyebrow "If you don't mind me sleeping with you just be warned I like to snuggle" she teased and gave a little chuckle.

He tried not to laugh at the image of this little demoness curling up against him, like some kind of little strumpet. He'd be lying if the mental image didn't send some tendrils of excitement through him. He took a nice, long drag on his f** before continuing on in his statements; he liked the way Liana kept squirming, like she wanted to take his cigarette back. You're welcome to try.
"You...snuggle? Sleep wherever you'd like to. I don't mind sharing the bed; just be warned, I hog the covers."

She laughed a little "Well sorry to disappoint you but I'm not a real man" she said as her hand lifted her one breast a little to make her point. Lia placed her hands on her hips a little facing him "But you are more than welcome to check if I'm a girl if you like" she suggested to him smirking and raising her one eyebrow.
Her hands lifted her crossed across her chest as she turned her head sideways a little. "Yeah most of the time I am, something about a humans body heat draws me to be close to them" she says shrugging her shoulders "Only when I'm asleep and you can hog the covers all you want, I don't exactly get cold" she said grinning at her own little amused joke.

Ivan Van Veen Van couldn't help himself; he stared at Liana's chest when she so flaunted herself like that. He took a swig on his beer. Maybe it's a good thing you're not a man then? He'd feel more then a little awkward, if she was really a he.
"I'll, uh, I'll check later on that later."
Van finished his second beer; he turned and tossed it into the trash can from where he stood, not bothering to leave again. Yeah, his apartment was that small.
"Then you won't mind when I hog the blankets it before you sleep. You don't get cold anyway, so what does it matter? I'm starving; are we going out or not?"

Turning she walked towards him "You can hog the blankets as much as you want" she told him.
Once she got right up to him she smiled "Yes, yes we can go where ever you want to go now master" she said the last word sarcastically and to add more to the humor she curtsied a little before she walked past him for a moment. "So what kind of food do you have in mind? Hummus? Chocolate covered roaches?" she teased lightly again.

Van trailed back towards the table with his gun and coat. He was...uncomfortable, with Liana being that close to him. With anyone, really, but that new demon of his, especially. She practically oozed sex, and if he looked closely through it, he saw that she oozed power as well. Van clipped back into his gun holster and shrugged into his long coat. The familiar motions made him wonder and he turned back to Liana.
"This is...going to sound dumb, but do you need clothes? A wardrobe?"

"A cow with some cheese and vegetables on it sounds fine with me" she says to him with a grin.
She watches him move away to grab his coat and heard him point out her clothes she looked down at her outfit "Well I don't plan on wearing this everyday but you don't need to worry about providing clothes for me" she says to him "That is one thing I can do one my own" she added.

Ivan Van VeenGood. Van would know less then nothing about shopping for females. That is, besides the sexier under things. He held the door for Liana.
"After you."
He followed Liana out of the small flat, re-locking the complicated locks behind them before returning the key, secured on its leather thong to it's place under his shirt. Pick-pockets had a much harder time of trying to steal from there, then from his hip. Van ignored the look the door guard downstairs gave them, as he did both the man's leer and his shouted, lewd comments in Russian.
"There's a burger stand near by. Not too far of a walk. Six blocks or so."
And we'll pass about five Soviet dinner on every block. Van was sure they'd be mocking him, in their own silent way. Cabbage and potatoes...what I wouldn't give for a ncie, big plate of them.

She walked out of the apartment and walked with him downstairs. Seeing the door man's look she glanced over at him with a deathly glare and kept walking. Being immortal and being one of the most sinister and powerful thing on the earth did have it's advantages and one was she wasn't afraid of anyone. Sure Lia could die but it would definetly take a good deal to kill her and like all other demons, its complicated to kill them.
Hearing that the food joint was six blocks Lia looked back at Van "So there is nothing closer?" she asked him "not that I don't mind walking but if you want to eat nasty food then I can stomach it" she told him "My job is to please you not the other way around."

Ivan Van VeenVan raised a hand to wave way Liana's ideas and her words, like they were some annoying gnat, buzzing around his head. He glanced over at Liana as they walked, shrugging lightly. They were heading back towards the direction of the neutral zone, but then strafed to the west after only a single block. It was a bit of a walk to the joint he had in mind, but apparently, it was the best in the city.
"It's nothing. As you say, food is food. I'll live."

She stared at him for a long second before she looked away from him and shrugged her shoulders "Fine, suit yourself" she said.
Walking down the street she examined the area again with just her eyes before she let out a soft breath. Lifting her hand she ran it through her long hair for a moment before she spoke again "So tell me a little more about yourself" she said "First off do you have a girlfriend because most girls don't like that another kind of girl follows you around and does things for you. I don't know why but I'm not really liked by most girls" she said and smiled.

Ivan Van Veen "No girlfriend, but plenty of whores who'll be more then angry enough with you. What else do you want to know?"
They passed by the doors of a dinner as a black, unmarked SUV pulled jerkily to a stop and disgorged three men with AK-74's held low. Van stepped around them, without bothering to make a scene about the clearly illegal weapons; some gangster was always getting killed in the neighborhood. Van had learned long ago to just ignore them, and they'll ignore you; he had a few scars to prove it, even. The men disappeared into the restaurant, and Van could hear gunfire ensue; moments later, the trio returned to the SUV, as if nothing out of the ordinary had happened.

She chuckled and looked almost giddy "Well if they come after me don't be mad if I kill them" she said to him because frankly if anyone came at her with a weapon or wanting to fight, she wouldn't hesitate to rip their head clean off right then and there.
Hearing the SUV of course her eyes watched them but very discreetly because she was just curious. Once they left she looked at Van as he seem unfaced by any of this and she breathed out "Hmm seems like times haven't really changed much" she said recalling earlier 1900s when mafias would run around and shoot people and then just leave, Lia has seen so many kinds of wars it didn't exactly shock her but it did leave her intrigued.
"So what do you do for a living?" she asked acting like the shooting was no big deal for her but she did have questions and lots of them"You humans depend on that paper money so much to live so you have to be doing some kind of work"
