”Stop trying, Cadence, I think our ‘friend’ here just needs some intrapersonal time. “

That comment irked Cory. It wasn’t necessarily the words that bothered him, he would have loved some time alone. It was more so the tone. Our ‘friend’? What the hell was that supposed to mean? He took a deep breath, and let it go. After all, Cory had been a shitty friend. The whole time, he had spent his time fantasizing over Mitsukai. What kind of friend would do that? She was a slut anyways.

After a moment of decision, Cory decided it was time to let that b***h go. He was done. He wasn’t going to mope; he wasn’t going to be a pathetic heartbroken boy. First, he had some things to take care of.

“Hey, I’ll meet up with y’all later, alright?”

He mumbled the answer, and got up, heading to his car. He hopped in, turned on the ignition, and drove off. It was time to get rid of the mocking white color. It was only a short drive to a hardware store, and a short drive back. Then, he went in his room and started taking everything off the walls. Although, there wasn’t much there, since he had already ripped everything else off. Then, he moved all of his furniture to the center, a daunting task, and begun his work.

Stroke after stroke. Every moment he could feel the thoughts of her leaving. It was a forced move on, a transition to a new him. The white quickly turned to a deep grey, almost black. Paint smeared his face, his clothes. Once the job was done, he looked in pride. The deep colors would stand in a sharp comparison to the bright white sheets, but it was better than the mocking white his walls used to be.

Lonan was speechless, but he wasn't shocked that she reacted that way--many of the kids who attended Genius didn't have the highest self-esteems in regards to their powers. In fact, not three years ago, he would have reacted the same way. Lonan had matured considerably especially during his senior year the year before. His friendships with Meredith and Brianne really changed his outlook on the world and his place in it.

To anyone else they seemed to be complete opposites and, in truth, they really hated each other, but they both meant the world to him. Without them, Lonan knew that he wouldn't be here today--in this school or otherwise. In fact, with the dance coming up, maybe he'd see what they were doing. They obviously wouldn't both go with him, but the longstanding deal with the two of them was that as long as he didn't spend time with one more than the other, they tolerated him being friends with their worst enemy.

He sighed with resignation; it was time for Sub-molecular Physics. He'd have to find his friends after class ended. He tore through the rest of his ramen (it was sinfully delicious) and then shouldered through the lunch crowd to his class.

Person after person, it was always a challenge to weave in and out of the crowd. Yet, Meredith tried to scurry through the vast mass of students that seemed to be everywhere. It was only to be expected though, considering it was right in the midst of a class change. Class changes were all agonizing, and it was something she had grown to hate. Besides the basics, tons of bodies smooched together; it was also a time where they could gawk at her, not because she was a Legend. That was no longer respected as it used to be, not for her anyways. It was because Meredith was a slut. They had always known that, but apparently, she had ‘gone too far’. Gossip always surrounded her, and put her on edge. She tried to block it out; she was so bad at it though.

“So, I saw Mitsukai, she’s back.”

Those words had come from some random teenager, now gone in the mass of bodies. Though, the speaker was unknown, the impact was still huge. Mitsukai was back. It had caused Meredith to freeze, and some kid ran right into her, dropping his books on the ground. In a half daze, she mumbled an apology at the boy, and tried to scurry away. She needed to get somewhere anywhere Mitsukai wouldn’t see her. She settled for the courtyard, amongst the trees.

The switch seemed to go on forever. A part of her felt dumb, hiding out in the treed areas until she knew Mitsukai wasn’t lingering in the halls. However, she needed to do something, anything to get away from the possible truth. She needed time to come up with her speech, decide if Mitsukai and she were still friends, or if it was time to find some sort of fix. She didn’t want to start a war…

Truth was, she was scared of Mitsukai. Not that anyone knew, how could she, a Genius Legend, admit she was scared of some student? Well, maybe she wasn’t scared of what Mitsukai could do physically, although, that could be a tad scary... More so, Meredith was scared of what Mitsukai could do emotionally. She had known all about Mer’s affairs, about her love life, particularly, about Harman. It scared the crap out of her. If Harman knew, even the half of things, what would happen? Meredith wanted to be friends with Mitsukai, because not only they had been friends since Mitsukai’s very first day here, but also because Mitsukai was the only one who knew Meredith, who really knew.

RINGGG

The sound of the late bell was reassuring. She slowly walked out of the treed in part of the courtyard, and slowly out into the halls. She knew that a lot of the College Kids on campus ate in the cafeteria second period, which gave them plenty of time to get in and out before they had to deal with swarming students. Therefore, she decided that would be a good place as ever to find someone to hide out with, preferable off campus or in her dorm? Meredith headed off, and rushed through to find someone, anyone.

It didn’t take long, because right outside the cafeteria door was Lonan. A huge grin quickly spread across Mer’s face, and she rushed towards him, quickly linking arms with him.

“So, best friend. Wanna have a party in my dorm, like, right now?”

Allison sat up in her bed, damp sheets tangled around her body. Her eyes glanced around her disheveled room, pictures all over the floor, taped to the walls, and crumpled in the trash. Allison slowly rolled out of bed and discovered she was wearing black sweatpants and a tank top. She didn't remember any of it. The last thing she remembered was hearing the exciting news around campus: "Mitsukai is back!" and then here she was. Allison dreaded these black outs. She didn't know how long she was out, but she knew the reason why.

Being as unpopular as she was, Mitsukai being gone was Heaven for her. Now that she was back, she would fade into the background again, a wallflower with a stupid power, and no friends. Allison groaned, dropping her head into her hands. Her fingers felt the grease of her blond hair and she walked lifelessly to the shower.

Thinking of different ways to make friends, she decided she would shed the old boring Allison. Sure, Mitsukai was everything she wasn't, and all of the boys wanted her, but Allison would change her appearance. Nothing too bad, Alli said to herself. She would stop being drab and soft spoken. After she had washed the who knows how long dirt out of her hair and her make-up off, Allison stepped into the steamy bathroom, and wrapped a towel around her body. Ali grabbed her sketch book and drew a dress, size two, red, short, and simple. Like the 50s. After drying her hair, she pinned it up into a bun and rubbed bright red lipstick onto her plush lips. She pulled the dress out of her sketchbook, it fit like a dream. She slipped on black ankle boots and smiled at her reflection. She was still afraid to see the girl, but she knew she could do it, and she wouldn't black out again. She was stronger now, and even decided to leave her large sketch book in her dorm. instead, she took a mini Moleskine in her clutch, and she left the dorm.

As she walked, Allison had a nagging feeling she should call her therapist and tell Dr. Parker she had another bout of Dissociative Fugue, but Ali made a mental note to take twice the medication and call Dr. Parker later. The closer she got to the buzz of people, she began to feel paranoid. Would anyone notice her? Did they even notice she wasn't herself the past however many days? The urge to turn back and walk back to her room and eat ice cream overwhelmed her, but she knew she needed to feel loved again.

“Dude, class is lame.”

Those words never rang more true than at that very moment. Although, Joseph hadn’t known there was a way out, which Ellie did.

“Well love, you want out?”

“Sure, but h….”

He paused as Ellie pulled out a pad of pad of paper, much like the ones Administrators used to get students out of class (that’s because these were the ones). She quickly wrote a note, which quickly explained that ‘Juliette’ had to get out of class for training; there was a duplicate one for Joseph. She signed it in perfect forgery, much like the penmanship of their councilors. The, she smirked, and winked, at Joseph (whom was looking awfully baffled) as she got up and walked towards her teacher, whom was preoccupied in grading some papers. “Mr. Johnson.” It took a moment for him to look up at Ellie, though he did so with a warm expression. After all, she was his favorite student. “Yes, Juliette?”

She quietly explained how she and Joseph had to leave class for training, and that she had forgotten until now, while handing over the notes to the teacher. He looked them over, finding no flaw, and nodded his head saying it was all right. She quickly walked to her desk, grabbed her bag and indicating for Joseph to follow.

“Say that you love me.” She said teasingly once they were far away from class.

“I have no argument to that.” Joe said, which wasn’t quite an ‘I love you’. Not that Ellie cared, she was just glad she was winning this competition, or so it seemed. She still had to keep her game up if she was going to replace Mitsukai. However, in regards to her minor victory, he hadn’t mentioned Mitsukai once all morning. Which, Ellie had known from her years of spying on him, was a feat in itself. In fact, he hadn’t talked about Mitsukai much ever in front of her. All though, they had talked about other things; like his relationship with his mother (an even bigger feat). It was something Joseph never talked about, which goes to show, that Joseph trusted ‘Juliette’. It was truly remarkable.

They walked for a little while, trying to figure out what they would do. Although, it hadn’t taken to long since, they ran into the wonderful Allison. Well, possibly wonderful. Allison was part of their group, someone Joseph was quite fond of. Although, Ellie hadn’t formed an opinion on her. Nonetheless, she played nice around her, not willing to alienate anyone who could possibly be an advantage when she alienated Mitsukai from all of her friends.

“Hey, instead of going to class, you should chill with us.” Ellie said, giving her a beaming smile.

Now you all in my grill
Cause I say what I feel
Only rock to what's real
Baby bump bump
But I can't do that with you
Only here with my crew
I can roll if you can
Dont be a punk punk
Whatchu gonna do when the croud goes Ayo?
Why you standin' on the wall?
Music startin' everywhere
So why dont you just move along?

. Brianne paid attention in class. It was fairly interesting. However, her mind was still drifting to that new kid she saw that morning. He looked at her, she knew it. As soon as class was over, it was her mission to find him. So, she took her notes and wrote down the assignments. As soon as it was time to leave, she took her bag and headed outside. Now, she had to think of a place he was sure to go. The cafeteria, most likely, then the dorms. Heading to the cafeteria first, she opted to walk instead of portal her way there. More of a chance she'd see him on the way.
She got to the courtyard and sat down at one of the benches. It was a nice day and she didn't mind watching and waiting for the new kid to show up. While she waited, she played around with some dark fire of hers. She loved how the flames danced and bended to her will. It came as second nature to her, so before long, she zoned out as the flames danced in her hands.
Bri was brought out of her reverie as who she was looking for appeared. She nearly jumped out of her seat to head over to the guy. "Hey...Hey! New kid, wait up!" She called out. He had turned to look at her, and he stopped. Soon, Bri and stopped a few feet away from him. "I saw you this morning..." She stated simply. He laughed slightly.

"Well, isn't that some greeting.? My name is Ian."

She blushed. She hadn't thought about introducing herself. How stupid, right? "Oh, um...sorry. My name is Brianne, Bri for short." She introduced herself, feeling like an idiot as he smiled at her. Biting her lip in embarassment, she searched her brain desperately for something to say. Anything that wouldnt' make her look like an idiot. "Ummm....what grade are you in?"

I see you lookin at me
Like I'm some kind of freak
Get up out of your seat
Why dont you do somethin'?
I see you lookin' at me
Like I got what you need
Get up out of your seat,
Why dont you do somethin'?

Kyuubi wanted desperately for this class to be over. Now that he had this thing on his mind he was starting to get anxious. He haven't been this excited in so long. He kept looking at the clock. He glanced at Mitsukai a few times when she wasn't looking. Soon he fell out of his chair into a portal to his dimension. "Why!?" he yelled when he was out. "Why now? I was in the middle of class!" Kyuubi sighed angrily. "I'm busy today, I don't have time to deal with these things."

He paced the floor. He needed to go back but they weren't letting him. "Can't you get someone else to do this? I mean I'm not the only one with the power to do this." he was frustrated that this always happened at important times. He hated being forced to come here. He wished he could just stay at the school all the time. Only to go back here during some breaks. "Just don't call me back" he said angrily then opened a portal back outside the class.

Archie watched Cory leave, his façade firmly in place, appearing disinterested in the fact that he’d just chased one of his best friends off. However, a small pang of guilt crept into his stomach. Okay, maybe that wasn’t the best thing a friend should do. Maybe he should have been more… empathetic. Whatever. What was done was done. Que sera sera. If Cory wanted to be alone to mope, then he could go mope. Maybe he’d feel better later.

Then it occurred to him that he hadn’t gotten the information he’d wanted out of Cory. He still didn’t know exactly what was bugging him, even though he had a strong hunch. Ugh! This made him so irritated. Archie slumped on the ground with a huff, scowling at the world. Stupid Cory. Stupid Mitsukai. Stupid emotions.

Ah, Cadence. Made papa proud to hear she wanted to crash an after party. Archie smiled and nodded in approval, imagining the scene. College kids: jocks showing off to other jocks to get girls, stoners lighting up in the corner with other stoners, girls making out with each other for attention, people grinding on the dance floor like having sex over their clothes, people having actual sex upstairs. Archie flushed faintly but he shook it off. It probably just looked like anger flush as opposed to embarrassed flush, so he was probably safe from further study. Hopefully.

”I wouldn’t mind crashin’ an after party,” Archie replied thoughtfully. But if Cory was taking L to the dance, then they would be a duet as opposed to a trio. This renewed the anger in Archimedes’s chest. Stupid Cory was just gonna go get himself obsessed with another girl and get himself hurt. In fact, he felt a little sorry for L. He wondered if the girl knew that she was a total rebound b***h and nothing more. Archimedes didn’t understand much psychology, much less relationship psychology, but knew the concept of love-and-lost and how people had ‘rebounds’ in fits of emotional distress, wanting something to cling to, if only for a little while. Now why Cory couldn’t cling to them, Archimedes didn’t understand. But as he’d thought before, relationship crap didn’t make sense to him.

Hmmm. Outfit. Why would he need an ‘outfit’? Were regular clothes banned? Well, he thought, it was probably a case of people coming from a party all dolled up, so they’d still be dressed up at the after party, so street clothes probably wouldn’t cut it. They might not kick him out, but he’d be extremely out of place. Probably. The idea was just logical theory, since he’d never been to a party OR an after party before, but he imagined it was something like that. After all, why change clothes to go to another party with the same people? Most of them would get drunk or high and end up taking their clothes off anyway to get laid. …Stupid mind, stop going there! Seriously!

”I guess I have to… put a tie on my head or somethin’.” Archimedes giggled, imagining what he would wear. Yeah, tie around the head seemed suitable for an after party. He had a polo shirt and a pair of Tripp pants that looked semi-dressy, if you ignored the low pockets and accent chains. Yeah, that oughta do it. He was tempted to ask Cadence to dress him since he was sure he would screw it up, but thought best not to. That seemed kinda gay. Or girly. Or both. And that was something he was sort of/kind of trying to steer him tendencies away from.

Archimedes thought about going, then thought about not going. Would Cory go to the after party with L? Would the cops break the party up before 3AM? Would he have to like, dance and socialize and stuff? That prospect seemed unappealing, but then he thought about the stuff he could do that was more… devious. Spike the punch with powdered X-LAX. Rig the music to play obnoxious J-pop songs. Flash strobe lights in the druggies’ faces to make them wig out. Okay, this seemed a little more fun now. And maybe after all was said and done, he’d dance with Cadence a little. Like, as friends. Well, maybe more like brother and sister.

”I’m down,” Archimedes replied, bumping Cadence’s fist. ”I’d love to crash my first college party with you, madame. It would have been funner if Cory would crash it with them, but he was apparently in a crappy mood and probably didn’t want anything to do with him right now. Oh well. They’d have to run this rodeo without him this time. His loss.

Cadence raised her eyebrows as Cory left. Seriously? That was rude. She had just asked him and Archie both a question and he was going to ignore it just like that? Fine, let him go off. She was no longer part of the pity party. Though that wasn't exactly what it should be called. Probably more like the 'give a crap' party. He had successfully managed to weasel his way out of telling them what was wrong. And quite frankly, it ticked her off. Whatever. With that, she brushed the issue from her mind and her full attention was directed at Archie

Sweet, he was actually considering the whole after party thing! If he went, it was going to be totally awesome. To her, going to parties and such with friends was way more fun that going with a date anyways. There was never that awkwardness of determining what to do next, or if you would do something wrong. With your friends, you could be as loud, crazy, obscene, insane, or as lame as you wanted, and they wouldn't mind. Heck, they'd probably join you.

A smirk creeped upon her face as he mentioned putting a tie around his head. Her mind instantly conjured an image of a Slytherin styled tie around Archie's forehead, holding some of his hair down. It made her laugh along with him. Yes, that was definately something she could see him doing. "Excellent choice. It would suit you quite well, donning a tie around your head." This whole thing was going to be fun. Plus, all the potential opportunities to mess with people were going to be amazing. Seriosly, messing with people while they were drunk, who could pass up that chance? Plus, there was a possibility that the victims of their pranks wouldn't remember it the next day.

A big smile cracked her face as he confirmed that he was indeed going to the after party. Cadence did one of those little happy dances you do while sitting down and laughed at herself. "I'm honored that you accepted my invitation!" She said honestly. Now, as long as that creepy dude from the day before didn't ruin everything, tomorrow night was going to be one she would enjoy quite throughly."So, seeing as mission 'Get Cory to talk' has failed miserably, is there anything else you want to do?" .

They will not force us
They will stop degrading us
They will not control us
We will be victorious, so come on

Mitsukai Kanji

Silence had a tendency to linger. It would sink in to someone’s soul, drive them insane, and, for Mitsukai, it was. Nonetheless, she had to sit there, head stuffed inside her packet, pretending that she hadn’t cared about Thorne, who was sitting next to her, so very close. The moments dragged on, and the silence rung in her ears. Not that she planned to speak to him, oh no that was a sin as far as she was concerned. If he wanted to speak, that was his business. She didn’t care, or so she told herself. Honestly, she rather wished to hear his voice.

Tap, tap.

The noise quickly gathered Mitsukai’s attention, and she peered up to see the cause, luckily it was Nikky. Mitsukai wished that she were seated next to her, where she would even chat away - Far happier than in silence. She gave her a look worth pitying, and shifted her head towards Thorne. “Help me.” She mouthed, pleading for somewhere else to sit. However, Mrs. Armstrong was stern; no new seat would be assigned.

A deep grunt forced everyone to look up front, at their teacher who was now standing in front of them all. “Today we will be continuing our sparring practice. As always, we will be switching pairs, today they are…”

Mitsukai let out a small moan, and laid her head on the desk. The last thing she wanted to do was fight (especially in this class, where she would be forced to use her powers). The names started to be yelled out, Shauna and Marie, Kyuubi and Nikky, Erica and Tom, James and Peter, Thorne and Mitsukai…Wait, what?! Her thoughts echoed. She wasn’t being paired with Thorne, was she? Nonetheless, Mrs. Armstrong was serious, and they had to spar.

Once Mrs. Armstrong finished the list, she signaled for the class to stand up and follow her out. They all walked the way, which she assumed they had followed for quite a few class periods. All of which she missed. She followed along the class, listening to her heals click as they hit the pavement of the sidewalk, then the tile of the gym. Mrs. Armstrong read off which students would be going in each training room, there were 15 in total, all surrounded by bullet, and sound, proof glass. The design allowed the teacher to see what every student was up to in the rooms. Mitsukai walked in hers, and instantly frowned at the foam, which caused the clicking to stop, along with decreasing her ability to walk. She took of her shoes, laid them by the door, and hesitantly, took off Thorne’s jacket, placing it by her shoes. She paused a moment before taking off her gloves, thoughts running through her mind of how vulnerable she was without them. She continued her other necessities, placing her hair up, stretching, things like that, before she even dared to look over at her opponent, over at Thorne.

God, what had she gotten herself into?

Kyuubi followed the class down the halls quietly. He was still embarrassed about being taken from the class like that. He had to think about things for a second. He hadn't expected sparring for today. Well he knew it would happen some time. He didn't mind. Sparring wasn't an issue. Especially now that he just released some stress from himself. That would help in keeping full control of his powers.

The echoes in the halls soon filled the gym as they filed in getting ready to learn their training room assignments. He and Nikky were assigned to one and he walked to it right away. He wanted to get this over and done with. He couldn't help but be anxious. He wanted to ask Mitsukai. He shook his head. He had to focus on this for now. He stretched to prepare for sparring. He flared his fists gently a few times. He smiled at Nikky showing he was ready.

If you want me, a cherry on top, the pick of the pack,
The cršme de la crop.
If you want me you better do better than that tonight.
Oh, Oh.
If you want me, it takes more than a wink,
And more than a drink and more than you think.
If you want me you're gunna have to break the bank, tonight.
Cuz some don't have the patience, some call me high-maintenance
But you pay the bill, cuz, that's the deal.

User ImageNikky Celeste Darling

Nikky was glad when Mitsukai looked up at her. The look and the words mouthed were along the lines of what she expected her friend to say. Nikky wanted to help her friend badly. Maybe she could try and convince Mrs. Armstrong to let Mitsukai sit next to her. Hmmm....That would take a lot of convincing. At the clearing of a throat, Nikky turned to face the front as their teacher began to speak. Ah, switching pairs again. She hoped she didn't get stuck with the person she had two days ago. She didn't really know him, but he still wanted to get her to talk. She ended up causing a muzzle to form around his mouth for him to get the picture.

The guy was kind of a ditz, and this was coming from Nikky. In reality, the reason why it probably bugged her is because he had been hinting around the dance and she didn't want someone to ask her before Joe could. Thinking of whom, she probably wouldn't get to talk to him til lunch, seeing as they didn't have another class before lunch. Maybe he would ask her then. She kinda zoned out for a moment, but managed to catch that she was paired with Kyubbi. Yay! Somebody she knew! She got up from her seat, giving Mitsukai an apologetic glance, for now she was also stuck sparring Thorne, and not just sitting next to him. Boy, how she'd love to be a fly on the wall for that situation. That way she'd be able to spare Mitsukai from repeating herself later, if she'd even do that.

Well, she made her way to the practice room. She took a rubberband from around her wrist and pulled her hair away from her face. Looking down at her feet, she realized she was wearing boots. Probably not the best fighting gear, but better than barefoot, especially since she was sparring against Kyubbi and all of his powers of controlling the elements. She shrugged off her jacket, hanging it on a hook near the door before making her way to her spot across from Kyubbi. Once situated, she pushed up her sleeves, and thought of how to start this thing, since it appeared he was letting her go first. She gave him a smirk before constructing a dome around him, she wanted to see how he'd get rid of it. Of course, as long as she willed it to be there, it could be there..but where was the fun in that?.She probably figured he could attack her from outside the dome regardless, so she was prepared. She was getting better at her fighting since she lost the ability to speak. It made her pay attention more. Something she was now greatful for. Though, the whole not talking thing still bothered her.

All of Lonan's worries and responsibilities just blew away when he saw Mer's mischievous grin. She always seemed ready to bend the rules at the drop of a hat (and truth be told, that was partly why they had become such good friends).

"And why are we hiding away today exactly?" Lonan said playfully, "I suppose physics can't possibly be missing too much if I don't show up today. Is it going to be just us today or are we inviting some people? I bet you Harman would love to come and maybe a few others too."

If there was one thing Lonan wanted to do right now, it was hang out with Mer and Harman. They were always so much fun together, but lately, he had gotten the impression from her that they were having some issues. Sometimes Lonan had caught Meredith in a state that that was so rare that he wasn't sure that he had actually seen it--Mer worried about something. It was stunts like that that made everyone think that she was carefree but Lonan knew the truth. He wished that she would open up to him once in a while..

"Speaking of which, I heard about this dance coming up quick. Would you, dear Mer-Bear, accompany this outstanding gentlemen to the dance? I don't bite I promise" he laughed, "and don't forget that you still owe me that battle. You may have won 3 times in a row, but I'm going to be making my comeback soon.. ish."

Kyuubi Leon Katsukai

The Elements are powerful things.

Kyuubi prepared for the first move. He could tell she did something. He hardly noticed the dome. He wondered what else she would construct with her powers. Fire swarmed around him filling the dome in a swirling inferno. He knew if he could at least distract her for a second he could get out of this dome. After the fire started to die down he swirled the air around him pushing against the done with all the strength he could. He kicked the dome using the wind to blast at it around him. Hoping this would break it. Hoping that was possible.

He thought about this for a moment. There wasn't much else he could do but to keep attacking the dome. Her power was strong if he concentrated. That much he knew. That thought only strengthened his wish to make her lose focus. He kept the wind swirling and added fire to it in thin lines. Making it swirl constantly around him. He wanted to make her pay more attention to what he was doing over the dome being there.

And they are at my will

If you want me, a cherry on top, the pick of the pack,
The cršme de la crop.
If you want me you better do better than that tonight.
Oh, Oh.
If you want me, it takes more than a wink,
And more than a drink and more than you think.
If you want me you're gunna have to break the bank, tonight.
Cuz some don't have the patience, some call me high-maintenance
But you pay the bill, cuz, that's the deal.

Nikky smirked as Kyubbi attacked the dome she had placed over him. The fire, she noticed, was quite awesome. Then he shifted to attacking it with wind. The dome wouldn't break. It was a figment of her imagination, so to speak. As long as that remained strong, so would the dome.

With all the switching up of attacking styles, Nikky figured he was trying to distract her. It would have worked, but only before her incident. The lack of a speaking ability made her have to pay attention more, so she got less distracted. However, this practice fight was no longer fun. She made the dome dissappear and in the same instant, she created one around herself. However, it was different from the one she placed around Kyubbi. Her's was basically a second skin.

So, with herself protected, she gave a Kyubbi a look as if to say "Do your worst." That smart smirk on her face. She hadn't really enjoyed fighting with her powers before. Now she found it stimulating. She created a wall in front of her, brick to be exact. She'd enjoy watching how he'd choose to get rid of it, for since it was now tangible, it could be destroyed physically. If she got rid of it, all the bits and pieces would go away too. She constructed smaller wall's seperately behind the larger one, and stood behind one. Find Nikky time!.

If you wanna ride, just name your price don't play cheap, with your heart
Don't make a bet if you can't write the check, for me, for me.
Cuz I can be bought, but you'll pay the cost
If you can afford me
