[ ȤęҟνƴƦ ] {Don't fear the dark... fear what's in it.} [Maleficent's Castle : Courtyard] Zekvyr stopped walking as all sounds of 'life'– or more accurately, activity –in the courtyard ceased. He turned sidelong; all eyes, all empty sockets, the complete attention of every zombie corpse in the courtyard, was on him. Zekvyr's eyes hardened, and he drew his sword. The wind howled, and then the zombies did, too. In crawling and uneven movements, they charged, the more whole ones passing by the others in their haste to get at him. Zekvyr's movements were not so hurried. He had no master whipping his back. Nonetheless, circumstance suggested he think quickly before being torn to pieces. A calculated swipe, then another, bought him another second to maneuver, but before the half bodies had even hit the floor, other zombies had taken their place, pressing in with a single mindedness that revealed much. Not really having time to ponder, however, Zekvyr found himself fighting for his life, which, considering he had been doing that for most of his existence, he was rather good at. He abandoned the idea of tripping the creatures– what would be the point? –and instead focused on slicing them in half. Entire groups of them fell in circles around him, and he would be gone, moving into another area and causing the most massive amount of damage he could. But there were so many of them. Whenever one fell, two more took its place...

[Nymira]
{Life, death, it does not matter. All that matters is that they are mine.}
[Enchanted Dominion: Maleficent's Castle]
Nymira finally entered the courtyard, heels clicking as she walked to the edge of the floor that looked over the courtyard. And what a view she had.
"What is a drow doing here? Curious...." She wanted to know what one of her 'darker kin' was here for, but she wouldn't give up her advantage. Her magic poured from above, draining her as she mended bones and knit the flesh of her destroyed zombies, adding a small command along with it.
"If you drop your sword," Nymira called out from above, relatively safe on her high perch, "They will stop attacking you. I guarantee it." And they would, too.
Once the zombies that had initially been cut down were fixed, she cut off her 'healing' magic. No, that would be no good to be drained already. But her whip was gripped in her hand if he attempted to strike at her, and her magic at the ready. She would not go down, should he decide to attack.

[ ȤęҟνƴƦ ] {Don't fear the dark... fear what's in it.} [Maleficent's Castle : Courtyard] Another circle fell, but that one was out of necessity alone, not as an answer. It was hard to throw down your sword when a horde of undead were taking up all your elbow room. The zombies didn't hesitate a moment, but Zekvyr still had room to reply, and notice who was talking to him. It was obvious the woman was an elf. A surface elf, or a fairy, as the drow called them. Their lighter skinned cousins. Unlike Fal'Navi, there was no question about her heritage. She was a full elf, tall, stately, and beautiful. She was also at odds with her very nature. "Isn't necromancy a little out of character for a Fairy?" Zekvyr asked informally, if not amiably, as if being surrounded by her minions was no worry at all. His sword remained in his hand. And the zombies continued charging.

Nymira smirked. Of course he would notice what she was. Who wouldn't? She did not hide what she was in the least...unless, of course, a certain seduction required hidden necromancy, but not her elvish nature.
"Well, what would you normally expect? A priest, frolicking in the forest while birds twittered? No, I decided to be better than them, and touch upon a stronger magic." With a toss of her hair, the woman smiled sweetly. "I would ask why you are here, but you seem rather...busy. Perhaps if you drop your weapon, we can talk better, then both be on our way, yes?" Her grip on her whip tightened just ever so slightly. Her magic was also swirling around her, for she did not feel like she should have to watch her minions be slashed to ribbons for long.

[ ȤęҟνƴƦ ] {Don't fear the dark... fear what's in it.} [Maleficent's Castle : Courtyard] A surge of conflicting thoughts rose up inside of him, but pressured as he was on all sides by danger, dwelling on anything for too long was death. That presented the answer in itself. Drop the sword. What other option did he have? There was always- No. Not that. Zekvyr released his grip; the sword was immediately carried off on a zombie's shoulder, the fine blade cutting along it as it fell. A hand was inches away from clawing off his face, and he couldn't see what others were close to harming him. A lot, he knew. He stood very still, fighting against every instinct that screamed out to defend himself.

{Life, death, it does not matter. All that matters is that they are mine.}
[Enchanted Dominion: Maleficent's Castle]
As the sword left his hand, the zombies quieted and stilled, then shuffled off back to their places of lounging or walking around. And Nymira smiled, her hand not removing itself from upon her whip. She was no fool. There were weapons that were not made of steel and iron, that she knew.
"My my my, you sure did destroy quite a few of them. But most of those can be fixed, thankfully."
Silent for a moment, the necromancer pondered if it was safe to do what she was going to do...then decided to be smart about it.
Ripping her magic from one of the zombies farther away from the drow, Nymira teleported to the corpse, turning it into pure energy, which she distributed to the rest of her minions, healing most of them to the point of being able to easily move around again. Still, some were just in pieces and unusable.
Charging her magic, her free hand glowed with crimson lightning, her whip in her other hand, uncoiled and waiting to strike out if it called for that. "So, why have you come here, cave dweller?" He was strong, full of energy just ripe for the taking....

Mitsudo
Mitsudo blinked, a bit taken back by the answer, but he then looked towards the ceiling and said nothing.
A knight? Really? I mean, that would explain why he's the way he is, but there is something off. And what about this brother of his? Could this boy betray this group and put Suzuran-hime and Kuumaru-ouji in danger? Time to investigate further. And they say interrogation is difficult.
"So, what about your brother, then? How close were you with him? Was he a soldier like you?" Mitsudo asked, lowering himself from the air down to Sory's eye level. "But the most important question is, if you do have to fight him, do you have the will to actually strike him down?" His eyes narrowed, daring Soryuju to say.

Tsurumi
I'd prefer if you were to just...
...disappear
{Castle Oblivion ~ Tsurumi's Room -> Common Area}
When she had stepped into her room last night, Tsurumi had been quite surprised. To think that it would form to her memories exactly. And everything and everyone was destructible. It was wonderful killing that disgusting pig once more. And the bed was wonderfully comfortable. And when she woke up the room changed to match her needs. However the Conclave had managed to acquire this place was beyond her, but she was glad they did. It was making her life so much better than when she had been at that dreary place called Traverse Town.
As she heard Vereor's call for tea, she rose from her chair and left the room for the kitchen. She had been hoping that she would have been the only one there, but it seemed that she'd been a bit too late for that. Several others had already arrived, but it seemed that Vereor had made that delicious Paopu tea again. Walking into the kitchen, Tsurumi took her seat and gently started to sip at her tea, ignoring the presences of everyone else. If only they didn't exist, this teatime would be so much better. Ah well, dreams may come true someday.

[Shade : Castle Oblivion : Memory Room : Ninja Star]
Shade stood in the middle of a large dojo, where she had one of her swords drawn as she did graceful yet deadly stances with the sword against imaginary foes. Shade had removed the long scarf that served as her mask. Without the scarf, the more feminine features of her face could be seen. Her face was handsome for a woman, with harden features due to battle.
Meanwhile, Fang laid nearby, using the red scarf as a pillow. Due to his injury during the battle with the woman Tsurumi, the wolf now sported a scar like his master's. Only difference was that the scar was on his right eye, not on the left.
"Serenity, you look so beautiful," a female voice called from the door of the training room.
Shade flinched at the use of her birth given name as she lowered the sword.
"Mother, what have I told you about calling me that?" the ninja responded with out turning to face the woman, "What if father heard you?"
Serenity's mother sighed as she went over to stand with her daughter.
"You are right. But despite what your father says. You are still my little girl. You don't have to pretend you are something you are not. Just be yourself."
"Easy for you to say," Shade responded coldly as she put the sword back onto her belt and went over to her scarf. She picked up the scarf with stiff and jerky movements, a motion that woke Fang, who growled in response. She tied the scarf around her face as normal. Ignoring all protests from her mother as she exited the door to the magical room and proceeded to the Common area, where she hoped to find the leader of this group so she could get out of this hellish castle.

[*~Youni~*] "...."
[First district: Merlin's Hut]
....Everything started with-
..a sin against nature.

Youni didn’t resume her sleeping cycle on her usual designated regimen, or when she was told to. Instead she stared at the ceiling with her mind a buzz with the things she learned. Normally she was assailed with a steady intake of new information during a day- but what she absorbed in the past few hours more than twice the intake she was used to.
It started a chain reaction inside her mind, trains of thought coming together feebly, desperately trying to find the connections and make everything fit. But there were crucial subjective perspective which she lacked, and Windows final lesson of the day was making that obvious even to her.
“-To forgive someone is to excuse or overlook some transgression or offense the other party has committed in the past.-“
“-that may have resulted in some form of physical or emotional harm to yourself-“
“-telling the other person you are not upset or mad or angry at them-“ “-ask someone for forgiveness out of politeness, as a precaution-“
This thing called ‘forgiveness’ was a difficult thing to grasp- but Youni memorized what Window said regardless. After memorizing sometimes in the night, she condensed the descriptions and repeated the answer back for clarity to the empty dark room, where no ears were keening to her solitary afterthought. “Forgiveness - to say one is not upset, mad or angry at another being who committed an offense, or caused harm to the subject. It is also a precaution precursor to an action that may create harm or offense in the future- whilst still proceeding with the action.” “…you are not upset.”
‘ Forgive me. Please. We didn’t know-
"The heart of the world is just like your heart, or my heart. It is the source of life, of growth and energy, and it lies deep within the world
The heart of a world. Does it feel pain?
.................. ....... ...
When she awoke the next morning, Youni dressed herself and proceeded to find Aerith. She needed to ask her something. Something had happened during the night, something stirred inside the cocoon which was her heart- and this pressure was building up inside. This sensation- she didn’t have a word for it yet. Maybe Aerith could clarify. Whatever it was, she somehow knew- she didn’t have much time left.
“Aerith? Are you here?” Youni asked as she entered the kitchen. There was a familiar twinge in her stomach which indicated she required an intake of nourishment. It was normally timed with Aerith eating schedule so perhaps she was already there.

[ ȤęҟνƴƦ ] {Don't fear the dark... fear what's in it.} [Maleficent's Castle : Courtyard] The fairy had a hoard of undead at her command, and had successfully robbed him of his weapon of choice. That she felt the need to arm herself further was a cause of some amusement, granted she was right to do so. She was very beautiful. A male would have to be blind not to see it. She seemed almost predatory, although cautious, and there was a... subtext in her manner that he was familiar with. The red lightning was a nice touch. "My lady, I did not mean to intrude upon your castle," Zekvyr said, and then in contradiction to that statement he added, "I only planned to take something from it by force, and without your permission. If I had known you were home, I would have come at a later time."

[Nymira]
{Life, death, it does not matter. All that matters is that they are mine.}
[Enchanted Dominion: Maleficent's Castle]
Nymira let out a laugh that just sounded condescending. Could not help it, really. "My castle? You misunderstand something. As much as the decay of the castle would be beneficial to me, it is not mine, nor to my liking. I am...just visiting, one could say. The dark fae who lived here has some texts of interest to me."
Another hair toss. "The only reason I even came out to the courtyard is because someone was attacking my creatures. However, please, go about your business. I will not stop you unless you attack more of my zombies."
Realizing the book she had was dropped, and upstairs, too, the woman walked towards the ledge she had teleported from, and hopped up on the entwined arms of a pair of zombies that helped toss her back up onto the ledge, where the book lay fallen. "And don't worry about your weapon. You'll get that back after you leave. Can't have you coming after me, after all."

+Saito+
[How can one possess the Heart of the Sword. When one does not have a heart...?]
{Castle Oblivion : Saito's Room -> Commons Area}"Tea's ready,"The Strike of Vengeance's eyes opened as he heard the call over his ring. He had been sitting on the woven straw mat that served as his bed. He sighed, Vereor's call had interrupted his meditation, not that the Nobody Samurai really needed it anymore. He rose to his feet and made his way out of the Asian styled room and made his way to the Commons Area.
As he entered he nodded his head in greeting to the others who had assembled and made his way to the table to get a cup of the tea.
"Thanks..." He said to Vereor, his attention focusing on him, "By the way, how do you make corridors through the darkness? It's something I haven't learned yet." He asked of the Nobody.

[∫ ʋ ʓ ʋ ʁ ᾲ ɳ] {You look like you fell down a tree and hit every possible branch on the way down.}
[Traverse Town :: Inn :: Red Room] "Mm, probably," Suzu mused quietly, their 'guardian' was quite a character alright. He had refused to divulge any information to either her or her brother which frustrated her. Was their world okay? How had he managed to locate them across the worlds? There were so many questions!
Suzu pushed herself up from the bed into a sitting position before lightly shaking Moggie awake. She felt bad for doing so, but they had to be on their way. "Moggie, we should get going soon. I think the others may be up by now?"

[Moggie : Traverse Town : Inn, Red Room]
Moggie mumbled softly as she heard the gentle voice of Suzuran speaking to her as she slept. The moogle slowly opened her eyes as she looked up at the girl. It took her a few moments to realize she had fallen asleep in the girl's arms the previous night. She felt like a weakling for letting fear take hold of her as it did. What that mysterious man did and said was over with. Not as if she would ever hear or see him again. Best to just move on with her life.
"Kupo..." Moggie said as she whipped the sleep from her eyes and let out a soft yawn. She slowly sat up, without saying much more. It didn't take much for a moogle to get ready in the morning.
